Time for another game announcement.

I'm really proud to say I am working on this amazingly cute adventure game Station 58!

In Station58 - you play as Starla. A little ranger with big dreams of restoring her national park to glory. However, its a big job for one small gal and along the way Starla makes friends with Shorty - a 25ft tall Robot!?

Shorty crashed in the park many years ago and has been left stuck. Starla promises to fix his ship and help him get home, as long as he helps fix hers too!

This is a real passion project and a great find for anyone who loves Indie Games, wildlife, or cozy gaming!

My partner, friend, their partner and I worked together as a group for the first time and came up with this game for the theme "Unseen." Hey folks! I'm a queer solo indie dev, and my silly little queer game about lesbians getting involved in ancient feuds between old gods is finally launching! On the 24th!

Can't believe it's actually happening! I've been working away at the characters and story for 2 years literally from my back bedroom 😁

And it's all about the characters and their choices - multiple endings and paths through the story, if you get into the lore you'll be playing it again and again. The script is 32000 words! But you'll need to play though again and again to see it all 😊

AND it's super queer!

Sometimes I just want to take indie game developers by the shoulders and be like, dude, the reason big, chunky pixel art is so popular in precision platformers is because having movement and collision snap to a relatively coarse grid makes it easy to sight-read the hitboxes. It's not just for show. If your precision platformer uses chunky pixel art but doesn't have movement and collision snap to the grid, you've fundamentally misunderstood the functional reasons for your aesthetic choices. You want me to make pixel-perfect jumps in an engine where whether or not I get spiked depends on sub-pixel bullshit? Fuck off.
