Wanted to find the same pose so I could do my 1st progression post! But I only found two! So not sure how much "progression" this shows... (I think they both look pretty similar)? Yay! They're here 馃榿馃榿馃榿 was greeted by a masked cheerful driver with a small box with these little beauties 馃槏Thanks Kev for unboxing them for me. 馃拫馃檹馃徑 As you see I tested them out with a few bicep curls 馃挭 quick review very good quality and brightly labelled smooth motion as I went through a quick set of the lightest ones. (they are recorded in pounds starting with the yellow tube at 10lbs) this is not sponsored. I've saved the money to purchase my own. I have trouble with gripping so I was glad the handles were easy to attach to the tube. I will do another couple of sets after abit of a warm up etc to determine whether I'll add or exchange it for one of the other heavier tubes. The handles are designed to take the weight of all 5 at 150lb. (about 75kg which is more than I weigh lol 馃槀) regardless of my weight I am hoping to gain back some strength and maintain my flexibility as much as I can. (well l will do what I can and be careful with 3 prolapsed discs permanently impinging nerves and arthritis in the coccyx and several parts of the spine.) So 8 I also can't sit or stand still for any periods of time because of chronic pain. Plus years of knowing what movements make the pain worse. But I will continue with what the physio and the surgeon/specialist said. But I have to be very careful as trapped nerve pain isn't any fun! I can say from experience. I have it all the time already so don't want to make me worse. Any exercises I will have to do seated and Kev supervising. As I said I have balance problems due to my left side being weaker because of the CIP I have since 2013. Plus the other health problems.
