My friend is going to run a DnD game with our Dragon Age characters for us so I get to repurpose Daee for it!

He is now going to be a Reborn who has a lot of missing pieces of his memories and wants to remember what he had lost, but also make new memories that he can cherish

So. Guess who commissioned the amazing @shukruut to do up late teens/early twenties Ylliben (time-traveler Obi-Wan) in A Child’s Ink? Specifically, with most of the tattoos he gains across the course of that fic.

Our boy is mid-workout and there are some very flustered Fellow Teens that he is either ignoring or genuinely does not notice.

(I say 'most' because there are a few I still haven't decided on for chapter three, and thus could not direct the placement or design of. I'll figure those out uhhhh eventually. At least two of them are probably on his legs anyway, so I'll just imagine that's what's going on, and you will presumably forgive me for being bad at Decisions if one of them doesn't quite match up with the art lmao.)

Some of these aren't definitive and if you want to imagine it differently, that's great! I definitely kept a few of them vague enough for reinterp! For me, half the point of this commission was to get an idea what was even going on so I could keep track of where he still had room for another tat in the years to come.

i think sebastian would’ve grown up to be either a curse-breaker, healer, or professor. he came way too close to azkaban for him to realistically become an auror imo. my hc though is that he became the hogwarts dada professor and one of his students was dumbledore

For real though, Pencil's crash out is SO well-written here! It made her character a lot more realistic in my eyes.

Bold of you to assume we're ever getting rid of Dostoyevsky I want to believe she will be next! I'm like 85% confident next arc will feature European authors, so I want to believe she will be playing a big role, be it villain or neutral position. I can't wait to see the first female organization leader 🥺🥺 That said, this arc has been going on for so long, I can't even guess if *I* will be around for the next arc

eternal pet peeve in time travel fiction is when the same actor plays a descendant of a character despite y'know. hundreds of years happening in between. i know why it makes sense from a production/narrative angle but please that's not how genetics work and i think it's a stupid bit when you could just hire another actor and i wouldn't have to roll my eyes so much.
