btw this isn't an insult because the dirtiest people I have ever met are white but like, each time I go outside of italy, I am reminded that cleanliness is a whole different concept for everybody.

I am staying at a study inn and I know it is just a grade above hostels BUT ...#I walked in and the kitchen (which i needed to use) had crumbs of food everywhere#and like I am not a clean person by any chance#like I am clean but not at my mom's level#I get that you might accidentally leave some stuff at times#or splashes#but the food was fucking everywhere#even on the floor#and like the dude receptionist just went 'oh somebody made an oopsie' and while I get that it isn't your thing to actually clean after othe#maybe idk send a message#I am also bewildered by the good reviews but it's just day (1)
