Earth-45: A world of massive corporate power. On this Earth, Clark Kent returned from a trip to Tibet with a few ideas he worked out with his friends, Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen. The three were able to create a machine to bring ideas to life, but when their budget ran out they looked for corporate backing. Unfortunately they had to sign over control of the machine to Overcorp, who used it to create a living embodiment of their corporate creed, the horror known as Superdoom.

And over and a Luthor working together Overgirl and Lutessa Luthor being the opposite of heroes on Earth-X P.s. I know the name would be Overcorp, but “Supercorp Earth-x” means the version of the ship in this earth.

any thoughts on SuperDoomsday and how he could be utilized as a recurring villain past the Action Comics run?
Morrison took the proverbial gloves off and savagely (metaphorically) beat the shit out of WB and DC over their handling of Superman with this guy.

Metatextuality he's a criticism of the direction Morrison saw DC and WB wanting to take Superman in, a "troubled anti-hero" whose goal is selling merchandise and destroying the competition. Powers that be in the executive suites have long viewed Superman as a "problem" and made many attempts at "fixing" him in a way that would increase his appeal. Superman was invented on Earth 45 by three youngsters (that world's versions of Clark, Lois, and Jimmy). Originally he was a beautiful idea that they built as an expression of their desire to save the world, but they couldn't give him permanence on their own. So they sold him to Overcorp, which promptly cut off their control over the concept and turned him into Superdoom, a corporate mascot. Parallels to Siegel and Shuster's treatment at the hands of DC are obvious and I'm sure intentional.
Fascinating how Superdoom predates the multiple evil Supermen takes of the 2010s, but manages to criticize and deconstruct the mindset that gave rise to them nonetheless. He's Superman revamped, given a new tacticool outfit that's crafted for mass market appeal, and no boring character traits, just the iconography and the power. Built for those who insist the Injustice Superman is the best because "that's what Superman would REALLY be like", or the DCEU fans who worship a Superman who has nothing but the power levels and iconography, this is their Superman's final form. For those familiar with Morrison's obsession regarding The Bomb, Superdoom is a showcase in how even Superman can be corrupted by the same self-destructive human nature that gave rise to atomic warfare, taking ideas and converting them into weapons. Once he was meant to save everyone, now he's a Bomb (literally turning into a bomb and detonating in his final Action Comics appearance under Morrison) used to oppress, exploit, and kill.
Most interesting to me personally is the way Morrison used Superdoom to criticize the way corporations employ superheroes to expand their control over the population. Total about face from how Morrison used to view superheroes as ideas capable of uplifting and liberating us, here Morrison shows a population essentially enslaved to Overcorp after allowing this corporate character and his logo to define their lives. Surely I don't need to point out how companies such as Disney and WB are striving to do just that with their real world monopoly over superheroes? Look at how our current status quo is utterly obsessed with superheroes, they dominate all aspects and mediums of pop culture, yet the values superheroes profess certainly haven't translated into a better world have they? Instead we only watch the corporations that own them reap greater and greater rewards, while frequently the writers and artists who toiled to elevate them get either scraps or nothing at all.

As for how he could be used as a reoccurring villain, if there's ever another attempt at a "Superverse" team up after Tomasi botched the first attempt, then I think he should be the co-Big Bad with Mandrakk. Multiple variations of Supermen teaming up to take down the one evil Superman who threatens them all, the Superdoom poised to ruin the very idea of Superman, corrupting and killing every rival counterpart he encounters. Pairing up him and Mandrakk makes the most sense to me, with Mandrakk filling the evil mastermind role that Vyndktvx did in Morrison's Action Comics run. Mandrakk is the embodiment of entropy and how stories can rot, Superdoom is that concept applied specifically to Superman.

Introducing the Bart Tanaka, the Flash of Earth-45! Like the Superdoom of that Earth, FLASH (Fastest Living Artificial Super-Hero) is actually a sort of cybernetic tulpa created using tech initially developed by Kent, Lane, and Olsen before their work was bought by Overcorp and used to establish a violent capitalist police-state that caused mass destruction across multiple realities in the local multiverse.
Bart’s story picks up some time after Superdoom disappears and Waynetech’s Batman takes the credit for the mysterious disappearance of Doom-Luthor as well (idk man, they gave him a dumb name, I’d have just made him E-45′s Ultra-Humanite or “Ultra-Doomsday” or something). Bart is a coder for Star Incorporated, his Earth’s version of Star Labs and the brainchild of silicon valley tech-messiah Eobard “Barry” Allen. Discovering some of Eobard’s more unscrupulous actions, Bart tries to take the story to the press but is captured and forcibly hooked to a Kent-Lane Tulpa Generator, resulting in the first of the post-Overcorp collapse line of artificial superhmans: The Flash.

