What's the reason you made your spark oc have poison powers & why is she dating a fusion?

Poison appeared as a hazard in some games I like lol so went with that cuz well theres many different ways it can be used, good & bad!; on one hand it can be incredibly deadly but in the other it can be used for medicines. Also cuz I feel like poison is really under rated as an ability, it always showed up as either green or purple such as in Paper Mario or Pokemon; so trying to mix a small element of both hence why her poison is both purple & green sometimes with the different colors having a different effect. part of the reason I made her a doctor as well was because she uses her venom to help others when she creates painkillers. Oscuri's purple highlights are actually her nature hair color that secrete the oily slimey substance being her venom when the fur flares up from this tiny spines, it will prick through a formie's fur & into their skin giving them bad side effects like a terrible rash that lasts for a long while & I always seen her venom being stronger since formies are technically aliens & also well it works cuz ants can be venomous too so its both a blessing & a curse lmao. Its harder to get under control when shes stressed out or angry although she can flare her fur on command to harvest it to make her medicines. When its at rest is how shes able to safely approach others like giving hugs, handshakes, high fives, etc.

When I first made Oscuri the way she uses her venom in fights was more akin to water/blood bending; she could switch between the colors of her venom, purple which is the deadly option but just depends on how much is used meaning if you are struck she can easily just adsorb it back into her body by holding her hand in the area you were hit from, it can also be acidic. green venom was more of paralyzing the opponent. Did some rewriting where now its the opposite colors due to being experimented on by a group of scientists when she was a kid; If you ever seen gameplay or heard of Galerians, then its pretty much her being the "science experiment that got away & now roams free" type of thing that being her main canon now & she has to be extremely careful due to the unknown chemicals that made her venom more dangerous its why she had to make a custom jester power to keep her venom under control/manipulate it when she fights.

As for her dating Sfarx? honestly I was going to have her last moments in the Fark Force be going down trying to protect as many GPAS & formies she could & ends up dying in the end by Clarity just like the rest but a bunch of my friends in a VC said that its too depressing & ngl I'm not that good of a writer but their encouragement made me fix her tale (I did get sad too so glad they changed my mind) since she was one of Fark's elite's she followed his directions down to a T but slowly grows a friendship with him since my original idea is that she mistakes Fark as Spark when she gets in trouble challenging Armstrong during a meeting with the formie council leading to her rebelling & meeting Freom at the megaraph trying to find whereabouts of Clarity to destroy her but well things don't go as planned, Freom spares her & she flees although halfway when she is trying to get back home she gets ambushed by rouge GPAS (the main event of Spark 1) one of them bites her arm & feeling outnumber crys for help, Spark answering her call. She thanks him but doesn't catch his name in a hurry to get back home so it leads to when Fark flys over in Technoria City since she saw advertising of the power armor all over the place when he passes by she thinks it was the same jester that helped her before. Its silly but thats her concept & stuck with it since lol I have changed this being her actually leading a group of rebels to attack the megaraph although shes the only survivor from the failed assault, major change was that but she still ends up being followed/ambushed by GPAs & Spark still saves her. I said this a while ago & I'll say it again, since she gained Fark's friendship & trust working in the FF he takes her to a hidden location where theres a pod inside shoving her in so that Clarity doesn't assimilate her, the last thing she remembers is Fark telling her things will be alright & to come find him when she reawakens, when those 2,000 years pass her pod opens a few months before Sfarx defeats Centralis making her trying to learn what happened when she goes around Luna trying to help any survivors she comes across having a small journey by herself until she catches glimpse of a strange android with a hologram of what looked like the Jester that helped her in the past, they have a reunion & their goal is to pretty much help rebuild a new world & keep trying to find any survivors from the Clarity Calamity. I said in a VC that from this is where Oscuri grows more of a bond with Spark & develops a crush on both Spark & Fark but theres a problem; she clearly doesn't want to favor one over the other so she has trouble confessing her feelings & keeps them hidden until theres a moment where Spark wants to test if their fusion can work in the real world & Fark is curious as well in case theres a huge threat that could possibly show up in the future so they both show off this form to Oscuri, she isn't afraid since she's used to Fark transforming & thought that was him but then hears them explain that its a fusion of both Spark & Fark. Since shes been treated unfairly from formie society they were pretty much the only people that showed her kindness in a way where she has these feelings for them so she finally gets the courage to tell them & well I know this sounds dumb but they end up being a couple from Sfarx catching on that its easier for her to talk to them when they fused & from fighting along side each other they have each other's backs & theres moments where some formies are freaked out by the way Sfarx looks they bond from being outcasts together since Oscuri knows that feeling too well. I headcanon that they can fuse whenever they want & that Sfarx's fur is super soft & fluffy from the Spark side but also resistance from the Fark side so Oscuri's poisonous spines aren't a threat when they hold hands or cuddle. In other words they are Posion proof lmao

Hey it’s been a bit! The Mammon episode finally came out, so here’s my review!

