prompt: flute
When they had finally arrived to the peak of Coronet Mountain, what they found had everyone stunned. The scene was bloody. Unconscious Pokémon strewn about, various wounds scattering their bodies.
The fleeing form of a hulking shadow.
Volo, with a scratch across his face, dripping blood.
An Alpha Zoroark stands in the middle of the ruins. Claws stained with blood. A heavily wounded Samurott stands behind it.
A very familiar Samurott. Haru.
The alpha zoroark stalks up to Volo. Grabbing him by the collar of his strange outfit and lifting him up to its face.
The merchant writhes in terror and tries to struggle, to no use. The zoroark reaches into the folds of his outfit and removes an odd purpleish black object.
With a flash the object starts glowing and floats itself over to a discarded bag.
Rins bag.
Other colorful objects float out with the bag along with the celestica flute Irida gave to Rin. They spin in a dazzling light show before fusing to become the Azure Flute.
The zoroark growls one last time at Volo, who scrambles away, and turns around to collect the flute. They pause as they see the gathering of humans, and stare.
After a few harsh seconds, the red glow fades from their eyes, and their form shifts.
Rin stands there. Staring at the gathered humans. Azure Flute hovering in between. He stares, as if challenging them, his loyal Samurott at his side.
He takes a step forward. And grabs the Flute.
