oh i’ve been waiting for this one. obligatory ‘read everything on my early camchase fic rec list’, particularly voleuse’s work, although i will try to make this an entirely new list in order to cameronmaxx at full capacity. also obligatory clunky self-promo moment: i write a lot of cameron-centric fanfic that you can find on my ao3 if you haven’t already!! anyway enough disclaimers. let’s get down to business.

The Art of Preservation by LizBee — really great cameron and house joint character study written and set during s1; house pov but very cameron centric too. gen, 867 words, no pairings

Witness, Witness by SkyeBean — ok so technically this isn’t cameron centric; it’s a hilson established relationship au. but actually that should be a resounding endorsement of how good the original fellows’ characterisation is in this because i’m recommending it anyway. just trust that i wouldn’t lead you astray.