Pros:

- The sign language scene was cute. Kinda weird that a kid was seeing a show that was clearly for adults but I love me some representation so it gets a pass.

- Despite Blitz not really needing to be in this episode, I thank god he had little screen time and more time was dedicated to Fizz.

- The fish ladies (despite having wonky color palettes that made them EXTREMELY hard to look at) were cute.

Cons:

- Mammon is so flat and uninteresting but I don’t know what I expected from a creator who always hypes her characters up that always end up being one of the three go-to personalities she picks for her male characters. In Mammon’s case he’s just a loud mouth cursing bum so way to ruin another Deadly Sin and make them boring af, moving on.

- I don’t like how Mammon and Fizz’s relationship are similar of Val and Angel’s, Viv keeps recycling stories, characters and plot lines ect, it makes Angel’s story for Hazbin really predictable/underwhelming and not exciting to look forward too especially since we already have the “mafia bad daddy” aspect to him too that they pulled for Moxxie. I guess the idea of Mammon being a controlling ruler is fine on paper but not much is done with it, Fizz just quits in the end like it was easy with zero consequences so what was all that build up for.

- Fizz himself once again feels REALLY out of character, he’s just too soft compared to how he was introduced in season 1. He’s constantly nervous in this episode and insecure, as well as walking on eggshells, and even in Oops he wasn’t THIS sensitive. I’m all for characters struggling and being kicked down but it has to make sense and not feel forced, and once again it feels like Viv is trying way to hard to make the characters she once introduced as snarky assholes to uwu innocent babies. I refuse to believe Fizz was actually INTIMIDATED by this random geeky imp who insulted him, as well as the fish ladies whom he was weirdly nice and welcoming to. It’s also weird seeing how uncomfortable/nervous he was around his fans when I thought the whole point was that he LOVED praise and loved being famous, at least that was season 1 Fizz. Now he feels retconned. Seeing him say “I just need this gig” is weird too, the explanation to why he went through all of this makes no sense, Fizz still has Ozzie and is famous in the Lust ring, and I understand Mammon is his idle but to go through all that abuse for so long for something that could have been so easily avoided feels forced to fit the plot, but it also makes Fizz look dumb.

- There’s confusing lore stuff regarding Mammon and Ozzie, and it makes me realize that Viv should have picked ONE storyline aka ONE Seven Deadly sin to go with Fizz’s story because this is getting mixed up. Fizz acts like if he looses this completion, he looses everything, which confused the heck out of me because no he wouldn’t have? First of all, Ozzie is a fucking powerful sin, how would you loose him? Second, from what we know from season 1, Fizz is a jester who performs at Ozzie’s club. It was Ozzie who built the sex robots across the rings of hell, NOT Mammon, and in season 2 we see that Fizz is under Ozzie’s care and lives in his house. Yet for some weird reason Mammon also represents Fizz and uses him for profit, but it’s not really explained in a way that makes sense, like Love’s art had said in her Fizz redesign video, Fizz’s job is really confusing on what exactly he does. Having both Ozzie and Mammon represent him overcomplicates things and the show did a poor job at explaining how this goes.

- Once again Viv dumps trauma and struggle onto her characters without building it up first. When did Fizz ever give off the impression that he was being controlled or abused, or even that he was so insecure and constantly walked on eggshells to be perfect. In Oops he was happy to be in the spotlight and happy to get the attention, he bragged to Blitz about how successful he was. He seemed happy to perform for Mammon and talked of him highly, and now you’re pulling an Angel Dust situation where he’s expected to be perfect 24/7 and it gets to him emotionally, while also being someone who’s physically and mentally abused. Yet another season 2 episode that wasn’t planned, same as how Millie wanting to feel important wasn’t planned, same as how Stolas seeing Blitz as genuine love wasn’t planned. Different episode, same issues.

