Did Danny abuse the fact the GIW needed his parents tech. Yes of course. Danny not phantom seemed to be the trouble maker as of late. His parent threatened to withhold tech and blue prints from them if the GIW touched their kids.

Did he get caught breaking ember and boxy out of a government facility? yes. He expected the lecture he got.

The next jail break. It was not him. It was sam, Then the third. Also not him. That was Val… then it was Tucker. But not him.

The blame fell on him.

He did not expect to be shipped out of state. The GIW were happy to cover all costs. Even got him into a decent highschool. And had an apartment all arranged.

Gotham?

Not where he was expecting.

The assassination attempts. Also surprising.

Not so surprising. Tucker found out the GIW wanted to “silence” him. Offering a lot of money.

Of course his parents don’t listen. He is 15 perfectly fine to be all alone. Even if he is near some place with the nickname crime alley. Nope. He is just being dramatic. They tell him no one wants him dead.

Long overdue sketchbook scanning session: original concepts only edition haha. Noting some common themes I didn't notice while I was drawing: Hottie with their tits out. Skeletons. Whumptober Day 6: Bad Coping Mechanisms

Scars in your heart

A deep breath in, then out. Again, and again.

He’s fine. He reminds himself that he’s fine, that nothing can hurt him right now, because he’s safe here, in his room.

Akito picks at the sore where the cuffs were and tries to calm himself. He’s scared of nothing, a half-remembered nightmare that obviously featured her but nothing else specific.

It’s not enough to call Toya, to wake him up and make him worry.

So Akito is fine. Really! He has to be.

The next day at school, everything’s a blur. He’s tired now, never did get back to sleep.

“Hey Shinonome!” One of the guys from the soccer team pats him in the back and Akito leaps out of his skin.

Stupid, he’s jumping at shadows. How long has it been now, six months? He’s a second year now, he’s older, he should be over it.

He feels An and Kusanagi’s concerned gazes drilling into the back of his head like a hole, and he knows soon others will notice and follow suit.

Because if they, the ones who saw, who rescued him were worried, then something serious must be wrong.

Akito curls his hands into fists so tightly his knuckles are paper white and he focuses on the literature passage in front of him.

Get through the period, then the day, then the week and eventually he’ll be over it.

Tsukasa-senpai stops him in the hallway and asks something, and Akito doesn’t listen because he can see the concern in his eyes and knows he’s trying to cheer him up, which he doesn’t need.

He eats lunch on the roof alone.

Three hours left.

The rest of the day is easy, he answers questions when he’s called on, the teacher looks at him like an idiot a couple of times, but he genuinely doesn’t care if he’s right or wrong, he just needs the day to be over.

Some of the guys from the soccer team ask him to help as he’s walking briskly towards the gates at the end of the day, and Akito smiles and waves them off but it’s not right, something’s wrong because now they look bothered.

Whatever, he’s not going to think about it, he just runs home and curls back in on his bed and now he’s really fine. He’s really actually fine and safe and can calm down and wait for this stupid scared animal in his chest to leave him alone and stop screaming about him to watch every corner in case she’s behind it.

The door opens.

Akito’s breath stops but he swallows. He’s not stupid it’s fine.

He looks up and it’s just Toya and he leans back against the bed. Toya wordlessly climbs next to him and wraps his arms around him.

“Want to talk about it?” he asks.

“No. ‘S stupid.”

“This about singing or…”

“Her.”

“Yeah, ok. Wanna take a nap?”

“Stay?”

“Of course, why do you think I’m here?”

“Thanks, partner.” And for the first time all day, Akito feels relaxed.

A Hero Whumpee whose injuries from captivity/previous battles have healed wrong because they refuse to give themselves time to heal properly. Enter Whumper, a villain who immediately realises what's wrong with Whumpee, and begins to exploit their weaknesses on the battlefield.

"You've got to be kidding me." "Look, I know this is the fourth time this week I've bled through my clothes, but at least this time it's not only my blood!" "That doesn't make it any better!"

Broken bones that heal wrong and stay that way. A wrist that clicks funny whenever you move it a certain way. An ankle that naturally bends in an uncomfortable position. Knuckles that can't be cracked properly anymore because it hurts too much.

Once superpowered Whumpee finally ends a long battle with a villain, all they want to do is go home, strip off their bloodstained clothes, take a shower and go to bed. The stinging feeling in their side couldn't possibly mean anything, right?

i'm super duper tired but still on the grind ᕙ⁠(⁠⇀⁠‸⁠↼⁠‶⁠)⁠ᕗ see you tmr for day 7!!

Just as an update i am actually working on a list. It is still in the brain storming faze but i hope to have it done on like monday.

So if anyone has suggestions feel free to pop them in the comments. Fair warning i may not use em depending on a lot of things, but like i also have not made a list before so knowing what kind of prompts people would like would be helpful lol.

I will try to tag people who interact with this post and the other one once i have it done, so if you want to be pinged like this post.

9. What was the most creative application of your ability?

　 　 “Hmm... what I might consider creative and what you might consider creative... may not be the same. For instance, I once turned a hunter into a Deerling, so he could get hunted down in turn by the pack of Mightyena that he was decimating. I would consider that creative. But since that's normal living matter transformation, and that's what I normally do in front of others... it probably isn't seen as 'creative' to them.

　 　 “So... probably the more 'creative' applications of my ability would be the ways, by others standards, that i don't particularly care to utilize. Since they're quite... mundane, to me. Transforming standard pebbles into gold nuggets, for instance. Or dirt into sharp jagged rocks, as an environmental deterrent. I can turn a glass window into sand, if i'm stuck in a building and need a quick escape. Hmm... oh! It's tricky for me to pull off, especially since the last time I did it, it was against someone armored - but if i can get a hold of loose thread in their clothing, then i can unravel enough to turn the thread's composition into something sharp enough to cut skin. Makes them stop in their tracks if they don't want to get cut to ribbons.

　 　 “Basically, if I can imagine what i want to occur and have well enough comprehension of how it's structured and should operate, then i can feasibly transform something into it once i get my hands on it. It's not limited to living matter or creatures. I just... don't, because it's not fun for me, nor interesting. But I think by your standards, anything of that nature would be 'creative'."

2 - "This is going to seem controversial, but I don't think that went very well."

House is reading - a book on rare brain diseases of which House has seen several of them in patients - when there's a loud crash from the kitchen that lasts for several seconds.

Wilson lets out a long string of expletives and then there is a soft thud accented by the slight bang of someone sitting heavily against a slightly open cabinet door.

For a second more, House lies still, but when he hears no more noise, he shuts his book and swings himself off the sofa.

He's in his own apartment and it's only a small distance so he doesn't bother picking up his cane, using the various pieces of furniture and the wall as support enough, until he reaches the kitchenette and looks inside.

"This is going to seem very controversial," he says, looking over the shattered remains of a casserole dish that had had something that looks like black soup in it, "but I don't think that went very well. Whatever that is."

"Ha ha," Wilson says sarcastically, sitting in the corner farthest from the mess and looking at it like it might bite him.

From here, House can see how his hands are shaking, even as he stuff them up under his armpits and curls in on himself to try and hide it.

House makes his slow and painful way over the broken ceramics and the remains of what was probably burned beyond edible, and lowers himself with care beside Wilson.

"Y'know," House says, inedible casserole seeping into one side of his clothes and Wilson pressed up against his other, "I really wanted pizza tonight."

"'s not healthy."

"Fuck healthy. You only live once."