Legion of Super-Heroes In The 52 Multiverse
My idea of what the different Legion counterparts look like based on DC’s current 52 Multiverse, making assumptions based on Earths which already exist and the blank Earths I’ve created ideas for.
Earth-0: The Retroboot Legion, which is currently missing because the 31st Century has been cut off from the rest of the universe as if someone or something shielded it from Flashpoint and Dr. Manhattan’s assault. A version of Saturn Girl is in the 21st Century, but she is NOT from this Legion.
Earth-1: There is no Legion, because this Earth still doesn’t have a 31st Century. There seems to be something really wrong with this universe, because it shouldn’t be taking this long to finish developing.
Earth-2: The New 52 Legion, yet it’s still unclear if this Legion came into existence before or after the previous Earth-2 was destroyed during “World’s End.” However, a few hundred years prior a Legion-esque group called Infinity Inc. existed, and they were made up of the descendants of the Justice Society.
Earth-3: The Cartel of Super-Criminals, which no longer exists because Earth-3 was destroyed by the Anti-Monitor. For more info, see their Antimatter Universe version.
Earth-4: Has no Legion.
Earth-5: Has no Legion, but a version of Thunder exists.
Earth-6: Has no Legion, unless someone gets back to Stan Lee about a “Just Imagine... The Legion” comic.
Earth-7: The Essential Comics Universe version of Earth-8′s “Galactic Gladiators.” They were destroyed along with the rest of Earth-7 by the Gentry.
Earth-8: The Galactic Gladiators, an homage to Marvel’s Imperial Guard. Are currently dealing with the Firebird’s latest rebirth and are not on good terms with the G-Men.
Earth-9: Legion of Super-Heroes, which is not a group but the name of an online dating game but with superheroes. Since this is the Tangent Comics universe, the name’s been taken into a totally unexpected tangent.
Earth-10: A Legion made up completely of non-humanoid aliens, inspired by the efforts of an aged Overman attempting to redeem himself for the sins he performed under Adolf Hitler’s direction. The Legion fights to create a galactic utopia for all races, sexes, and religions.
Earth-11: The League of Super-Heroes, a version of the Legion featuring male versions of the lady Legionnaires, and female versions of the guy Legionnaires. Genderqueer and gender neutral members like Chameleon and Quislet retain their gender. ALL the guys have sexy outfits.
Earth-12: The DC Animated Universe version of the Legion.
Earth-13: The House of Gems, a Legion inspired from Gemworld in order to play up the connection between Amethyst and the White Witch.
Earth-14: The Legends of the Dead Earth Legion, led by Wildfire, which has been trying to reform the United Planets and is reaching out to the multitude of planets that have been separated for far too long.
Earth-15: Has no Legion because it was destroyed by Superboy-Prime in the 21st Century.
Earth-16: A sort of mash-up of the FYL Legion and the Reboot Legion since this is a world primarily based on 90s DC characters. Features the Reboot original Legionnaires as members of the SW6 Legion. Basically if the FYL Legion had been thought out in advanced and Mon-El was the inspiration from the beginning.
Earth-17: From the future of an Earth ravaged by Atomic War, this Legion is a blistering parody of space war films like Starship Troopers in its battle against the supposedly evil Spider Guild.
Earth-18: A Western Legion befitting a Western Earth. Based off that one pin-up from Legion #100.
Earth-19: A Jules Verne inspired Legion to match the Victorian/Edwardian aesthetic of this gaslight Earth.
Earth-20: Has no Legion.
Earth-21: A stylized Silver Age inspired Legion to match the New Frontier. If Darwyn Cooke drew a Legion pin-up, they live on this Earth.
Earth-22: The Kingdom Come Legion.
Earth-23: An afrofuturist Legion including the two daughters of President Superman, Supergirl Red and Supergirl Blue.
Earth-24: The Logjam of Super-Heroes, which spends more time trying to finish its role call than it does fight evil. Their greatest enemy is No-Brainiac 5. (See New Year’s Evil: Mr. Mxyzptlk)
Earth-25: A version of the Legion in what used to be the Wildstorm Universe, they were originally slaughtered by the bastard knockoff Authority, but the Worldstorm revived them. Given this Earth was ravaged during “Number of the Beast” and then lost its numbering when Dr. Manhattan stole most of its heroes and villains, it’s unknown if they’re still alive.
Earth-26: A Lotta Supa Animals, a bunch of cartoon animal versions of the Legion that exist in the sub-universe Earth-C. Includes Cosmic Colt, Saturn Snake, and Lightning Labrador.
Earth-27: In Universe-27A, there is the Legion led by Cosmic King, Saturn Queen, and Lightning Lord, and they are heroic individuals. In Universe-27B, there is the Vanguard of Tomorrow inspired by the many folktales and legends of Earth. In Universe 27C there is no Legion, but many Legionnaires whose parents were villains, are among those in the “Super Brats” community.
Earth-28: The Legion Academy is a school for superheroes. Every one of the teachers is one of the main Legionnaires, while the students are every hero and heroine who ever applied to the Legion in other continuities.
Earth-29: The Bizarro Legion.
Earth-30: The Legion of Luthors, a group made up of different descendants of Lex Luthor on other planets. They’ve tried going back in time to fight the communist leader, Superman, in the name of their great grandfather.
Earth-31: When piracy took to the stars after humanity gained a semblance of space travel following the tsunamis and earthquakes which ravaged Earth, there are now battles aboard great space ships and schooners. The Legionnaires are pirates of tomorrow, sailing on great vessels across the ocean of time.
Earth-32: An amalgamated Legion where the members equal at least two Legionnaires combined into one.
Earth-33: The Threeboot Legion on Earth-Prime.
Earth-34: Has no Legion.
Earth-35: The Eternity League, an awesome collection of famous teen figures from across time led by Infinity Girl. They include the likes of Tituba, Medusa, Arachne, Joan of Arc, Maid Marian, Atlanta, and Young John Henry. They’ve also invited Kid Supremo and his little sister, Supremia, to join. Their enemies include Johnny Reb and Supremia’s archfoe, Adolfina Hitler, from an alternotime where Adolf Hitler and Eva Braun had a daughter. An homage to Awesome Comics’ League of Infinity.
Earth-36: The Tomorrow Platoon, based off Big Bang Comics’ Legion homage the Pantheon of Heroes. Includes the likes of Optigirl, Jovian Kid, Comedy King, Warpette, Nega Boy, Sister Spectre, Clownfish, and Wintermoon.
Earth-37: Has no Legion.
Earth-38: The Superman & Batman: Generations Legion.
Earth-39: Has no Legion.
Earth-40: Has no Legion.
Earth-41: A Legion inspired from the cast of Robert Kirkman’s “Invincible,” led by Kid Incredible and his girlfriend Atomic Lass.
Earth-42: The Li’l Legion.
Earth-43: The Legion of Blood in a world where vampires became the dominant species and spread throughout the galaxy. The Legion has been split down its ranks by those who still drink blood and those who converted to caffeine, which led to the infamous “Coffee Crisis of Colu.”
Earth-44: The Periodic Legion, where there is at least one robotic Legionnaire for every element in the Periodic Table.
Earth-45: Legion Corps., a subsidiary of Overcorp.
Earth-46: Has no Legion.
Earth-47: The Love-In Legion of the psychedelic Earth-47 where the sixties never ended.
Earth-48: Has no Legion.
Earth-49: The League of Super-Teens, a comic read by Static in the Milestone. In this Meta Earth where all fictional characters in the DCU exist, they are the Legion analog. Yet despite coming from comics in the 1950s its odd they would feature a 90s frat boy and a mall rat type.
Earth-50: Currently home to the Justice Lords, this universe has a future split in half by two Legions, one that followed the Justice Lords’ example and one that rebelled against it.
Earth-51: Has no Legion.