- I’m so done with the Hell lore bro, this place officially has no rules and demons can just do anything without consequences. There’s no class system, there’s no rankings, there’s no power dynamics, screw anything that Viv says. There was no fucking reason why Ozzie and Fizz’s relationship needed to be a secret. There was no reason showing Ozzie threatening his workers to not tell anyone about his love life if he was just going to admit it to EVERYONE THE NEXT EPISODE IN FRONT OF ANOTHER SIN ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME— what was the POINT. What is the point of Stolas and Blitz’s conflict. What is the point of Stella being classist. What is the point of these class systems and rules if you can just announce that you technically broke a hell rule and no one gives a fuck and you get off scott free. Mammon telling Ozzie “you’ll regret that” like a cartoon villain doesn’t do anything either. What is he ganna do? Tell Lucifer, the character that canonically won’t appear in HB because the sins won’t appear in HH? If Lucifer rules over the sinners, who the fuck is in charge for the rest of Hell. Where’s the authority? And Mammon is just ganna come back for another episode to give the gang trouble cause lord knows we don’t have enough fucking villains already.

- It feels weird that Ozzie would just sit back while someone whom he knows is a piece of shit is treating his loved one badly. I get he was concerned but you’d think one of the seven deadly sins would have more power and authority.

- I was expecting some big gross bug-like thing to appear when Mammon was transforming into his final form, only for it to the exact same design but with small extra eyes and a spider lower half that isn’t even visible in most shots….GOD VIV.

Watching this episode also made me remind myself that this is supposed to be Hell. Seeing Fizz feel better and stand up for himself was sweet but these soft lessons and morals don’t belong in a show like this, and it’s extra aggravating regarding Viv’s double standard, how she can just pick and choose which characters she wants to be evil and which characters are saints. Overall not anywhere near the worst episode of season 2, but I am officially done with Helluva Boss so-

Toons become “soul-linked” as Twisteds when 1. They’re extremely close to one another, and 2. They die next to one another. There’s a few other variables to it but you can go ahead and make a soul linked twisted if you want.

Chances of children surviving the initial fall is pretty low unless they were in a major city or near a safe area.

Open areas are iffy for survival. Twisteds often roam around what’s called a “Dead zone”, which I’ll have to explain when I finally make the world map.

Partial Twisteds cannot be soul linked, as they aren’t considered “dead” yet.

Hi! This is the Anonymous that asked if I could share my OC x Y/N character- here she is.

Heres some lore dump and ideas:

Concord Grape Cookie originated near the Kulfi Village in Beast-Yeast. Where she learnt basic first aid and even knew how to make Lassi herself. As a young cookie, she tends to sketch and draw a lot of the environment around her. So by the time she was old enough to traverse outside of where she lived, she went to Crispia by boat. While she lived in Crispia, she first explored the vast lands and sketched all of her adventures... But how, and why did she become a doctor? Well, on her adventures, she tends to see injured cookies from fighting and other natural causes. Which drove her to learn to become a healer under a mentor near the old ruins of Vanilla Kingdom, so she could patch up and help other cookies. (The mask she wears was a gift from her parents back in Beast-Yeast btw- oops-) And she ended up stumbling upon the... Well. Player's kingdom, and ended up meeting Y/N Cookie. Then after some mishaps from mostly Y/N Cookie both, eventually became friends despite being a bit of polar opposites. Concord Grape Cookie couldn't help but find Y/N Cookie a bit endearing, even if... They're a bit strange in her eyes. And found herself sketching them from time to time. ~~She never shows Y/N the sketches she made. ~~ and slowly Concord Grape Cookie realized she may... Like Y/N Cookie... Though she also realizes they literally have a fiancé. Albeit a bit insane... But don't tell her she said that! So she keeps them to herself. Even to this day.

Relationship/Dynamic:

She treats Y/N cookie like a mother does to her four-year-old who refuses to go to sleep at 11. Yet can also play therapist and comforter for Y/N if they need it.

Under the cut I’m gonna give her full lore dump which includes my headcanon on how Silvers time travel works but trust me you don’t need to read it all.

The TLDR is that Silver found her in a ruined future and in exchange for allowing her to exist outside timelines much like himself she now has time-bending powers (kinda!) She can adjust the time of any object (for example turning water into steam by sending it to its future where it evaporates.)

Ok so let’s start with Silvers time travel cuz it is actually relevant. The way I headcannon it working kinda combines all the ways we’ve seen it in canon.

