okay, here we go, for June & Astarion.

2. What would they do if the other woke up in a manic state from a nightmare? this is not an uncommon occurance for June in particular. once they get together, Astarion knows that physical touch grounds June in reality, so he'd mostly just hold her...and maybe make some snarky jokes about her murder dreams. on the flipside, June would ask him what he needs before ever touching him or making assumptions, because giving him the choice is important to her.

4. Which one is more protective? Who needs to be "protected"? i think they are pretty equally protective of the other. Astarion might be slightly more than June because he's so afraid of something he cares about being taken away from him. as for who needs protecting more - also pretty equal. they are both really competent in different ways. tho June's struggle with her grip on reality can be complicated. still, i'm going to say it's pretty equal here.

9. What are their thoughts on having children? June would be a great mom and would, in theory, love to have a family. but she's so scared her nature as a Bhaalspawn would pass down to her kids or that she'd kill any children she had because she killed her adoptive family when she was young. Astarion, being a vampire, is infertile. i think if June REALLY wanted kids he'd be down to adopt but he'd also be kinda a mess as a dad (spoil the kids too much, encourage them to murder, etc) so June's perfectly okay with them bieng childless lol

12. Do they have many heated arguments? How do they smooth them over? Not many, but they do argue because June is a goody goody who wants to help everyone and Astarion is a power hungry gremlin. when it does get heated, it's because they are both stubborn. it's usually smoothed over because despite being stubborn, June is patient with Astarion, and he is will eventaully hear her out. sometimes they have to agree to disagree, but at the end of the day, whent hey argue, they do come at it from a place of deep care for one another.

19. How do they feel about PDA? Astarion is all about it, especially if it makes other people uncomfortable and he can be petty in some form or fashion. June is the oppostie. she's fine with it UNLESS it's making someone else uncomfortable. that said, physical touch does a lot to keep her grounded when her visions and hallucinations are bad, so small acts of PDA like hand holding and such are almost a necessity for her some days.
