The first year it happened, you'd run out and truly forgot to grab another bottle for yourself before shopping got too hectic.

As soon as you went to grab the last bottle, a larger hand bumped into yours.

"Ah, sorry about that," you'd apologized immediately, giving the man a small smile. You're worried it's also the one he's after.

"Glenfiddich 12 year, hm?" He picks up the bottle and turns it around in his hand then hands it to you. "15 year is better," he told you with a smile. Then he reached out to grab a bottle of the 15 year.

"I've only been drinking whiskey for... a few years and don't drink often. I'm sure I'll get there. Eventually." With a shrug and a smile, you settled your bottle into the basket hanging from the crook of your arm. "Happy holidays."

"Happy holidays, miss," he said as you walked away.

The second year, you'd needed an extra bottle since you'd be hosting that year and most of the guest list would partake.

"I don't remember what year they drink," you mumbled as you start at the shelf lined in Scotch. "Could just go with my usual," you mused as your eyes drifted to the Glenfiddich 12 year.

A vaguely familiar hand picked up the bottle you were staring at and your eyes drifted up the arm attached to find the man from last year.

"Still drinking 12 year?" he smiled as he picked up the bottle to hand it to you.

"Oh, you recognized me." You returned his smile and nodded. "I really don't drink often."

"Such a beautiful face is not easily forgotten. Even if it's been a year." His smile didn't faulter, but your heart definitely skipped a beat. Not just because of what he said, but also from the way he said it - so confidently and sincere.

"Thank you," you'd responded as you accepted the bottle. You could feel the heat rising in your cheeks and suddenly felt the need to hide. "Happy holidays."

"Happy holidays," he said warmly before grabbing a bottle of 15 year and leaving.

You reach for the last bottle of Glenfiddich 15 year and turn it in your hands a few times with a warm smile on your face. Sometime around July you were forced to finally try the 15 year - there were no more 12 year bottles any where you looked. With fond memories of a warm and sincere smile, you never went back to the 12 year.

"Looks like you got the last one this year. Of 15 year at that," that somewhat familiar voice says from in front of you.

Lifiting your head, you greet him with a bright smile.

"I was wondering if I'd see you this year," you admit.

"Name's John," he informs you and offers his hand. You accept and give him your name as well. "What would you say to sharing that bottle?"

You look down at the logo on the Glenfiddich logo - a sytlish outline of a buck - to consider for a moment. Then you give John your smile again.

"I would say... it's a good idea," you admit.

You don't have to answer them all. I just want to know a tad bit about your welcome home world. everyone has a different one, and I think thats beautiful!

-Hello anon! I usually try to share my own thoughts here and there when I have something to say, while of course not invalidating the confession of course, But I really appreciate you asking me this ;-;.

Let’s see…I have a lot of thoughts about theories and headcanons, as well as the characters. I doubt I’ll be able to share them all here, since they would make this an ungodly long post. But I’ll try to share what I think is most pertinent. And if there’s anything anyone wants to know my opinion on in specific, feel free to ask! That being said, here are my thoughts:

Theories:

After watching that recent game theory, I did feel like there was one thing that fit, and that’s the fact that there are cult-like elements regarding the neighborhood. My idea of it is a bit different from what they said in the video. I think there are more so small hints of it, and the aspect of everyone having to act like everything is okay or trying to act like everything is perfect, but the second anything doesn’t ‘go as it should’ things start to get scary, that’s what feels cult-like element-wise to me.

I’ll give my thoughts on wally when I talk about the characters, right now I’m mainly talking about general theories and thoughts. Now this part is just me thinking, but personally what we have seen that includes characters having some sort of break down (Eddie, Poppy, Julie), I doubt anyone else has felt this way, but the way each of them have a particular problem or flaw highlighted, it almost feels as if the world is mocking them for it. Like it’s holding it over their heads. Tormenting them with it until they can’t anymore. It feels taunting to me.

Now I’ll cut this bit off for the sake of keeping this from getting too long, so here are my thoughts and headcanons regarding each character:

Wally: Something is clearly very wrong with him, wether he is a willing antagonist or an involuntary one is still to be seen, but I think he is largely and intrinsically connected to what is going and has gone so wrong with the franchise and world of Welcome Home. I don’t headcanon him as a daddy dom 6’4” suave man, nor as a sweet silly baby uwu baby. I see him as someone who, possibly due to whatever is going on with him lore wise, has no knowledge of ‘normal’ workings and behaviors. It’s very peculiar. Is it real? Is it an act? Is he being used as a literal puppet by some entity that doesn’t know how to act like a person? We don’t know but I do love a good puzzle.

