⤷ MIKEY | “ok, i gotta go now,” he says, standing up from his seat. mikey leans down, pressing his lips on the corner of yours before patting to your head, messing up your hair― being an absolute menace. “i love you,” he casually calls back on his way to the door. “alright, bye!” you smile as he closes the door behind him. you could hear three or four footsteps outside your room before they stop, and the door opens again. mikey stands there with a pout, “babe.” “yeah?” “you didn't say i love you, back!” he huffs in slight disappointment at you not even knowing what you did, or didn't do rather. “oh, sorry, i love you too.” “i don't want to go anymore.”

⤷ CHIFUYU | “'kay babe, i have to go do homework now, i'll see you later?” chifuyu says, lowering his phone and staring at you through the screen. “yeah,” you nod. “alright, love you.” “bye.” you pressed the red button, ending the call. you go on with your work in silence, before a few minutes pass and your phone starts ringing again. seeing the caller id as chifuyu, you press accept. “― you didn't say it back!” his loud voice takes you by surprise, and you squint, “huh?” you hear him take a deep breath before he mumbles, “you didn't say i love you back.” “oh,” a second of silence. “i love you, go do your homework.” “okay, okay.... love you.”

⤷ BAJI | “i'm late,” baji sighs as he basically hopped off his chair. you walk him to the door while he follows, “i'll pick you up later?” he asks, shrugging his jacket on. “okay, thanks.” you smile in appreciation and he grins back, showing his fang like teeth. “bye then, love ya.” he quickly kisses you, before stepping outside. “bye,” you give a small wave and close the door. turning around to go back to the living room when there's a knock at the door. you go back to open it, only to see baji outside with a noticeable frown. “what's wrong? did you forget something?” he shakes his head, “no, but you did.” “what?” “you forgot to say i love you, back.” you chuckle, “oops. i love you, too. now go before you get even more late.”

⤷ KOKONOI | “good night, i love you,” he whispered, pulling you closer as he closed his eyes. “'night,” you whispered back, leaning against him and closing your eyes, trying to fall asleep to the silence. you could feel koko's eyes open again, his eyelashes fluttering by your neck gave it away. “hey babe,” he says after a few minutes. you hum, “yeah?” it's silent for a few more seconds, before, “you didn't say i love you back.” “oh, sorry― i was just sleepy,” you reply. “but i love you.” he pulls you impossibly closer, kissing the side of your head, “okay, 'night.”
