My ex step father worked with Franco's dad. He had at the moment or (I don't know if he still does) an insurance company (I think that's how you say compania de seguros, you know that thing you pay in case of damage, stealing or something happening) and he would offer insurance to some people just in exchange of sponsors for Franco. So yeah, they worked for it pretty hard, but he was also smart networking and stuff. Thing is, with how the economic situation is at the moment here, and how possible it seemed for him to get an f1 seat, (he almost didn't make it to f2 there was a whole campaign here to make it happen) him achieving these 6 races it's already success. Its about perspective. Of course the sacrifice it's for them to achieve the highest that they possible can, but I feel like people from outside don't know how high this opportunity was, at all. Now a lot of brands from here that were silent and ignoring him when he needed it the most are starting to notice him (like a lot, his face is everywhere now, even UBER) are jumping to sponsor him and supporting his career. So you could say in that case, so far, it paid off. But I can't imagine the pressure it puts on the driver

There are genuinely people reblogging that post about ocd and intrusive thoughts around csa and saying we need to be better to people with ocd/ some even talking about how they have ocd or this made them realise they may have ocd ... and they are also antis

Especially for the latter ones I almost feel bad because that position is gonna hurt them so much but I also know these people are being huge hypocrites saying 'be better to people with ocd!!' but they'll turn around and harass them and make their ocd so much worse at the drop of a hat. People have such a deep-seated hatred for mentally ill folks and that hatred is so dear to them they won't ever let go of it no matter the mental gymnastics they have to do to justify it and it's really making me mad that even after all that people don't take this shit seriously

This is a different anon than the anons you already got.

I also suspected but wasn't going to say anything as their blog really wasn't concerning? Like overall sandstorm didn't seem like a terrible person but they were clearly really going through things clouding their judgement around created systems.

I could have mapped sandstorm-syscourse's opinions on this almost on a 2d line from the anons, with sandstorm being more neutral. Reality is most topics, Willo syscourse included, can't be mapped on a linear scale from pro to anti. With any topic is there is more nuance than a 2d line. For two of those involved to be so similar is peculiar.

Additionally sandstorms blog kinda appeared out of nowhere somewhat recently. This is notable for multiple reasons. Firstly most of the long-standing syscoursers would be unlikely to do this, even anti endos, so I knew it wasn't them. Secondly there is a pattern I commonly see of most syscoursers with extreme opinions being new and unfamiliar with the subject, then either burning out or coming to a more centered stance as they interact more. Sandstorms-syscourse was relatively unfamiliar with the subjects at hand.

Thirdly, sandstorms had a very skewed way of looking at created systems that was nearly identical to the anons. They also believed very similar things to be set in stone facts to the anons. For example that systems in the endogenic community with any created headmates were a very small minority, and that stress/negative events are the most common or only way to become an endogenic system.

I thought if I was right and they were the same person then it wasn't something that was going to be a good idea to touch, as they clearly were mentally struggling, so I didn't say anything. Also if I was wrong I was going to look like a mega dum dum and cause issues for no reason. It would have been a real doo-doo head move to say anything as being wrong would have a worse outcome on the community than shutting up and being right would do nothing but harm someone's mental health further.

I'm not sure sandstorm is system-facts btw, it's possible that system-facts and what came from that just sparked the anons. I also didn't see any anti-proto stuff from sandstorm.