Headcanon-wise I like to headcanon wally, if we are talking self indulgent fanfiction here, as someone who seems a bit oblivious, seems a bit naive. But he has a dark side, and personally I like to see him written as a secretly possessive and obsessive person. Charming and sweet, but deep down there’s something dark lingering and he just can’t seem to help it when it slips out.

Barnaby: I hate that mangy mutt (no offense to Barnaby lovers, this is my own opinion.). Lore wise I think he also might be connected to whatever is going on with Wally. He comes off to me like a care taker of sorts. A ‘guard dog’ if you will.

Howdy: I love him a normal amount. Very normal. So normal. I kind of wish there were more AUs with him in it so that I can draw my OC in it with him. Anyways I don’t have any particular theories about him at the moment since there just isn’t a whole lot to work with lore wise, until we get to him. So here is a headcanon that is, again, fully self indulgent and probably just me being a huge simp. He gives me ‘closeted gay’ vibes. Heavily in denial, Maybe even prone to saying insensitive comments here and there for the sake of overcompensating how totally not gay he is. But I think when he finds that someone (cough-insert OCs here-cough) he can’t stop thinking about them and yes, gets quite possessive. I can’t help it, I like men that yearn and struggle.

Frank: I think Frank is one of the most possibly conscious characters. He’s certainly seen things, so therefore I think he knows things. I think he has some knowledge of what’s really going on, but he has to tiptoe around and be very careful not to slip up. I also think that the

“Lavender” and the recent update to the looky loo story books with the sleeping beauty story, I feel like it heavily refrences lavender marriages/relationships.

Eddie: I have no particular theory I stick to with Eddie since, again, I feel like there’s just not a whole lot yet. But, I do think that regarding his character, I feel like bro just wants to be needed. Just wants to feel like he has a place, and that he’s part of something.

Poppy: I relate a lot to her, and her conflicts as someone who is very introverted and socially anxious to a crippling degree, and struggles a lot with it. I interpret her whole break down as, well, She feels trapped no matter what she does. She’s too afraid to go outside or join the other neighbors in activities. She feels safer in her own home, yet that can feel suffocating too. That can feel like a prison too. She wants to reach out, and step out, but she can’t. She wants to stay where it’s safe and comfortable, but it’s also scary in its own way. That’s at least what I kind of see.

Sally Starlet: Resident Lesbian. JK, but yeah. She’s another character that I don’t have much to say about theory wise, for now. But I think there’s a lot of interesting potential with her. I quite look forward to getting more in depth knowledge of her.

Julie Joyful: She’s got A LOT going on I think. She showed us that there’s definitely something amiss going on, aside from what we already knew. I think that the recent update shows us that the cast aren’t just what they present on the outside, what we see. Their real selves is different somehow. And that real self, that real conscious, is definitely present still even as they stay ‘in character’. That’s what it is I think, I think they all have to stay in character. Again, feels very cult-like to me. Of course what we saw where her inner voice was different to her outer voice, and how her real self can even swear, could potentially only be a Julie thing…but I don’t think so. I think this can apply to all the cast. Frank certainly shows similar signs to me. Over all I like Julie and think she’s a very very interesting character. I love the concept of the rainbow monsters and want so badly to figure out why she’s separated from her siblings. Why she’s so afraid of being shunned and thrown out of the neighborhood.

Yknow I’m just throwing this out there, but some elements from canon clues that I keep saying feel ‘cult like’ to me, are giving that one movie that Harry styles was in…uh…Don’t Worry Darling, yeah that one. Like that. What if it’s something similar? Not exact. Just the elements of, the conscious of people are sent into this idealized version of the world. This perfect neighborhood. Where they can escape the real world. And basically live in this cult like paradise. To add on to the cult thing, cults often target people who are vulnerable. People with insecurities that make them feel ostracized or like they just don’t fit into normal society. That’s just something else to consider.

