hating the prime deities is so hard for me because when u step back from the immediate scope of c3 its like...... im sorry but these are just objectively good gods and they havent done nearly enough harm to warrant attempting to kill them or forcibly oust them. yes the calamity was bad. but they recognized that and removed power from themselves as a result. they caused the fall of aeor. that wasnt their intention and the gods clearly didnt like that outcome. the only time the primes have been on record being mean to mortals and not been shown to regret it was during the immediate buildup to ludinus literally trying to kill them (ie. if ludinus hadnt been trying to do that, they wouldnt have been cruel) AND we DO actually know that at least the dawnfather regrets that behavior. its just like. the anti gods argument makes no sense. it just makes no sense. its a pre-divergence mentality. that was 800+ years ago. get over it