Have you seen Overgirl's suit???? OOhhh MUH God.... And how do you feel about Overcorp?
So I had to google Overgirl to see what that was all about, and I’m gathering it’s an au nazi Supergirl that they’re going to fight in the arrowverse crossover?
I think given the political climate of today, it could be nice to see Supergirl punch some Nazis! b/c I feel like that’s a running theme of a lot of original comics back in WW2 and it would be reaffirming to see Supergirl & co. standing up against modern day nazis! however, I’m not completely sold on the au Kara being a nazi? like couldnt they do anti-nazi without turning one of my fave super heroes into one? it’s kinda squicky for me tbh. and as much as I want them to mess with the Supergirl suit - this isn’t what I wanted!!
As far as Overcorp … honestly, I think Lena would be disgusted with a nazi version of Supergirl. I think she’s so used to people she loves failing her by being evil that seeing Supergirl like that would upset her so much that it would be difficult to tell if she was pissed off or sad! If Lena ever goes evil (which I will lose my shit if that happens) but if she does, it will be because she thinks she’s doing the right thing. One thing about her character is that her past trauma has made her so hyper aware of turning evil that she could never intentionally turn evil. She would never intentionally hurt anyone, and I think if anything, she should be used as sort of a check to Kara’s seeming all powerfullness (and tendency to turn to anger.)
tldr: Supergirl punching Nazis = awesome! Supergirl as a nazi … = not awesome. Overcorp = completely out of character for Lena - she’s the type to break her hand punching an asshole nazi and then Kara drags her to Alex to get patched up