Yeah, that’s about all I feel I should write. I’m sorry it’s so long I really did cut out a good chunk of stuff. None the less I hope you enjoy my silly rambles.

HARU'S CHANGED MY FEELINGS ON HIM not that i disliked him at all before but like. . .you know how he acts like the team mom? His voicelines make this worse. I thought he was more like a meddlesome but chill guy with a lot of energy. The truth is this poor man is a single mother with two unruly kids, a house full of animals, and VIRTUALLY NO HELP BESIDES YOU. No wonder he drinks nearly every fucking night. I get why Jabberwock doesn't have ordinary students but jesus christ please get some helpers in here. My man is overworked.

they must be expensive if it takes until Affinity 25 to get you one! He's so conscious about his finances(disregard all of the stuff he buys and never uses--) that being given a purchased gift is surely the highest tier of affection from him haha. But also. . .he treats the anomalous animals and oftentimes even the other ghouls in Jabberwock like they're his kids. This is his way of saying 'you're part of this family too.' Which is very sweet.

"Today's shearing day for the fluffy squad! It's actually a pretty hefty task, so I've gotta hop to it if I want to be done before summer..."

First egg day

Not much, but gives signs of potential. 100% platonic, met literally yesterday

Tho can be the great example for how much their relationship has changed. Gay jokes, "come to the bed, partner", first pet names (still just jokes), but immediately clicked with each other and assured eachother in loyalty

Missa's first return (June~July)

Giving signs from Missa's side. Finding out that there's somebody that is after Phil and feeling jealous, tho understanding why ("ye, he's a kind of a man, you know?" - to Chayanne), admitting Phil as the only person who protecting and helping him from a heart. Probably this's the start of Missa's crush

The Four Months™

Phil used to be really patient person, he always been ready to wait for people as long as needed. But at one moment, he started missing Missa, he started yearning for Missa

Rambling about how everyone is okay with being a single parent and how Missa is never there, actually giving up on him and taking off the armour he made for Missa months ago, getting jealous over Guapoduo (only romantic, married and really affectionate couple on the server at the moment), whimpering over the random skull he found in the dungeon and even collecting every single skull he found in one of the dungeons for no reason

Everything is back to normal! But something definitely changed...

Phil and Missa were really affectionate from the start, Phil always was protective over Missa and tried to help him and Missa always was a bit shy around Phil and flustered by his help

But this time it's all stronger

For the whole journey to find new members (the frozen ones) they haven't left each other's side, even walked off from everyone else just to be alone together.

And this time Phil was even more protective of Missa. Usually the very paranoid man, who was scared of a single little light in the darkness started noticing only those mobs that were attacking Missa, who couldn't not to look at him or leave alone for even a moment, just to check if he was safe. And for a long time everyone saw Phil actually relaxed after so many months of paranoia and fear. Something started changing

And Missa, he was even more shy around Phil, tried not to say a wrong word or anything that could disappoint him, was apologising for everything he ever could do wrong. And something new started happening with him. Flirting. But not just jokes, more of an admiring thoughts that accidentally were slipping out of Missa's mouth without him wanting it. And first time when Missa started rambling™ so Phil couldn't understand him and first time when he actually confessed by saying "te amo"

And then matching backpacks, Missa being very normal with wanting to put Phil's head on his backpack and other members noticing something between them

Skipping the whole looney tunes episode with the deep trauma under it and getting to the most interesting part

Tallulah and Chayanne telling Missa that Phil was talking about him a lot and Roier, seeing Missa's reaction asking him if he likes Philza (in "te gusta" way) and Missa saying that he's very handsome, but he wouldn't tell him about that because he wants to respect him (plus being afraid of losing him and that they have now)

And then writing a sign with confession that he LOVES Philza (and Tallulah noticing it, but pretends that she hadn't seen anything)

The Mexican independence day

The Missa's return was Missa's simping day, well, now it's Phil's turn

Phil was trying not to leave Missa for the whole day, keep him around, but not to interrupt when he was talking with him friends or wanted to go somewhere with them, even if he wanted to spend time with Missa. Only with Missa.

