Please never vote for any of these people again
Sorry, St Bluebell isn’t here today. Besides how much I hate Hobby Lobby, the one potentially rage inducing issue I bring up on this site is voting. After I have encouraged all of you to register and cast your votes, these people voted to nullify the election results in states where their candidate didn’t win. They did so *after* the assault on the Capitol Building, after they had seen the consequences of their attempt to undermine the peaceful transfer of power in this country.
Every year our government becomes more powerful, gains more power over the daily lives of its citizens. Its knows where you live, it knows who you talk to on the phone, it knows what library books you checked out, it knows what you had for breakfast. The most important issue facing us today is whether we, the people, will ensure that we have a government we can trust before we lose all control of it. Every single one of these people should be primaried by their own party and never allowed to hold any public office again.

Immediately Remove The Republicans Who Voted In Favor of the Terrorists’ Demands
It’s not just Trump who has to go. The Constitution is clear. Any member of Congress who participates in an “insurrection or rebellion” is in violation of the oath they took to defend and uphold the Constitution — and thus they may no longer serve in Congress. Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment, written initially to exclude Confederate Civil War traitors, says that "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress … who … having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress … to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same[.]"
There are 147 Republican members of the Senate and the House who late last Wednesday night (and into the early hours of Thursday morning) — just hours after a domestic terrorist attack on the Capitol which they and Trump helped to incite — voted to overturn (throw out) the legal and already-certified votes of millions of Americans in the states of Pennsylvania and Arizona. It was an act of sedition and a flagrant violation of their oath of office. Legal experts and other members of Congress have called it an act of treason. THIS MUST BE DEALT WITH. They must be, as the Constitution requires, removed from Congress.
Here are their names. And to be clear: The cop-killing terrorist mob who attacked, trashed, took over and shut down our United States Congress for seven hours — the first time in history this has ever happened — their terrorist demands and their stated intention was to prevent the counting of the votes of millions of Americans and illegally give the election to Trump. So what did these 147 Republican lawmakers do just hours after these domestic terrorists stormed the Capitol in the hopes of killing, harming or kidnapping some of their fellow representatives, including their Republican Vice-President!? They voted to give in to the terrorists’ demands! And do EXACTLY what the cop-killing mob had demanded they do: Throw out the votes of the American people! Imagine if on the night of 9/11, 147 Republican members of Congress voted to give in to the demands of Al Qaeda. We never would have stood for that and we would have had them all arrested. But of course there’s a difference: Bin Laden wanted to take down buildings in the financial and military capitols of America and kill 3,000 people in the process. These 147 Republicans just wanted to take down American Democracy.
ALL 147 OF THEM MUST BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY PER SECTION 3 OF THE 14th AMENDMENT OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION:

[Audio Books] Good to Great audiobook download by Jim Collins
Built To Last, the defining management study of the nineties, showed how great companies triumph over time and how long-term sustained performance can be engineered into the DNA of an enterprise from the very beginning.
But what about companies that are not born with great DNA? How can good companies, mediocre companies, even bad companies achieve enduring greatness? Are there those that convert long-term mediocrity or worse into long-term superiority? If so, what are the distinguishing characteristics that cause a company to go from good to great?
Over five years, Jim Collins and his research team have analyzed the histories of 28 companies, discovering why some companies make the leap and others don't. The findings include:
- Level 5 Leadership: A surprising style, required for greatness. - The Hedgehog Concept: Finding your three circles, to transcend the curse of competence. - A Culture of Discipline: The alchemy of great results. - Technology Accelerators: How good-to-great companies think differently about technology. - The Flywheel and the Doom Loop: Why those who do frequent restructuring fail to make the leap.

Good to Great audiobook download Reviews
Justin A
Good to Great is an excellent book, filled with fascinating insights for the business leader, or anyone striving to make their organization "Great". This book is a MUST READ before implementing the next big change or improvement program in your business, or hiring the next key-person. It is a must-read for anyone wanting to build a great company as well... Having the author narrate adds to the content & message of the book as well. Having Collins narrate allows him to place special emphasis on things particularly important to him, as well as offer his commentary & reflections, that most certainly would not exist if the publisher used a 3rd-party narrator. Also, in this audio version, Collins give his insight into the work several year after the book's publishing, which only reaffirms, or sheds new light, or clarifies certain points throughout the book. He even goes so far as to include several "Frequently Asked Questions" since the book's initial publishing, and offers his insight to these questions as well. I must also address some of the negative reviews about the book as well. Since publishing, some of the companies discussed in the book have fallen from their "Great" status, and several people have dismissed the book because of that. However, Collins addresses this very point in the epilogue of the book - at the time of it's initial writing - pointing out that "IF" a company were to lose it's "Great" status, it would not negate the findings of the research, and the book itself. Fixating on the long-term success after the "Good to Great" research totally misses the point - a point which Collins very clearly addresses near the end. In short, this is an absolute MUST READ for people wanting to initiate change in their business, or simply for those wandering "what makes some businesses great," or "can my business become great...?" Good to Great is an absolute must read - I cannot recommend it more highly.

Really great read for anyone that works in any business. The negative reviews of this book are obvious people that haven't read or didn't listen to the author. The research and data is historical and just because you a company was great doesn't mean they always are and will be. Don't bash something if you don't actually read and listen to it.

AHCA and Mid Term Elections
Mid term elections are Tuesday, November 6, 2018. It's quite some time from now, but I hope people will be able to keep that in the back of their minds, at the very least. I know I don't have friends in too many states, so please share this around if it's not too much trouble. Such is the problem with gerrymandering and the population spread in the United States, in many states it is difficult for Democrats to get representation in states that are largely Republican. Obviously this is a vice versa situation, but all those who voted yes on the bill are Republicans, so it's not exactly an issue that is bipartisan. Below is a list, by district, of all state representatives who voted Yes on the AHCA (American Health Care Act" or "Trumpcare" to pass the House of Representatives with a vote of 217 to 213. Below is also the phone number for each representative if you'd like to call and voice your opinion of the act. You can find your district and representative by entering your zipcode at this website. At the very least, I hope you will share this for friends or family members who view this as the important issue that it is. Thank you!
