I love the fact that the only reason zoro and sanji didn’t want Loki to join the crew was bc he would eat to much and not fit other than that they completely trust luffy judgement of character and I honestly really hope Loki becomes a grand fleet member

I don't see anyone talking about this but what's up with the panel with the Sanji closeup in 1152 just after he asked Gaban "WHAT ABOUT ME?" (just after the Zoro haki reveal).

It could just be a mood bit but it felt almost like Oda being coy about Gaban's answer. Any thoughts or theories?

pretty sure that was Gaban saying something to him that will be revealed in the future yeah. I assumed it was Gaban telling him smthn about why Sanji didn't currently have conquerors haki so I bet it's gonna be...troubling for Sanji which means SANJI SAD BOY ARC NO.345783 LET'S GOOOOOOO

ok, so my first thought was, is it luffy's fruit? it may be a long shot since if the fruit was in elbaf shanks would have no reason to steal it from the marines he could have just taken it from elbaf but i think it makes the most sense right now. although the fruit may just have been the fruit that loki ate. This would be similar to kuma, having to eat the fruit in a critical situation.

also this is extremely fitting and pirate like of luffy to try and manoeuvre the situation. I cant even guess if loki would join, my gut says he will but my mind says no. because not everyone that luffy asks joins his crew, like vivi and Yamato. I think vivi is definitely going to join the crew now since her fathers death and the entire situation with her having to flee. The king knows she a D., no way she can survive without the crew.

the rate at which one piece is unraveling, im very happy were getting to know the details while also being utterly unaware about what is happening.

Well now we know who Loki takes after lmao. But his similarity to Harald in his youth leads me to think that Loki indeed will likely have some form of character development when he sees that what his people want is peace and happiness, not violence and war.

Seems like Harald was being attacked by his own men, but was that because they were going berserk, or because he was? Could Imu have been involved, since Harald was starting to grow more peaceful and thus less useful? Jarul likely doesn't remember what happened because he, well, got stabbed in the head, and I'm guessing either Harald or Loki kills the castle guard, depending on which is being apparently controlled. Maybe Loki really DOES kill Harald, but only because Harald is possessed or something and attacks him so he has to defend himself.

I am still thinking about Shanks wanting a laid back life with Buggy and I have to wonder, because Buggy is not a laid back person really, does Shanks not understand Buggy? In the same way Buggy doesn't understand Shanks? To think life together would be chill and they wouldn't fight and Buggy wouldn't want to keep looking for treasure? Or is Shanks just so op from birth that going on potentially perilous treasure hunts on the regular would be a chill and laid back life for him?

I think for Shanks "laid back pirating life" just meant not being an emperor or any significant pirate LMAO like I'm sure Shanks would've been HAPPY to have perilous adventures with Buggy to find treasure so long as he's not stopping fucking WARS HAHA
