while others of 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐆 made names in court or dying on the battlefield, Amias longed for more than a nobleman's life. after a failed career as a tourney knight, he took to the navy under house banners (and The Tully's) and became a sailor. At times his ship is called to fight and others it is merchanting in calm waters. Not keen on returning home since his father's interest in politicals, Amias lodges at The Stepstones during shore leave (before the wars). he balances on the edge of a knife between royal ships & pirates, but youth grants him a delusion of invulnerability despite of his mortal bones. at seventeen he is transferred to the Valeryn navy on well earned merit & skill. before the Trinity forms years later, Amias sees vast & beautiful places with Corlys as a mentor. younger brothers begin making names for themselves at court in the favors of princesses & kings. Amias does not heed his father's call to represent the house as another face in the capitol. he wants not for personal glory or riches. as Amias is pulled into deep battles against the now allied Trinity, he knows morality does not always lie with the crown & honor is not easily found within family.

literally almost get into a full blown argument after they leave baby yoda with the Imps because Amreen is all “we CANT LEAVE HIM” and Din is all, “WE DID THE JOB WE NEED TO LEAVE” and she’s just like “YOU ASSSSSS”

Amreen has never really been good with kids and it shows with baby yoda at first

and the little grean bean senses this and is extra adorable around her (i.e. lots of cute little waddling as he tries to follow her on the razor crest)

family dinner for them is eating in the cockpit together

Amreen and Din alternate on who’s lap the kid sits on, the babey often gets to choose

In ep 5, Amreen gets injured (pretty badly too) and when she’s on the crest resting, yodito saunters into her room and tries to snuggle with her because his mama is hurt and he wants to be with her

Din panics when he can’t find the babey and finds him sleeping with Amreen and we all know our man is the definition of soft and that literally makes him smile

yodito always manages to get out of his makeshift crib and will seek out either papa or mama. If it’s a bad dream, he’ll go to mama for snuggles, if he just wants comfort he goes to papa

both have full on conversations with the babey and it’s the cutest thing ever

Din calls him Ad’ika while Amreen sometimes calls him Shortie

Babey loves to climb onto his parents’ shoulders and perch up there

first of all I love rosie’s new fc she works so well and secondly I  l o v e  our besties!

i’m honestly lowkey feeling that leigh and danny may not work out and it’s getting me so worried bc i want both of them to be happy 😩

ahh I really felt differently at the end of the episode yesterday! I think it’ll likely end on some sort of cliffhanger but I don’t think they would’ve built them up this whole season (and even in season one tbh) just to break them up by the end of this season.

Danny is always the perfect balance for Leigh, he’s able to be lighthearted and pull her out of a funk, whether it has to do with him or not. I think she seemed surprised when he just dropped the argument and wanted to go out somewhere with her. Matt was the opposite where he was sad and stuck in it and their arguments seemed to last longer in season one. Danny just goes right back to wanting to make her happy 🥺

Dean ignored the stares of the other patrons as he trudged through the diner. He know he looked like shit. He was covered in dirt and sweat, and probably smelled like smoke and rot. Digging up graves was a strong contender for worst part of the job.

He spotted Kat almost instantly. Her blonde hair was shiny clean as she read her morning paper. She’d opted out of grave duty to babysit the ghost’s target. What a fucking baby.

He joined her at the booth, collapsing wordlessly across from her. He promptly face-planted into the table.

“Morning to you too,” Kat snorted. “How’d it go?”

Dean grunted in response.

“Good to hear. Where’s Sam?”

Another grunt.

“Alright. Coffee?”

This time his grunt was a little higher. Kat must’ve read it as an affirmative, because she went up to the counter. When she returned a few minutes later, it was to slide a porcelain cup next to his nose. 

The smell roused him, and he practically pounced on it. The taste hit him like a truck, and his eyes snapped wide open.

“Ahem – wow. Is that...?”

“Mostly black. One shot whiskey, half spoon of sugar. Don’t worry. I won’t tell Sam.”

She hadn’t even looked up from her paper. Still, Dean was careful to hide his smile.

He leaned back in his seat, savoring his coffee and kicking his feet up on the bench next to Kat. Without lifting her eyes, she sank down and did the same.

Eyrie’s specialty in mechanics is robotic prosthetics. She also is skilled in weapon repairs and improvements but prefers to put her time and energy into building prosthetics. Her first projects were prosthetics when she was young as she would experiment with and improve the designs for her mother’s prosthetic arm.

TALK TO ME ABOUT KAT AND MARY I WANT DETAILS

Man oh man, I did NOT expect to get this emotional about this aspect, but WHAT a power duo. Obviously there’s some...dissonance at first. Kat never thought she would have to deal with “in-laws,” and last Mary checked, Dean was four years old. Which means they both feel awkward around each other, but they’re also in the optimal position. Kat is completely new to Mary, which makes her a good starting place to get to know the boys. Kat sort of acts as a bridge rehabilitating Mary to the future.

And then of course, there’s their relationship with the boys. Dean gives Mary the whole “I can’t focus on the job if I’m worried about you” speech, and Kat and Mary both look at each other like can you get a load of this crap? Kat tells him to stow his misogyny, cause Mary’s coming, and they march out together. So Dean gets his wonderful realization moment that it’s true what they say about guys who marry their mothers lmao.

I’ve also got big plans for episode 3 with the ghost house. That episode will basically be a “girls hunt” where Kat and Mary head out for some quality time away from the boys. 💕

Basically Kat and Mary both being badasses. Kat being terrified that Mary won’t approve of Dean being with a hunter, and Mary just adoring the tough-as-nails girl who’s kept her boys safely in line.