Sneaking photos, [Missa yelling "te amo" in front of everyone to him], trying to drag out of the crowd by lassoing (same that did Roier with Cellbit and Fit with Pac), focusing in the dance only on him, gazing at him in the Order, proposing to leave if he felt overwhelmed, trying to keep next to him in the dungeon, [Missa calling Phil handsome], wanting to stay only with Missa when everyone was going to the Hot Girls' beach, [Missa wanting to go on a date with Phil], gazing at Missa when going to the said beach with a goofy smile, [Missa confessing that Phil makes him nervous], Phil noticing Missa's confession but not saying anything just giggling, [Missa wanting to hug Phil as his last thing he wants to do before he dies (he was okay)]

And then the "see you soon" without seeing eachother after that

Missa returning without knowing if his son and (not fully back then) daughter were okay, if Phil was okay and feeling guilty about everything he missed. Meeting with Luismi and going to the Capybara village with them

[Few days after Phil finding that sign and trying to find if Missa left anything else for him and getting sad when he realises that he didn't]

The Aquarium(I'm getting really sleepy, help)

Bad meeting Missa at one of the days and starting to gaslight him that he has no home, that nobody cares about him

So he requests to live under Phil's basement in the aquarium that built without Phil's agreement

Missa, again, isolating himself and thinking that he's not enough for his family and that he doesn't deserve to be anywhere near Phil

The Purgatory

The good start with separating middle and awesome end

Everything starting with Phil, after noticing that Missa is on, immediately started to perch everywhere and trying to find Missa. Looking around everytime he heard the noise of waystone

And then, after finally finding him on the ground with everyone else. He first wanted to just glide down, but decided to do water drop (to show off in front of Missa). Then Missa started acting surprisingly clingy and bold- asking Phil to hug him, staring at his chest when he was shaking it for fun (actually was checking if he was alive, but from Phil's side it looked like he was looking at boobs)

And then they got separated

It wasn't much for Missa because he more was thinking about how he will help his team, but Phil was DEVASTATED. The little "noooooo" in despair when finding that Missa is in another team, sadly waving when Missa was standing with his back turned to him, and giving last little glances to Missa (maybe considering if he can go to Missa's team for him) before living

And then Missa, on his own, with only violence around him, realises that he needs Philza. He doesn't just loves how he looks and acts with him, he NEEDS him. He needs his comfort, his power, his protection. And he decides to leave Purgatory just so he wouldn't have a chance to hurt Phil even if his team will win

Meanwhile, somewhere on a dusty floor of a museum crying and sobbing Phil, crawling into a drawing of Soulfire with Missa on it, sadly cooing and totally not needing him as much as he needs him

The Prison

KISS. Missa realises that not only he needs Phil and his family, but that they also need him. KISS ON A LIPS. Phil, again, feeling fully relaxed after long time just with Missa, even sometimes forgetting that they should escape. PHIL ASKED MISSA TO KISS HIM ON A LIPS. And Tallulah finally officially becoming Missa's daughter. THE PISSA KISS HOLY FUCK EVEN CROWS DON'T THINK IT'S PLATONIC ANYMORE

The new start

Missa returning home once again. But everything is new, it's time to start with the white list. But this time he's sure in his feelings and wants to be with his family, wants to protect them and love Phil even if he won't get that back

Meanwhile Phil getting even more possesive over Missa with wanting to kill the villager just because he was sleeping on Missa's bed. He's very normal over his husband, yap

Missa made it canon that he's immortal just like Phil. Giving him even more pet names like "The immortal", "the man of my dreams"(heard that he called him a term that used by boyfriends about their girlfriends) and saying "I hope we'll see eachother soon, handsome" before logging out

Other notes (finally done for now

(FINALLY IT'S OVER AAA, IT TOOK ME AN HOUR, MAYBE MORE)

- Missa also called Phil "daddy" when saw an art of him on a Purgatory loading screen

- Phil, looking at the art of Fooligetta and Leo said: "the family, all together, yaaaay" in the most jealous tone ever

- Phil, looking at art of Guapoduo (again) with fucked up Cellbit said: "Cellbit is a little but fucked up, but Roier will help him, right? Roier will save him". And with what tone he was saying that he was hoping that somebody would come to him and save him too

- when Phil found Missa's "house" in aquarium he was saying "he doesn't- he thinks- he thinks I don't- he thinks he doesn't deserve me"

- in Prison Missa said that apapacho(hug) is that he does to Phil when he doesn't look

