no you shouldnt be allowed to smoke indoors, in a car with others, or within 50 feet of the entrance to a building for the same reason doctors are required to wash their hands. its not about "exerting social control" its about "cigarette smoke causes lung cancer and some people dont want to get lung cancer so no actually you cant smoke anywhere you want". we have dedicated smoking areas outside buildings away from the entrances for a reason. this is literally a problem that we have already solved. once again your point seems to boil down to "my actions shouldnt have consequences and if they do i shouldnt be held responsible". its such an individualist mindset of thinking anyone holding you to any standard of behavior for the greater good is a bad thing. no, dick moves shouldn't be illegal but you don't seem to understand the difference between dick move and doing actual harm to other people. like if you really tried you could argue that literally any law regulating any type of behavior is about "exerting social control" and is therefore Bad

I’m gonna be honest I don’t understand why Shuro/Toshiro gets as much hate as he does. I can understand why people don’t like him or are put off by a few specific things in particular (not being honest w Laios, his double standard w Falin, and the Izutsumi stuff), but some stuff definitely goes beyond general disinterest or dislike.

I dunno I just don’t think any of his misunderstandings, miscommunications, or assumptions are THAT much worse than the misunderstandings, miscommunications, or misunderstandings of the rest of the cast…

Doesn’t the prophecy say only one of the Chrysos Heirs will see the future? If the Trailblazer actually does take on Oronyx’s Coreflame, I assume that means everyone else will die? Or was that specifically about Tribios?

I've been wondering about this because I had thought it was saying only one of Tribios' fragments would make it to the end, but then I kept seeing people saying it's about how Phainon would be the only Chrysos Heir to survive so I'm just like, wait, did I misunderstand this?

There's just so much goddamn text in this game and all its supplemental material that I can't remember where that line first came up. I did a quick search through the story transcripts on the wiki and it seems like it first appears in the story when Tribbie was dreaming of her mother, but I feel like I knew about that line already before 3.1, so idk.

Oh, actually, I just rewatched the Ancient Hymn trailer and the end does seem to imply Phainon is going to eventually get all the Coreflames, and I'm filled with so much fear!!!
