I just found out the hot-ass mutant man Quarry from TMNT 2003 is actually a woman named Sydney.

It's not my fault, Quarry had a flat chest and was voiced by a man while mutated. Why??? They could have give Quarry a female VA, they pitched his voice down anyway!

A tough call! I am gonna go with a 2k3 character because that's the mood I am in lately, and while it is hard to narrow down... Quarry (Sydney) wins this round!

This is obviously a new movie in theaters, who said it wasn’t? Lol ok no more messin’, Countless I really hope I did your child honor! I wished I could have submitted this yesterday but dang Filipino parties and karaoke was insane. I honestly struggled at first with figuring out how to set this up plus the addition of never having drawn a action pose before was a little nerve-wracking! I’m pretty happy with how it turned out in the end though so here is your gift!

7: Favorite really obscure character

Quarry (a.k.a. Sydney) from TMNT 2003!!!

Of course, "really obscure" is subjective, and Quarry did appear in 4 whole episodes and had lots of lines, but I don't see a lot about her here on tumblr.

She was an ordinary citizen of New York who was mutated by the Foot Clan to search for the Shredder's enemies underground. The process caused her and her fellow subjects to slowly lose their memories, and then their minds. She and her friends are some of the last with any vestiges of sanity left, but they can feel that slipping with every passing day.

Before the turtles manage to reverse their mutations, Quarry was able to walk on walls, spit acid, and in general just take a lot of damage.

Our TMNT tonight was "Notes From the Underground" 2 and 3

-- "If there's gonna be any hysterics here; they'll come from me!" I now wonder if they got that from The Mummy Returns

-- I used to have this on [homemade] tape; at one point Applegator from Fighting Foodons showed up

-- The "mindless" monsters are like evolved forms of Quarry, Stonebiter and Razorfist, and also a spider. Evolved Stonebiter looks like a Doom monster. Poor guys
