this is probably one of the only ones on the list that is pure fluff. in fact, the note is titled "fluffy idea" haha. but essentially:

there is some issue at hogwarts (big surprise) with a new professor mistreating the students

harry has to leave work early to attend a pta/board meeting to resolve this issue... he's super tired/irritated/annoyed and running late. he's at the end of his rope

he comes into the meeting late only to find draco (who he hasn't really interacted with after hogwarts) already there complaining about the exact same issue, raising all the concerns harry thought of and more. draco is going full diva on the board, pulling out all the stops, threatening people with his money and influence, etc.

harry, ofc, is incredibly into it.

Chuuya twirls one end of Kunikida’s red ribbon around their finger, grinning at the way his cheeks flush horribly in response. They came to meet him for lunch, because they’ve both been too busy to see each other much during the past few weeks, but Chuuya is seriously debating ditching work for the rest of the day and just dragging Kunikida back to their apartment. It’s only because they know Kunikida would never agree that they refrain from suggesting as much.

They lean closer to him, grinning, tugging on the ribbon slightly. “See something you like, pretty boy?”

Kunikida purses his lips together. He tries to glare, but it doesn’t exactly work. Chuuya opens their mouth to tease him some more, but before they can say anything else, someone loudly clears their throat.

Chuuya looks up to find Lucy glaring at them. She sets their drinks down on the table harshly, tells them, “I am so sick of you people coming into my café and being disgusting,” then stomps away.

And, okay, maybe Chuuya should respect Lucy’s wishes and back off. But it’s been a week and a half since they’ve gotten a moment alone with Kunikida, and they’re feeling a bit vengeful. So instead, they flip Lucy off and yank Kunikida into a kiss.

10. Usually trains of thought are resonated with, well, trains- what's something else you'd use to describe your thought process?

A bus. It takes an exorbitant amount of fuel to make the bus even get started on a route you don’t want to take. Then, while on the route you don’t want to take, you stubbornly decide you’re not going to take it anymore; it’s dangerous for some reason you can’t explain. You decide it would be more fun to stop at other bus stops on a more interesting route, so you do that. You avoid the correct route like the plague.

You can only get back on track when you only have two hours left in the day to drop the rest of your passengers off. The pressure helps you get over your aversion enough to buckle down and focus.

Or, if you’re on a route you enjoy for fun, you will complete it 20 times from start to finish with no breaks. When people try to get you to clock back in on the status-quo correct route, you insist, “But I can’t take the correct route yet, I have to finish this one first to make me feel safe enough to do the correct route!”

And then you complete the interesting route another 20 times until you finally feel guilty for neglecting your passengers.

22. What's a strange assumption about humanity that you made as a kid, if you had one?

I think I just had a hard time understanding that things and people and circumstances change over time. Nothing can stay the same forever, no matter how badly you want it to. No one can live forever, no matter how much you want someone to stay on Earth with you. You have to let go, sometimes.

Caleb does not give a fuck about PDA. Not even a little. In fact, he seems personally offended by the idea of not touching you at all times, like physical contact is the only thing keeping him tethered to Earth. (Ironic for someone who has a gravity manipulation evol, I know.)

You're the PDA couple in line for amusement park rides. The ones people pretend not to stare at while Caleb leans over you with his chin on your head, swaying side to side like you’re his favorite song. His hands are somewhere on you: around your waist, in your back pockets, or just flat on your stomach like he’s claiming territory.

At the grocery store? You’re trying to compare pasta sauces and he’s behind you, arms looped around your hips like you're the most fascinating shelf in the store. You shift a step to the left; he shuffles with you like you’re in a three-legged race. A lady clears her throat behind you in the aisle and Caleb, unbothered, just kisses the back of your neck and asks if you want the spicy marinara.

Friends have stopped commenting. You sit on Caleb’s lap like it’s your assigned seat. He hooks his chin over your shoulder during game nights, one hand playing with your fingers under the table while the other deals cards like nothing’s out of the ordinary.

He once tried to hold your hand during a dentist appointment.

“You don’t even have any cavities,” you hissed.

“I missed you,” he said, two feet away.

You’re not even sure he knows he’s doing it anymore. It’s second nature to him, an unconscious act. Caleb waited so long for you. There’s no going back. You’re doomed.

His gym routine has become a team sport. Caleb loves—loves—when you sit on his back while he does pushups. He’ll drop to the floor, slap the space between his shoulder blades, and go, “C’mon, Pips, get on. I need motivation.” You try to be serious about it, but he starts grinning the second you're up there like it’s the best part of his workout. And God help you if you cheer him on; he’ll do twice as many, just to impress you.

Doomed to forehead kisses in traffic. Doomed to shared straws and linked pinkies while you walk. Doomed to being the human equivalent of a teddy bear he refuses to put down.

And honestly?

You wouldn’t have it any other way.