I’m not gonna address 06 cause it didn’t happen in this timeline and also the method of time travel is similar to the own used in Rivals 1: using the power of the master or chaos emeralds.

So first off I headcanon that Silver being sent back to the past in rivals 1 was actually somewhat of an accident. He was on Onyx island when it was sent back. And then between Eggman Nega admitting he used the master emerald and (I have a rivals rewrite when this happens but that’s a post for another day oops) Shadow teaching Silver about the Chaos emeralds and how to harness their energy - Silver realizes he can use this power himself to send himself back in time Again but this time to stop the Ifirit from ever growing strong and therefore saving his future.

Doing this caused two things: one, now Silver himself was a living paradox where he both exists but can’t exist at once, and two: the timestones became aware of his determination to protect the world throughout all of time. The timestones then blessed Silver with the ability to exist outside the timelines and now he’s the only Silver throughout all time, but in return he now has the duty to Always save the future from destruction. The portals that appear to being Silver to the past or future when he’s needed is created by the timestones.

Now, to Mirai. Silver found Mirai in one of many ruined futures he had been called to prevent, and despite knowing that bringing anyone from the future back to the past could inadvertently cause a paradox (like he himself almost did) he knew he couldn’t just leave the child alone in a ruined future. They’d die. So he brings the child to the timestones and begs them to allow Mirai to be capable of existing outside time similar to himself so he could bring her home and she could live safely. The timestones really like Silver so they agree but also make it clear this cannot happen again.

When the time stones bless Mirai they also give her the ability to control the time of objects. She can turn water into steam, re-form broken relics, manipulates clay where she can create different weapons by sending the clay into alternate “futures” - one as a sword, one as a scythe, etc.

While this power can be very useful it’s also somewhat unreliable, so she also had Espio train her in Ninjitsu and with certain weapons.

I’m undecided on if I want her connection to the timestones mean that like Silver she has to go through the portals when they open. I think it would be interesting but idk if I can handle that level of angst oops

An inside joke for myself.

Some brief lore:

I did say Diane Whittaker was based off my childhood Sonic OC (Maria), who went through so many dramatic rewrites since her inception in 2004 (I was 9 and loved SA2). In playing XCOM (2012) for the first few times, I created my idea of who the Commander was. As a woman, the Commander should be a woman, too. Stepping in this role, I noticed her personality taking after Maria (both military girlies, obvs). Ace is my paladin from a cancelled Alice in Wonderland campaign where he works directly for the queen of hearts. His death is what drove her to be evil (oops) and she's reset his memory over and over and over again, and he's had to relearn how to be a person again from scratch.

He loves her, and has always loved her, but as the campaign went on he would've realized that she's lied so much over the years and become a horrible person who destroyed the island.

Speaking of the island, before everything happened, the island was empty but alive. It created a guardian to protect it, named Talos (Ace before his brainwashing). People started to show up and the island grew angry, and despite this Talos fell for one of the newcomers. Things got worse and the island was killing people and people were killing the island. His lovebird tried to fix things, but ended up killing the island, which killed Talos along with it. She brought him back and took the mantle of Queen, becoming the Queen of Hearts.

So....oops my character's death basically lead to the pain of most of the rest of the party aaaaand to make matters worse he was going to betray them at some point :)

Technicallyyy 4? I played through the game on all seasons but my other MCs aren't as fleshed out (and I haven't drawn them...) — but I'll talk about what I have anyway!

So obviously Chi was my first baby girl, autumn, romancing Percy straight away, I yap about her a lot already but here's a fun fact I haven't mentioned yet, her full name is Chi Huệ Aubade, very cool!

My next mc was Mika (she's sort recycled from olba, sorta not because I hate the idea of being unfaithful to cove, idk if that makes sense just the way my brain works) she's a summer and... well I was supposed to romance Elio... but then the Percy summer meeting hit me like a truck and I went for him again... now she probably won't get fleshed out but I'm thinking of doing a male mc elio summer run (for real this time, no percy shenanigans)

And then I have my spring mc, Nari, and- I will admit I was very close to reromancing Percy but no! they are a Jamie romance (slowwburn tho) cause I found the cupcake confrontation was so good with a spring personality. So they're uh, well to describe them, in a word, they're self-assured (technically two but semantics). They're extremely competent and they know it, they have a big ego and tend to be overconfident, brash and competitive. Andd they also have a crippling fear of emotional connection and an avoidant attachment style. love my little guys who are so smart yet so very stupid. Anyway their dynamic with Jamie is sort of teasing? They were expecting to be annoyed by him bcos of his reputation but they ended up liking him more than they thought. They have a sort of "people disappoint me" expectation, a lot of the friends and relationships they've had in the past were shallow (not for lack of trying? but nari really didn't put any effort in) they only really mesh with deja and cam and don't even try to form deeper relationships with others, the boys are the first friends they've made in a while, and their first time besides with cam and deja actually trying to connect with people. They're an ISTJ and fun fact about them theyyy are very good at chess.

