Just a little observation of mine. I don’t always like to admit I’m a little clumsy...but in my defense, I work with razed sharp objects (shears/razor) for a living so it’s bound to happen!👍🏽. Not only that but a super big pain in the ass when I cut myself because I ALSO have my hands in water and chemicals a good part of the days and weeks. So healing fast is a HUGE benefit for me. I lit use to take 3-4 days to get a sharp cut to heal. I took a little chunk out of my hand Sunday night unloading my dogs kennels from the car. All I have left on my hand is the discoloration from the slip up. When you feed your body the right things....When you listen to your body...it will not just function properly, it will heal. It will perform. It will absolutely surprise the hell out of you. Listen to your body.
