Saya want know how Qasim look, are you have proposal?(≡・x・≡)
(pics below) Qasim, the brother, is older than reader by 5 years. He has chocolate brown hair, thick messy locks, and green eyes. He's gifted with eiditic/photographic memory which made him excel in school and he obviously had a high IQ as well. Doesnt mean reader thinks he's intelligent. Sure, Qasim is book smart, but he's not- street smart. Y/n has been the one to often make him realise that his friends were taking advantage of him by making him do their homework, or that they were laughing at him not with him because of his intellect. But reader chalks it up to his sweet nature, her goody-two-shoes of a brother who was hafidh (memorised the Quran) would always be the forgiving person. Its not that he was a pushover, he just... preferred to be the bigger person. Always. He'd chuckle and ruffle your hair "so what if I cleaned up their mess? it only took me 5 minutes and the job was done. Its okay, Y/n." He's always so selfless. You used to worry that he'd get hurt because he's too kind, you used to think he couldnt stand up for himself because he just didnt know when to- but no. Qasim was quite protective over you. When he saw you trying to tackle one of his so-called bullies, the boy towering over you (but you dont consider the height advantage, not when youre a raging kitten), Qasim stepped in and landed a single punch that knocked him down. (then big bro had to spend the rest of the day consoling u because you made him fight someone- and in ur head, that was the biggest sin u made him commit).
Qasim in Arabic means "the generous one" or "the one who shares", and being the older bro, he took his name quite literally. You were the younger sibling, the spoiled brat, the princess! But Qasim never had any problems with sharing anything with you, be it materialistic things or advice or even knowledge. You memorised Quran by his help (because u were competitive) and he had the extraordinary patience of a saint. You two would often participate in competitions at the local mosque just to get the cash prize and help your parents a bit (they never took ur guys money, encouraging u to either save it or spend it on something). Since both of your parents worked long hours, you two were left unsupervised for a long time and that only meant genius yet chaotic shenanigans, including prank calls to the pentagon hq.
Qasim grew up to get a lot of full ride scholarships from top colleges, and once he did his masters (a STEM major), he decided to start his own travel agency, surprising everyone because it seemed like something he wouldnt do? Everyone expected him to go into sciences, but he said he liked to travel and see the world, and Qasim told you that he enjoys running his own business, being your own business.
You supposed it made sense because he was a polyglot and he did enjoy learning new things and seeing new places, their history, etc. Due to his job, he would be gone for long months at a time, but he never returned empty handed. His arms full of souvenirs and sweets and BOOKS! Its not that he bought them for u, no. He bought those books for himself, but once he read them- he's already memorised it and he doesnt have anymore space in his home for more books, so he's always dropping them by your place (as kids, u made him memorise the phonebook before hiding the entire neighbourhoods phone books and had people pay to use your brother's memory for contacts, which was a good business until your father busted it down).
Qasim is the softest, kindest, most generous person. Even though he has a busy schedule due to work, he always made time for you. Whenever he came by, especially during your finals season, not only did he help you study, but he would also stock up your fridge and made sure to do some maintenance around your house. Fridge not working? Qasim has the tools, and if you werent so tied up with studying, you wouldve freaked out over him disassembling your fridge like lego. Sink clogged? No need for the plumber, Qasim knows the right potion of chemicals to unclog it. He's always been the one to prefer to do things himself, by his hand rather than relying on help.

what do u guys think???

✨FIRST DREAM
QASIM BEFORE MEETING
PROPHET & ALLAH (FROM BEHIND THE SCREEN)
✔️4 OR 5 YEARS AGE
As a child, Muhammad Qasim was very interested in balloons, he also liked to fly them into the sky. When Qasim was at home, his brother came and told him that there was a balloon man. When the balloon man was filling the gas he said to Qasim:
"Qasim, did you know there are stairs on the roof of your house that go straight to the sky?"
Because he was happy and curious, Qasim immediately went to the roof of his house. Qasim found the stairs, exactly like the Mughal imperial stairs. The steps are made of red brick which spirals up towards the sky.
Seeing that, Qasim started to climb the stairs all the way to the top but Qasim remembered his mother, so he decided to go down. But_ suddenly a feeling emerged that the stairs Qasim was climbing would lead to Allah ﷻ.

There is nothing you can say to his drone followers that will wake them up.
Fear based and desperate people by nature are not rational.

I used to sorta' like Qasim. He's knowledgeable, and sharp- so this is particularly disappointing.