- there's like 7 times Phil was gazing at Missa from the side while he was talking with his friends or just was by himself, Phil really likes to look at him

- Fit actually thinks those two are romantic couple because he said "it's none if my business that other couples do" when found Missa's aquarium house (refering to him and Pac even before they got together)

- Cellbit told Missa that Phil is in love with him, but just scared if his feelings and can't accept them yet, but "he sees something really strong here" (quote)

- Chayanne had a backpack called "Phissa"

- Dapper called them lovebirds and promised to protect Missa from anyone if they want to get between him and Phil

- qPhil probably thinks that "platonic" just means "no sex" (he was answering to Cellbit's question about what platonic husbands mean ages ago and Phil couldn't answer normally, but Foolish yelled "no sex" and Phil said "ye, kinda like that")

Some of the only real "twisted" characters that I actually have as part of my TWST cast, lmao. Meet the imp twins, twisted from Pain and Panic! They're part of a small "next generation" thing I've built with @dragon-simp, but I've become extremely attached to them lately after building them in TS4, so I couldn't resist drawing them and giving them some proper love.

Personality: Lupe is a little self-centered and prideful, so he usually doesn't think his actions or words through before he says or does something. He's the biggest cause of his own grief as he finds it difficult to apologize when he messes up or hurts someone he cares about. He's also a bit of a thrill-seeking daredevil, and either charges headfirst into things or is easily goaded into doing something stupid or dangerous in equal doses. This behavior pays off when he's playing games, however, as he'll find speedrunning tricks that nobody else thinks to consider due to the risk, odds, and luck involved in his skips. He considers himself a gourmand, and despite proclaiming to have high standards of food, he likes to eat anything and everything at least once. He has a seemingly bottomless appetite, and is often seen snacking on something, especially if he's doing something that requires extra focus and brainpower. His hardy appetite also gives him a great deal of energy and strength. He does video game livestreams regularly on the weekends, and wants to one day be famous. He frequently competes with his brother, Achos, over video games and menial tasks. The two of them will also argue and bicker, but are quick to put their differences aside if they have a shared enemy.

Unique Magic: “Feel Our Pain” - Creates a link between him and his target, making it so any pain and bodily damage he would ordinarily feel is instead deflected onto his opponent. He can afflict anyone within line of sight, and the magic lasts for as long as he has the mana to spare and he keeps his concentration on keeping the spell active.

He busies himself to the point that he often forgets to eat, but tends to remember more regularly when Lupe pesters him to cook for him (or if he sees Lupe snacking on something). He hopes to one day strike it rich, and will do almost anything to try and save a couple bucks. He one day wants to work in programming and digital security for STYX, both to make his mother proud and to one day become so wealthy he doesn't need to worry about finances again. He frequently competes with his brother, Lupe, over video games and menial tasks. The two of them will also argue and bicker, but are quick to put their differences aside if they have a shared enemy.

Unique Magic: “Feel Our Fear” - This spell clears his mind of all his anxious emotions and makes him increasingly more bold and reckless, while simultaneously afflicting whomever his target is with high amounts of anxiety, paranoia, and panic. I’m happy you’re excited, Cater Diamond Simp Anon!! <3 And happy that you enjoyed our recent Cater stuff. I’m glad we finally had a good chance to draw him + felt inspired enough to dedicate a lot of time to him. If Cater Diamond Simp themselves is satisfied, I am more than satisfied lol

And yes, we’re finishing Season 2, so we’ll probably start reading the manga pretty soon… Maybe we’ll even post some Blue Lock sketches if we’re lucky lol

So far it’s been fun! Like I’ve already mentioned, it’s a nice breath of fresh air,  and with how over the top and intense it is, it’s very easy to get swept away by it. The energy is too wild, and I keep comparing everything Ego says to our approach to art, and it makes me even more invested lol

It’s also pretty interesting to compare Blue Lock to other sports anime that we’ve seen! It’s been a while, and we don’t remember much, but the entire format feels so backwards in a good way, at times it feels more like Battle Royale than Prince of Tennis or something similar. Once again, it’s just wild, refreshing and unexpected, but also uhhh coherent(?) enough not to get lost in what’s going on.

