I'd say Tasque Manager recognizing Jevil isn't muuuch of an oddity in light of new chapters, since we know the denizens of the first three dark worlds all met when Noelle and Kris were playing in Kris's house. Ramb talks about the event after the first board, and it's implied to be how Tenna and Spamton met.

[Grabbing these from the deltarune text dump since I have no screenshots, but this latter text is dialogue from in-game Tenna during the Sword Route]

Ramb's use of the "chaos, CHAOS!" wording specifically makes me think Jevil was probably around for that. Tasque Manager's LW form is probably the task manager program itself, presumably, so it'd make sense that she'd be residing on Queen's LW form as opposed to being her own physical object (like Maus are mice).

Then again, maybe the oddity is that she'd recognize Jevil in DW object form? Though I can't think of many instances of darkners being faced with other darkners in that state.

Cats in general feel like they sit a bit outside the boundaries of normal play, not just in Deltarune but also Undertale. Mad Mew Mew did the unique control scheme fight first, after all. Then of course we get the Mikes, Cat Mike included. I don't think I even need to elaborate on the sheer weirdness of Seam and Friend at this point. It's only a matter of time before Tasque Manager does something wonky, just you wait.

Tasque Manager already was able to recognize Jevil inexplicably and had vocal clips (a thing only a few characters who all have weird shit going on have), how much wonkier do you need her to be