This is misleading on several levels.
"Iran has no nukes"
Technically correct, but deceptive.
Iran has enriched uranium to 60% purity, just short of weapons-grade (90%), and per the IAEA, has enough fissile material for several bombs if further enriched.
U.S. intelligence confirms Iran could build a bomb within weeks if it chose to.
"Iran never attacked the USA"
Straight up false.
Iran-backed proxies have killed over 600 U.S. troops in Iraq using advanced IEDs
Soleimani directly oversaw these militias. Iran also backed the 1983 Beirut bombing that killed 241 U.S. Marines.
"Iran offered to revive the deal"
Misleading. Iran demanded all sanctions be lifted before compliance, violating the JCPOA’s sequencing. Talks have stalled repeatedly over Iranian non-cooperation
"Iran allows full IAEA inspections"
False. Iran has denied access to key sites and disabled surveillance cameras since 2021.
"No approval from Congress"
True, but a legal gray area and common for presidents to do through broad Article II powers for such strikes.
Here's just the times Obama authorized strikes in/on sovereign nations without prior congressional approval:
1. Libya (2011)
Operation Odyssey Dawn / NATO Operation Unified Protector
Objective: Stop Gaddafi’s assault on civilians during the Arab Spring.
No Congressional approval; justified under humanitarian intervention and UN Resolution 1973.
Widely criticized for exceeding the 60-day limit of the War Powers Resolution.
2. Pakistan (2009–2016)
Drone strikes targeting al-Qaeda and Taliban operatives.
Conducted without the consent of Pakistan's Parliament or judiciary.
Not formally approved by Congress.
Included the 2011 raid that killed Osama bin Laden in Abbottabad.
3. Yemen (2009–2016)
Drone and airstrike campaign targeting AQAP (al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula).
No Congressional authorization for strikes inside Yemeni territory.
Often coordinated with Yemeni government, but with inconsistent legal clarity.
4. Somalia (2009–2016)
Airstrikes and special operations against al-Shabaab militants.
5. Syria (2014–2016)
No explicit AUMF covering Somalia.
Legal rationale extended from 2001 AUMF for al-Qaeda affiliates.
Airstrikes against ISIS beginning in September 2014.
No Congressional authorization specific to Syria.
Justified under the 2001 AUMF against al-Qaeda, even though ISIS had split from al-Qaeda.
Rashid's narrative collapses under scrutiny. It weaponizes moral outrage by omitting critical facts, flattening decades of Iranian aggression, and falsely portraying Trump’s controversial (but not unprecedented) strike as genocidal warfare.
Trump may well have been wrong, but this is a shit argument he knows is shit and is deliberately deceptive.
That makes this propaganda.

Qasim and Reader sound like actual little gremlins growing up. Knowing Reader actually has family to return to makes me feel bad 🥲. Please I want to see more of them growing up together 😭❤️
They were gremlins- at least reader was. Qasim pretended to be a gremlin, but he never had bad intentions, unlike his baby sis- you. Here's a list of stuff and shenanigans they've done over the years:
You stole laxative pills from your dad's pharmacy and fed it to the birds outside the local mosque so that they would shit on the teacher who made Qasim upset.
With Qasim's photographic memory, you made him memorise the phonebook before stealing the phonebooks in your area and made people pay him to recite the contact numbers. You dad busted that down.
Tried to get your small town to become an independent small country, where you would have control of the army while Qasim ran the government, obv. You were only caught when you tried to acquire uranium, because who would take your small country seriously if you dont have the nukes???????
Prank called the pentagon headquarters for shits and giggles. That earned you a lecture from your parents.
A week later, you and Qasim hacked into the pentagon computers and played funny cat videos on the screens all day, because you were pissed at them for getting you and Qasim in trouble with your parents. You guys were only caught because you had forgot to remove the picture where you'd photoshopped your face in on a cat. That earned you two a grounding for some time.
Entered many trivia competitions together to win money (and some point, the town banned you two from participating since no one else ever got to win, so you two had to try your luck in other towns.)
when your dad got a computer for his pharmacy, you two decided to solve some mysteries on reddit and hacked into a few throwaway accounts for people who admitted to committing heinous crimes. This eventually lead to Qasim being scouted by Anonymous ( a famous hacker group) and he may have played some part in Wikileaks and clearing some world debts. Then the hacking had to be put to an end when someone from the dark web tried to figure out your location and Qasim destroyed the laptop. He replaced it with a new one, your dad none the wiser.
You were this close to having Qasim make meth from your dad's chemicals, but fortunately he was able to recognise the recipe you had seemed to memorise from breaking bad. He had to sit you down and explain why drugs were bad in excessively gorey details that he shouldn't have known as a pre teen.
Scheming and pranking was a fun part of your childhood. Best believe you would imagine yourself in one of those Hollywood spy movies with the in depth planning you'd be doing and the execution.... perfect. Sometimes you'd be able to convince Qasim to join you, but that always brings the risk of him telling your father- not in the sense he tattle tales, but he just doesn't want to lie to dad.

Samih al-Qasim, “Enemy of the Sun,” trans. Naseer Aruri and Edmund Ghareeb, in Enemy of the Sun: Poetry of Palestinian Resistance
for several decades, this poem was circulated in Black Panthers circles and attributed to George Jackson, a Black revolutionary, because it was found handwritten in his cell after he was killed. Greg Thomas, who discovered this, said it was a “mistake of radical kinship.” [more on this]
