Starting my day right with #plexusslim 🌸 or what I'm a calling a #miracle in a #waterbottle 😁 1️⃣ first of all for me to even be up before 9:00 on a Saturday is a miracle in itself. For the past several months or a little longer I have not been sleeping 😴 well during the week which means that I usually needed loads of #caffeine & #carbs to keep me going through the day. I also would end up eating a huge dinner at night, because I wasn't eating properly during the day. I would also sleep 😴 in until 11:00 on Saturday because I wasn't sleeping 😌 well during the week. 2️⃣ On top of all that, i also have multiple digestive issues. "Today is my 6 month Plexiversary! In that time, I have gained better health. I'm not where I need to be, my journey still has a way to go, but I'm moving forward and thank God I'm not where I was. Plexus really did give me back my life. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I was tired of pretending that I wasn't really in pain, careful of going anywhere new or eating when I did for fear of how my body would react (and that was on my good days). I was being held prisoner by my pain and poor health. Reading testimonials and product information gave me hope, so I gave it a try. Within the first month, I had found freedom. I nearly jumped for joy when it dawned on me that my normal back pain level had dropped to barely a twinge. I cried with joy the first time I realized the rain wasn't irritating my arthritis in my back and hip. It was a party at my house when I discovered I could eat vegetables and nuts (I celebrated by going to Wendy's for a salad). I have not had an IBS flare since the day before I started my Plexus products. And this is someone who was having them multiple times a week and had accepted that was just my life. I also found out that seasonal allergies that had plagued me for years were barely noticeable. Huge deal with all the allergens near my house. My life has changed so much for the better. I haven't had soda since September. Water is my drink of choice. No more double chin! My face us now thinner with more defined cheeks and healthier looking skin. My eyes twinkle and shine. My hair is stronger and healthier, as are my nails. I have great energy and stamina. I started exercising and have completed 8 FULL WEEKS of a workout challenge. I look forward to exercising every day. PrePlexus me couldn't have done it. She would have given up the minute it got hard and started to hurt. I still need to work on better nutrition, but that is okay. I've cut down a lot on the unhealthy things and I have great portion control. This is a journey, not a race. Now for the measurable results: the weight and inches lost. I started at 270lbs. I am now at 240lbs ( a loss of 30 lbs in 6 months). I am down over 37.5" all over my body (7" in each thigh for a total of 14" there; 3.5" in each bicep for a total of 7" there; 6.5" in my waist; 10" in my hips and many unmeasured inches in my calves, fingers, chest, back, etc). BTW: NO MORE BACK FAT! Y'all know, ya can't suck in back fat, it is either there or not! I'm‪#‎Plexus4Life‬!"