BUT YES OF COURSE the gay stuff is on a whole different level. Sports anime and gay stuff always go hand in hand, but with these guys it feels especially sensual lol Nothing makes boys fall for each other harder than a good game of soccer. This is what locking a bunch of guys in a soccer prison does to one’s psyche.

As for who is our favourite character! I feel like I’m going to say something insanely obvious lol But if I had to pick one, it’s probably Nagi. I’ve definitely drawn him the most out of everyone… But honestly, the majority of characters are very likeable, we love Isagi a lot as well (early on we started joking about him being a BL visual novel protag, and so now he is kind of our main top of the title with a huge harem… oops), Bachira, Rin, Chigiri, and of course Reo as well.

In terms of ships, I think the majority of my current sketches are of Reo/Nagi?? They kind of broke our hearts in so many places it’s insane lol But also some Isagi/Nagi, Isagi/Rin, Isagi/Chigiri, Isagi/Bachira… see, I told you this guy has a harem lol

Oliver is fun; we haven’t seen a whole lot of him yet, but he is more interesting that I expected him to be lol It sounds mean, but we usually don’t vibe well with this type of characters, but I’m enjoying Oliver a lot. Maybe it’s because he is pretty much as cursed as the rest of the cast lol A little bit less cursed than other certain individuals though…

To be completely honest, not really, Anon 🤔 The idea of having a new Yuu every book sounds interesting enough and a very logical way to go around the issue of Yuu not really being a specific character, and I do enjoy the range, but the entire Yuu thing is just not our cup of tea. It’s not really the part of twst experience that is made for us I feel like, which is absolutely okay and fair. To each their own!

If we had to pick one manga Yuu that we liked the most though, I guess I’d pick Yuuta lol he is cute and I drew him once.

We don’t really think about sexualities of characters . Anyone can be anything depending on the AU/the story, and by default I just see everyone as gay lol

With some characters I like to think of them as especially extra strictly gay, like Vil or Trey for example, but the rules still stay the same for everyone.

Small TW: non realistic pink blood in Gacha life 2

Iris | Dream SMP: They can actually survive multiple wounds, or one big life threatening wound, that would normally kill someone else. If her body is wounded enough she'll pass out for a while and then wake up hours later, completely fine. They can scare a lot of people with this, some are more used to it than others.

(I had too much fun with this headcanon to the point I made an example 🤣)

They'd join Squid Game (season two probably) oblivious to the fact that the games are deadly with the mindset that the games are just fun child games. Her favorite game would be Mingle and Red Light Green Light. They'd also win all the games with the same exact mindset. Oh and they'd be besties with Thanos. (Jk- she thinks they're besties but she's really just keeping him hostage with her eerieness and he doesn't want to get on her bad side bc he's seen it before).

They usually help Sam with redstone and building additional protective mechanisms to the prison, and to Sam, she's surprisingly good at it.

Iris likes to surprise XD with flowers and cool rocks, and sometimes the occasional emerald, saying it reminds them of him.

Iris has a terrible memory, and often forgets small things like names, the date, and if they already said something about something. This often ends in them calling someone a very random and incorrect nickname.

Kyloka | My Hero Academia: They had a small tooth gap as a kid that closed on its own.

The order of timeline: Kyloka gets into UA along with class 1-A, but they fail at getting into the hero course due to getting knocked out early on in the exam. They get recruited for the support course though. They lost their parents during Stain's arc, and Kyloka joined League of Villains a little after Dabi and Toga joined, but before the Training Camp arc, and they were captured during the Gunga Villa arc by Hawks early on in the fight.

Orion | Non-fandom: Orion has a love-hate relationship with sad movies. Nereza loves sad movies, so bc he loves them (/platonic), he'll watch a sad movie with them, thinking he'll enjoy it, only to cry and want cuddles the rest of the day (/platonic). It's an unfortunate cycle.

Nereza | Non-fandom: Their favorite song is End of Beginning, fourth of July, and Harpy Hare. Their favorite movie is The Notebook, Lion King (1994), and basically most Disney movies, with their favorite Disney princess being Tiana.

Atlas | Creepypasta: They have a very weak immune system, and get sick easily as well as for a long duration. Also very sensitive/weak against cold, so they hate winter and snow for this reason.