And lastly my winter mc, Yumi (name pending.) they're my no romance route (or slowburn? it depends how it plays out I guess). They're... to describe them in one word. Chill (lol). They're an artist turned law student and they are very go with the flow. They are also doing a minor of sociology! They stopped painting in their last year of highschool because they were told they needed to start taking things seriously (they had pretty bad-average grades before). While they're generally patient and relaxed, when they do get angry, they are no holds barred, cussing out authority figures, not a single thought in that brain, they get very passionate when they're being confrontational. They're an INTP and fun fact about them they know how to skateboard.

WAIIIIT- I'M GONNA USE THIS ASK TO YAP ABOUT THE ENNEAGRAM (sorry anon my attention span is kinda fucked, ADHD ramble incoming)

Okay I've mentioned before Chi's a 2w3, little lore drop, she's got family issues (eldest daughter in an asian family /hj) but yeah there's a lot of pressure from that direction, that's part why she's doing a law degree (polisci? I forget how it is in america), she was rushed into picking a degree and just went with what she was best at. Anyway I should probably explain the enneagram oops, OKAY, so she has a type 2 fixation, which basically means, she's got a gaping hole where her self esteem is and she tries to patch that up by creating relationships (people pleaser...), that's why she tries to be as helpful as possible all the time, she's got a deep seated fear of abandonment and feels like she can only be loved if she's providing some sort of support (usually as an emotional dumping ground) to the other person.

Buttt, thankfully when she got to college she met Deja and Cam, who did NOT fuck with that kinda behaviour so she's slowly getting better, I imagine over the course of her time at college she gets better at loving herself and sets boundaries with her parents, fixes the relationship (the other drama is she has younger siblings who are still with them and yeah) idk I just like writing character arcs like this it helps me understand my ocs better I think

onto my other mcsss:

uhh Mika's a 7w8, but I'm gonna skip her since she'll probably get reworked into something else anywayyy

so Nari has a type 5 fixation, their whole deal is they need to feel competent, need to feel like they understand the world around them because it's a scary place and if something doesn't fit in with the way they understand things that means they understand nothing. Anyway, their little character arc would actually be centred on the relationship, it's a story about them accepting emotional vulnerability, letting down their walls, losing their rigid world view, and choosing to trust in another person and fall in love :3

Yumi (name pending) has a type 9 fixation, their problem is... well basically, on the surface, they're confident, calm, collected, composed (heh alliteration), they really seem like they've got it all together but internally they've resigned themself to being another cog in the machine. They've lost their passion in life and they're stuck in the pit of "it is what it is". Their character arc would probably involve them dropping out of college and pursuing something they actually care about, that being art.

GRAHH FINE SINCE YOU ASKED… my lore. Sorry this is so late gngahgahshsjsh… you literally caught me as dinner came home. Like. Oops… crazy… right after I knocked out shekhrkdbddmbd anyway! :)

Under the cut because it may or may not be a long thing, with most plot points just being little ideas—no fully fleshed story, just, erm. Ideas I like.

So, in this world, a majority of the population do. Not. Have powers, having them is seen as a blessing, But… It's a dystopian themed world—where these powers are incredibly monitored and regulated by the government—with some being minor, and some being full on changes to the physical body and how they manifest. (ie. My excuse for drawing anthros… or kemonomimi… shushhhh/also allows me to just dump all of my ocs which you may have seen before, in one little world and play with them like they’re my puppets :( I love them sm!! One of them sora is from DND they hold a special place in my heart...)

But again, having these powers is seen as a blessing from a God of some sort—and a curse, as while they’re regulated by the national government heavily, some individuals still manage to slip by, or cause harm to the general public, so from this, they (the gov) took advantage of this to instill a system of ‘heroes’ and ‘villains’ there’s a few ‘vigilantes’ but most either become heroes (through turning themselves in and doing plenty of community service work, and discussing a contract with some government representatives—most who become heroes are never the same. They always have a look in their eyes, as if valor to help their nation has blinded them), but some may become villains.

