🔹 Frisk – SCP-████ ("The Persistent Subject")

* Object class: Euclid/Keter (depending on their behavior)

* Description: A humanoid SCP who repeatedly breaches containment by seemingly "resetting" reality itself. Appears as a child, but displays behavior indicating extensive memory across timelines.

* Abilities: Temporal manipulation, anomalous memory retention, "SAVE/LOAD" effects.

* Foundation Note: Termination attempts have failed due to unknown anomalous failsafe. Subject often exhibits pacifist tendencies… until it doesn’t.

🔹 Sans – Dr. ████ S. (Site-19 Senior Researcher / Field Agent)

* Role: High-clearance SCP Foundation researcher who appears lazy but is aware of temporal anomalies.

* Background: Sans is deeply involved in SCP-████ (Frisk)'s case. He’s the only one who remembers timeline resets—though he refuses to explain how.

* Secrets: May have been part of an unauthorized cross-dimensional project involving SCP-914.

* Gear: Carries a modified weapon (nicknamed “Gaster Blaster”) of unknown origin.

🔹 Papyrus – Mobile Task Force Unit “Bone Squad” Commander P-1

* Role: Overeager MTF operative who takes his job a little too seriously.

* Personality: Pure, optimistic, and believes in justice. Thinks he can “reform” dangerous SCPs.

* SCP Involvement: Frequently assigned to escort SCP-████ (Frisk) or SCP-███ (Flowey).

* Quirk: Uses bizarre self-made training manuals.

🔹 Toriel – SCP-████-T ("The Caretaker")

* Object class: Safe

* Description: Anomalous goat-like humanoid with pyrokinetic abilities and nurturing tendencies.

* Behavior: Protects SCP-████ (Frisk) and other childlike SCPs. Reacts violently when threatened or when they attempt to leave her domain (a mimicry of a “ruined” containment area). If it gets too lonely, it can somehow create a child for it to take care of. How this happens is currently unknown.

* Containment Note: Requires a specially designed habitat resembling an underground home.

🔹 Undyne – Head of MTF Nu-7 ("The Spear of Justice")

* Role: Leader of a task force dedicated to capturing or neutralizing rogue SCPs.

* Personality: Aggressive, brave, driven by a black-and-white sense of justice.

* Augments: Cybernetic eye implant due to a failed SCP encounter.

* Rivalry: Actively pursues SCP-████ (Frisk) and opposes Dr. Sans’ “hands-off” philosophy.

🔹 Alphys – Foundation Tech Division / Head Researcher

* Role: Scientist in charge of engineering and reverse-engineering SCP-derived tech.

* Personality: Anxious and secretive. Developed a series of AI “Amalgamates” under secret funding.

* Backstory: Has unauthorized logs related to SCP-████-G (Gaster), her former mentor.

* Note: Monitors Frisk’s soul behavior data for unknown purposes.

🔹 Mettaton – SCP-███-M ("The Living Broadcast")

* Object class: Euclid

* Description: A sentient machine capable of hijacking electronic signals to broadcast theatrical performances.

* Behavior: Obsessed with fame, frequently escapes digital containment to “go live.”

* Origin: Built by Dr. Alphys from anomalous components recovered from SCP-████-G.

* Hazards: Capable of mass mind-affecting memes if watched for too long.

🔹 Asgore – Site Director of ███

* Role: High-ranking Foundation figure torn between humanity and his past mistakes.

* Backstory: Authorized ethically questionable containment procedures in the past.

* Philosophy: Sees SCPs as dangerous, but also sees the potential for redemption.

* Conflict: Struggles with the morality of detaining SCP-████ (Frisk) indefinitely.

🔹 Flowey – SCP-███-F ("The Smiling Root")

* Object class: Keter

* Description: A sapient plant with no soul, capable of emotional manipulation and memory retention across timelines.

* Threat: Frequently breaches containment, using psychological games on staff. Claims it knows "everything."

* Connection: Origin appears tied to SCP-████-A (Asriel), a terminated SCP believed destroyed during Project “True Reset.”

🔹️ Chara - SCP-████-C (“The Final Judge”)

@dbhcfan came up with these! (Gaster not included)⬇️

* Object class: Euclid Keter 

* Description: An unidentifiable SCP who repeatedly breaches containment by seemingly going through walls. 

Appears as a child, but displays behavior like Frisk and is a ghost. 

* Abilities: Ghost powers, anomalous memory retention, Immortality type 7 and 8 (why are there 9 types of immortality? Why can people die even if they have type 2 or 3 immortality?)

* GOC Notes: Subject used exhibit passive aggressive behaviour while talking to… until Frisk first didn’t show pacifistic tendencies. The entity then started to become more aggressive and eventually became full on aggressive. 

* Object class: Apollyon (uncontainable)

🔹 Gaster – SCP-████-G ("The Man Who Slipped Through")

* Description: An entity that exists between layers of reality and Foundation timelines.

* Status: Believed to have been a former Foundation researcher who was erased from existence.

* Signs: Glitches in audio logs, random symbols in documents, appearances in broken surveillance feeds.

* Rumors: Some claim SCP-████ (Frisk) is connected to it's reappearance.

I edited a few minor details mainly so I could say it wasn't entirely AI generated- but other than that ChatGPT gets like 98% of the credit

🔹️ Muffet - SCP-████-M (“The Largest Spider”)

* Object class: Euclid 

* Description: A large 4x5 muffin shaped spider that is purple.

* Abilities: Immortality type 1 (Cannot be killed by age or illnesses), Magic (Undertale), Soul Manipulation (By making your soul purple) and Indomitable Rage (even though it is still domitable so by was it named that?)

🔹️ Grillby - SCP-████-GR (“The Living Flame”)

* Object class: Safe

* Description: A man on fire or maybe not? Who knows, the fire is just eternally burning.

* Abilities: Fire Manipulation, Magic (Undertale) and (Limited) Heat Manipulation.

* Foundation Notes: Subject seems to like Sans. So, Sans was made the lead researcher.

Yup! Since C!Frisk is omnipotent, it isn't hard for them to... well, accidentally stumble upon something.

Outside of them, the only one aware is Ink (because of the Creators) and Fresh (because he possessed Ink that one time). Error is semi-aware (he knows about the Voices but doesn't think about the implication behind them) and that's that.
