io can set fires. io can set fires like you would not believe. io can set fires intentionally, and they can set fires on accident, because their magic is wound up in their emotions so tight that separating one from the other is impossible (which is something that makes them stronger, really. io feels their emotions so powerfully). however, io can't unset a fire. they can't douse a single flame through the use of their magic - not even the little ones.
