Fae Games

"Why do you go by Mutt?"

She had asked, like it wasn't obvious.

"cause i don' like no one havin m'true name." Mutt spoke idly, playing with her hair as he kept her in his lap like usual.

"Sooo... You play by Fae rules." She pointed playfully at him, those green eyes furrowed in thought.

"...fae... rules?" Mutt slowly asked, curious, though confused.

"Yeah! Fae rules!" She expressed wildly, her arms and legs both spreading out wide before she got up and fixed herself into his lap. "Fae's back home were these-... Magical beings! With wings! And they're connected to magic, very picky with who they give their names and those who gave theirs willingly; It's said that the Fae have partial control over them! So, you don't want people controlling you, yeah?"

What a wild imagination she had... Mutt couldn't help but laugh, coming and gently cupping her face so longingly. Looking into her eyes so entranced already...

"ain't no body controllin' m'., Baby.." He assured, giving her a kiss. "... i'll debate lettin' ya, tho'."

She gave him a kiss back, but playfully gasped and grabbed his jaw bone back. It surprised him, but he loved it when she had such a hyper spell.

"That means I need your true name, Mutt!" Her eyes shone brightly, excitedly, with an innocent giddiness he couldn't get enough of. "What's that name then, hmm??"

"easy, easy now..." Mutt didn't pull back but wrapped her in his arms, nuzzling their foreheads softly. "... if i gave ya m'name, you'd jus' use tha' powa ova me, wouldn'cha?"

Her soft little giggle came as she nuzzled him back, wrapping her arms around his vertabrea and gave kisses along his jawbone.

"I'd give you the freedom you'd deserve, Sweetsoul." She spoke so warmly, so lovingly against his fangs. "I'd never ask for such a power... But I would love to call you something other than Mutt!"

They both laughed; The evening went on like that... Cuddles and finding comfort in both their prescenes, until Mutt's time was up with his little Star.

And for a while; It stayed like that. Mutt would come to Muffets, but instead of drowning himself in her toxcins; He found the more he spent time with Star, the better he felt.

The warmer he was.

Countless nights, he would vent to her. Countless times, instead of using her body as intended; Mutt would caress and care for her, not once passing her boundary unless she initiated first. And he found himself telling her things, not anyone knows...

Before he knew it; He realized...

Mutt was deep in Love.

"hey, Starshine." Mutt welcomed his little Human like all the other times.

Arms wrapped around her, his little Princess, the most Healing thing he could ever dream of...

Before Star could give him a welcome back; Mutt pressed a claw against her lips to silence her, an absolutely fond smile on his fangs at her.

"... don' call m'Mutt anymore, Baby..." He whispered, keeping his voice down as he leaned and gave her ear a soft kiss before silently whispering; "...call m'Russ... n i wanna b'yers..."
