Presence arises as a natural feature of Awareness. It is simply Awareness aware of itself. This isn’t like a mirror reflecting itself; such a perception would necessarily be inherently dualistic. Rather, Presence is non-dual, a direct and immediate gnosis. It is not something that knows; it is the Knowing itself, the fundamental ground of all experiences by all sentient beings.

Presence/Awareness requires no medium, no thought form or sensory feedback, no imagery, no conceptual mechanism whatsoever. Even in deep meditative states where all sensory, imaginative and conceptual activities have ceased, Awareness remains and Knows itself directly. This selfKnowing Presence is the ultimate root of identity—not merely the psychological identity associated with the cognitively constructed ego-self, but the deeper, deepest, unchanging one, a simple insubstantial feeling-tone that is itself specific-identity-less, featureless, formless, insubstantial and unchanging.

Presence/Awareness is always already present in each moment of your experience, waking or dreaming. Timeless, insubstantial, always right here, It is the Knowing-Being that Is.

I've been having dreams latley

Day dreaming non stop, just my mind wondering and thinking and pondering and running

Fantasies keep going through my mind, non existent creatures and dreams i can only catch years from now

All the hard work i have gotta do to get what i want

I see bubbles and a pastel world,

Rainy days that smell like heaven and fairy lights that keep that twinkle in my eye

The people i'm surrounded with keep me happy and we live out our days the best we can

The Sorrows of Young Werther

Wether is addressing his friend and letting him know of his love that he has discovered, in a letter dated June 16th.

“I am a happy and contented mortal, but a poor historian.”

In this line Werther is remarking on how this woman is able to blind him of his past mistakes and hurdles. I chose this line because I like how it shows his knowing choice to love her despite what his previous knowledge is telling him to do. Werther including his friend in this knowledge feels like an almost transfer of blame or fault if things go sour.