Heroes are those who just have a license and have signed a contract with the government—most get these contracts renewed or take a small few month break in between contract renewals. They’re unable to use their powers in these circumstances, unless it’s out of self defense. Civilians can too (those not heroes, are regulated by the government heavily, and choose not to pursue it. But it’s like US NAVAL contracts too. you can join programs in the gov that give you supplemental access and benefits to college/pay it off, etc etc etc. like the national guard but more celebritized), but they (civilians) need to find a GOOD lawyer. There’s so many laws that heroes are naturally given a smalllllll pass over, that it’s just best to run away, or be a hero in that small instance.

(This has sm mha influence. As sad as it is, that show influenced me sm. Got me into trying art. Fr fr/on digital. PLA is just where it improved a weeee bit).

OKAYYY ENOUGH AGOUT THE SET UP!! THE CHARACTERS… I’m so sorry idk why I’m rambling this much, I’m not even hyperfixated on my own OCs. Like what the fuck.

Anyways! A key note is that having bright colored hair is a key identification that you probably have powers that haven’t manifested yet, and the hair is always a bright color, unless, you’re Astor!

He’s got so much trauma *slaps roof of car.* You can fit so much trauma in this one bad boy. And despite it all he remains a good person. Dawg. You have more strength then I’d ever have. But igggg the want and need to help people because you were hurt and want to make a change does seem motivation enough… anyways. They’re so marysue coreee

The main character & a small-time vigilante going to the new school that’s just been set up. His hair only really turns those bright colors when she’s using their powers—but in the ref it’s just for convenience sake. She has so many skeletons in her closet, that they can’t risk being caught. But they love helping people too much. They’re a bit altruistic.

For ease of mind, they always have a small bit of static on their hands—both to stun new people meeting them. To make the air feel charged with thunder and electricity—a warning to her presence, and because it means their hair stays that color. No matter the charge. His eyes stay the same color though. Again. These are some old doodles from last year of some characters. Notably, that I also revamped. Heroes, villains, and vigilantes stories always hold a special place in my heart,,,

Next up is Anzu! Silly goober!!! Please give him head pats!!!! He loves it!!! This is Astor’s only… real friend. Since Astor likes his solitude. But tolerates Anzu’s silly behavior. Utter dichotomy between them!!! <333 I haven’t decided if they’d get together or nah, but! <3333

Yeah, this guy (and Astor) both have autism (I didn’t even realize that him liking trains was an autistic stereotype… oops. Mb gang. But like. Seriously. Ywah didn’t mean anything by it. I’m autistic myself and I’m possibly pursuing physics or engineering 💪💪 I think it’s alr if I project onto a character I made 🔥🔥🙏)

Yes, he’s based on the irl dinosaur. Yes, he’s autistic, hear me out. I just put lots of things together. And he just ended up with major tism 🔥🙏

And finally, a hero I designed :) I changed her a weeee bit. But she’s mostly the same sand manipulation :) villains dislike her since she puts sand in their shoes. Her big container is full of sand and stuff. She doesn’t have a weakness other then she needs to be a bit concentrated on making her sand creations—but they’re like second nature to her because of how long she’s been a hero. She’s an antagonist only because she’s trying to take Nexus in. She sees how sweet she can be to the native cats (from a distance. Never touching them, and she never knows why, they look at the native cats, longing to pet them but always stops) so she wants to take him in and make a case for him to join the government’s hero program.

Arizona! But her hero name is Sahara yk… Yeagh…. Anyways :) I love her lots. She does mean well. But she’s also blindly faithful in the government, or will see its problems and will deflect or try to be better to make things right. But she always holds rules above anything else. Even if she cares about someone who’s breaking them, a lot, so yeah… totally not talking about the mentor and mentee relationship between her and Nexus… where she pushes her morals aside just to listen to him seldom talk about his intrepid interests.

