I felt like Winchester was feeling too small for Daphne, loved the island vibes but it was a little too small, always running into the same people and with not that much to do on a friday night when she's not working so I moved her over to SimLau Isles.

hi i hope you don't mind me doing this...

i wanted to tell vincent's backstory when he found out isaac was his brother. then you wanted to see babies and i thought ok, i will delay it! now i can't keep putting it aside and vincent's backstory is important to understand him better! so i will be telling it soon. as you know, he's had a tough life and i need some time and motivation to get me started on planning/playing it out properly.

so for the time being i hope you enjoy my tjolc comeback! i miss my tjolc sims and i just wanted to play in mt.komorebi for a bit. it's a new story and environment to focus on and it helped with my motivation a lot!! thanks for being patient with me 😊

and you'll see oscar again (hopefully see how far i get) then the other guy you've waited 9 months for - his face remains a secret 🤫

#its more like i wanted to take my mind off postcard legacy for a bit before telling his story! i know its a weird thought process #i could post infant gp but tbh it would be the same scenery/background as future posts and i know id get bored easily #but i loved visiting this save again and taking pics in mt komorebi #i never really “started” this legacy so i will be revisiting those posts first for a recap. since my gshade and sim style has changed a bit #i must make it consistent AHAHA #rambles #gameplay update

i love watching world record speedruns and all the way through the runner is like "im throwing. that was terrible. i should just restart. im playing so bad" and then they get the fastest time in the world despite it all

#not only is it just really funny their perception of what 'bad' gameplay is even though theyre worlds above the average player #but its also like kind of exciting realizing how many times they might mess up or play suboptimally in a run #which means that theres still time to be saved in the future! that super fast time isnt even the technical fastest it can be!#haboo took back his stardew cc record again and hes Still running cos he isnt happy with his time #even though hes the fastest in the world. again #this guy has held the record for years and every time someone beats him it doesnt last for long #hes got it in multiple categories too i think #i just think thats awesome #love when a speedrunner has a niche and just dominates it its fun to me #like feinburg with aa hes the fucking goat #toad rambles

I’ve disappeared bc I finally got back into playing bg3 this past week but now I’m very sad because I didn’t realize until it was too late that I locked myself out of a romance I really wanted to explore on my first playthrough T.T

#and apparently I stopped saving correctly bc I was so invested so I would have to backtrack like 30-40hrs of gameplay #idk if I have it in me to redo so much but I’m gonna have to #I could go forward w another character that is someone I def want to romance in the future #but I got so immersed in pursuing my first choice that it changed the whole feel of the game when I got abruptly rejected in act 3 #long story short the game is so much fun regardless of the romance but my brain had a specific plan for my first run #it wont let me ignore it and move on so I will be low activity for another week #if any mutuals play bg3 its probs not hard to guess who im trying to romance tbh

Why the FUCK do old games not have a hey buddy I think you’re severely frustrated with this hella precise section of this game. You wanna cheat real fast so you don’t break something? It’s okay. Becaue that FUCKING rat in fucking chrono trigger can eat my ass my entire fucking ass I rage quit so hard I didn’t save after the stupid robot I fought so if I ever get into the game again, which will be a WHILE from now, I will be playing the snes version. Because fuck doing that without slow motion available to me. Why the fuck didn’t anyone say here is my save from after the rat? They’re dicks for saying it’s easy it’s so fucking hard it’s like pixel perfect and cronos wide ass gets caught on a pixel width ledge every time when I’ve almost got the thing! I don’t want to practice, I want the TURN BASED GAME to not require quick motions to make any fucking progress!

I'm still thinking about whether if I should pull for any of the 3.2 characters or if I'm better off saving for Phainon... I'm so indecisive

#abbey plays honkai star rail #like #I think saving up is the better option #as it's for a future character I really REALLY want #but also... this game is already dry as it is you know?#like if I don't pull for any character until JUNE what am I even supposed to do #I can't try new team comps or strategies #but also I don't really *want* Castorice or Anaxa as of right now #I thought I would enjoy Casto's dragon but it looks kind of boring gameplay-wise #and I read that Sunday needs to be played at hyperspeed to work with Casto #which I'm sorry but I ain't changing my Sunday build 😭#farming in this game is hell I'm not changing my build to fit a specific character #and Anaxa well he's cool and most probably the better option as in more future-proof #but ehh I don't know...#anyways... we'll see once the patch drops and I go through the story #but I really should be strong enough to save tbh #it'll be more satisfying in the long run #it's just that I don't want to be bored for THAT long...
