I know I don't talk about anything enough, but I am begging you to talk about it.

I can't talk about black history month at work. I can't talk about DEI. I can't talk about so much of our history despite working at a history-based museum.

I definitely can't talk about immigration or about queer rights or about abortion.

So I am begging you to keep talking about it.

One thing I wish would have been changed about avatar. I wish they would have shown more of earth and everything with it. I also wish it was in the theatrical version. Like it shows how shitty and how horrible it is. Especially the economy, pollution, and how different the people look and dress. All of them wearing masks and coverings as if they came from a post apocalyptic world.

And also how they have to use cloning to bring back animals that when extinct over centuries ago due to deforestation and pollution.

The saddest thing is how we see how humans live. Especially when we see where Jake sully lives. It’s a lot like some of the apartments we have today that some people can only afford.

I love how the last thing the Pope ever did was tell JD Vance to his face that he sucks. Don’t get me wrong, anyone who makes it to the head of the fucking Catholic Church isn’t going to be a good person by normal standards, but by the standards of religious leaders, well, it felt like the guy actually read some of the Bible.
