What other games do you like besides sdv?

It's.... pretty chaotic 😅

One of my favorite genres of video games was action RPG with open world, so I fell head over heels in love with The Elder scrolls Oblivion and Skyrim (especially Skyrim, I replayed it 20 times for sure). I can also put the Mass Effect trilogy in this category (I tried to play Andromeda, but didn't finish it), though I was usually looser with shooters.

The Witcher (2 and 3) was super interesting games too (especially soundtracks omg 💖)

Transformers War for Cybertron/Fall of Cybertron, games I played for days (thanks to a friend who gave me his account) that will apparently never return to Steam (fuck you Activision bring me back these games waaaaaaaaaa 😭)

Sandboxes and simulators, besides Stardew Valley, I play Terraria (pretty fun but fuck I died like hundred times in boss battles), Don't Starve and Don't Starve Together, Fields of Mistria, Sims 3.

Recently played Melody of the Moominvalley, really liked the visuals, great cute game if you're a fan of this universe and need to relax after rage from other games (why I suck so bad at boss fights 🥲).

Not much of a strategist either, but I loved playing Stronghold Crusader (I think it was the very first computer game I ever played) and Warcraft 3.

I also used to love platformers, so my favorites are Rayman 3/Origin/Legends, Unravel, Cuphead, and Limbo.

Of the horror games, I really liked Faith the Unholy Trinity, Mouthwashing, Silent Hill 2 and KinitoPet.

Neverhood. I have no fucking idea what was even going on in that game or what the plot was but it was so awesome and funny to play.

Also, uh... Do old console games count? I loved playing games on my old Sega Genesis: Aladdin, Mortal Kombat (which never scared me as a kid and my best strategy was to randomly press buttons), Jurassic park (now THIS game was fucking horror, those dinosaur sounds that made me shit my pants, the inability to kill dinosaurs and they could get up and eat you and that fucking level where a huge T-Rex's head comes out from the wall and eats you alive if you didn't throw a stun grenade IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW), Street of rage (I think it was the 2nd part), Golden Axe 3, Earthworm Jim, and a game I don't remember the name of, uuuuh, where you raced illegally on a motorcycle and you could fuck your opponent with an iron beam or just push them off the road, but it was fun too!

All combustion engines except for jet engines are replaced with impossible drives (it just creates energy, no reason, no fuel). Some vehicles which use projectile weapons have variants that use energy weapons like on AT-TEs or ATTs or like blasters. Vehicles with /D after it have dust powered engines for use on Remnant. All antitank and assault vehicles have ion cannons instead of projectile weapons, this is shown with a /ic after it.

I don't know what it is about them, but I just CAN'T STOP DRAWING THEM. I have a whole folder of just art of him, I'm even making a whole google doc of the fan race I made up JUST FOR HIM.

Some more info about it under the cut for anyone who wants to know.

So this is Andromeda. They go by He/They/It and he's a Celestial. Celestials are a fictional race I made up and the whole gist is that they're a personification of a Celestial object (in his case the Andromeda Galaxy). Celestials are shape-shifters and they change their appearance to fit in with the organisms around them. He looks like an axolotl because they were the first thing he saw when he came to earth.

Now his backstory. Since the Andromeda and Milky Way galaxies are to collide in a couple billion years, him and Milky Way decide to explore each other's galaxies before they both merge. Andromeda discovers Earth after a few years of traveling from planet to planet and decides to settle down there for a while. They find a man who studies space and gets adopted by befriends him. Andromeda eventually outlives him and inherits the farm he lived on since Andromeda was the closest thing the man had to family. He lives there ever since.