If Nexus didn’t have those powers—in her opinion—she would’ve made an excellent leader in whatever field he’d want to pursue. And she knows he’s got something up with them—some history. And that breaks her heart a little seeing how much pure joy Nexus gets at being able to try new things, like new foods, or try out purely common things that should be normal to a kid like herself.

hehehe so the moons came about via a convo with @zoo650 that started. not about the actual moons. we got on the topic of darkstalker and how its sad his canonical design is, to say, quite lacking in icewing traits. they mentioned he could've been a chimera and how cool that would've been, and we traded moonpaw (warrior cat) and darkstalker designs until they brought a funny thought to the table

and that IMMEDIATELY got my brain moving!!! i dont now a lot about systems and we dont end up giving darkstalker specifically a system but they will be mentioned later!

despite it being way too early in the morning i needed to get the image i had on paper, but that meant getting actual designs for the moons

we decided it would be funnier if the moons weren't nightwings, and we slowly cooked on the specific tribes as i started drawing them all

but we're getting distracted already arent we? heres the initial piece i drew of them all! (side note i draw silkwings like centaurs because bugs :D) i wanted the moons to look like their tribe but still *other* yknow? they have 4 horns and 4 ears, moon patterns on their bodies, (and in the final designs) otherworldly glowing markings on their scales. and they *terrorize* darkstalker. we dont know of another dragonets born on brightest nights so he might have been the first! theyre so happy to spend their time with someone who can hear them (even if they made it happen) but man if these three arnet bad with kids. darkstalker is a weird case, hes narcissistic and egotistical, and who can blame him! HE CAN HEAR THE MOONS!!!! yeah they definitionally wouldn't be helpful with day to day activities that *mortal* dragons deal with. but!! still the actual moons!!

from this point on we kinda. forget about darkstalker. oops there are other dragons that might have fun with moons! like moon!

for a girl with an mostly absent mother and a dad we dont talk about, she *should* have a cool moon guardian (while this is fun to think about, the hoops we have to jump though with the loose lore we have would be plenty to justify her seeing imperial)

also we decide that Oracle is making Cottonmouths life even more of a living hell (for the jokes)

we pick up our convo again the next day with one last darkstalker! the moons with darkstalker vs the moons with peacemaker:

while my fixation on the moons didnt get me far enough to design the the 6 moon pieces (3 for whiteout and 3 for sunny, fatespeaker, and starflight) this is when i started designing the actual moons! so back to those three

and theres probably a lot that we both never wrote down or wasnt mentioned here! a few things that never went anywhere: starflight and fatespeaker trying to research the phenomenon they are experiencing and the only one knowing anything being hope. the three² groups skywing maybe being a crow. mentions of clearsight knowing of the moons (didnt go anywhere cause i forgot shes a future seer and not a mind reader), whiteouts headmates all having diffrent painting styles (mudwing: loves pottery and sculptures skywing: FINGER PAINTING, a beast at landscapes silkwing: knitting and crochet obviously (or smth else), the three² groups silkwing discovering silkwings are real, the reason why perception is a dove, SO MANY THINGS!!!!

What is COSAH?

Okay so I got 2 asks regarding COSAH which made me realize I’ve never posted anything about it to this account which is nuts to me. Then again I don’t really share my OCs too much (oops). So I’m sharing a few comics pages I made last year (mind you they’re pretty old and I was in crunch mode for school so they’re a little ugly.)

COSAH is abbreviated for The Circus of Stars and Hearts! The comics revolve around Clara Campbell and Octavius Starblazer. Clara is a 25 year old clown school dropout, who has been working kids parties to help pay off her student loans and earn enough to go back to college for something else. She has a strained relationship with her overbearing parents who shamed her for even wanting to be a clown. Although she wants to pursue a different career path, Clara has a deep love for clownery and circusry, and takes the ‘clowns code of ethics’ very seriously. Octavius is a 27 year old ringleader who started his own circus after running away from his family (who also ran a circus). Octavius was broke and had to squat in an abandoned grocery store, which he eventually makes into his Circus. The Circus of Stars and Hearts is Octavius’ chance to prove himself to everyone that he has good ideas and that he doesn’t need his family’s help to succeed. His cousin Stella joins the circus as an aerial performer, and the squatter who was living in the grocery store before Octavius, Benny, joins as a clown/stage hand.

That’s all I’m going to reveal about it because I’m rewriting a lot of it right now (even though I haven’t touched my comic pages since this summer) I made this comic as a project for school last year, but I really like the characters and world I managed to create out of it. Sadly I haven’t had a ton of time or motivation to work on it with school starting. During school I’m making a ton of comics for assignments and it burns me out pretty fast. I have a class next semester where I may be able to explore these characters more and I hope that I am able to!