Kali | Dream SMP: Simpppp- well, a heartbroken simp, but still :>

Kali was a member of a few servers before the Dream SMP server and had a girlfriend named Natalie, but Kali unfortunately died (their server didn't have the three-canon-lives rule), leaving Natalie alone the rest of the duration of the time of the server.

Lust born Subject 96th has been experimented on since He was hatched to the point that His body can no longer reject any creature's DNA until a Miracle happened, where He broke out of the tank due to the Robotic Figure and escaped to Toxic Disposal which is where He got accidentally impaled by Venom Sword and being around radioactive around him causing him to mutant even further

Later on, He was raised and trained by Cryptid Trios to become their Ally and inject more DNA into him (specifically Turtle to slow down Aging, Chimps for Sociality, and Dolphins to boost Hedonism) but They avoided giving him Human DNA as it can make him Hesitation. They have given his codename "Lust"

Once They're finished training him, New Sinners went on raiding Heavenly Yard and failed. Lust punishment is getting sent to the world where every Woman there can kick his ass which is Gensokyo

Once He was sent there, he struggled to survive for the first few weeks but He was eventually able to adapt and finally gain Human DNA which caused Lust to grow hair and be able to talk in Human Language

Later on, Lust got taken into Eientei so He could be studied by the Lunarian there, a year later, Lust got sent to the Lunar Capital as a Messager while He fought one of the princess there in the usual Touhou manner, He was able to inject Lunarian DNA but Lunarian Blood is so Pure, It's completely turn him into a young female humanoid

A few days later after getting sent back to Gensokyo, Lust realized why it had been so weak for the past year as it had almost no sin power at all and it couldn't attract anybody in either form as He/She either too hideous or too young

this gives Lust the idea when He/She sees the Prismriver sisters performance that it can gain fans who will love and worship her in humanoid form (basically simping but not in a sexual way, it's in the cute way)

After another year of Performance, Lust got sent back to her homeworld where he along with other New Sinners continued what they left off but now stronger and smarter than ever

Lust gets into a fight with Kayo Sudou where He terrorizes Jakoku and They both fight to the death with Mutual Kills

Later on Sloth (who has no soul) gets sent to Hellish Yard to get Lust and Wrath's souls back

After the War ended, the Trios gave other Sinners a choice to either stay with them and face their consequences or leave for their punishment turned new homeworld, Lust chose Latter

but When Lust got sent back, He realized this isn't his Gensokyo as He saw a young girl with a book that could summon all the people that he had met and reskins of them

this drove Lust to jealousy and hated that young girl able to get everyone to love her while He took years to struggle to even ally with one of them so a new Conflict begins

Trivia: - Lust shared the same birthday as her Vocaloid representation - I have been avoiding doing anything related to Venomania such as building Harem - Lust never had sexualized her Idol Persona - Lust has been inspired by Hoshino Ai from Oshi no Ko who is Idol who lies and somewhat manipulative about loving her fans but with fewer redeem Qualities than Ai did - Lust has 3 variations like Vocaloid counterpart, Sugar being casual, Spicy when performing and Talk EX is in between Lizard and Humanoid (completed with Scales, stilt eyes, and tail)

Its nice to have someone i can chat to over asks! Because none of my friends actually have. Proper intrest in welcome home.. And honestly i can see why because theres a lot of questionable media going around, especially with the aus and the rf au.. The rf au is probably the au I dislike the most, if any video has it I just click off, because of the amount the sexulized audios and videos of him even though the creator of the au is a MINOR and uncomfortable with it.. EGH people freak me out man..

Anyways.. Do you have a favorite au? I only have a few an they are rather uncommon ones, that are based off of already existing shows and stuff, for example the nighmare before Christmas au, i love frank's, eddie's and juile's designs in it! And homes, and howdy's- I like all of them! I've seen a glimpse of the rf AU from a screenshot I saw on twitter DX sounds really far from my alley. and from what I've seen based on quick youtube search is that he's portrayed really differently from what wally's personality is supposed to be.

I usually steer clear of welcome home AUs that portray wally darling as a tall suave sexyman and his hair is loose and not in his usual pomp. probably because it sets off a pavlovian response in me that his character is about to be butchered to cater to ""the simps"". eh, each to their own. I'll just ignore things I dislike and won't police anyone. no hate to people that enjoy them. though I'm a bit surprised to hear that the creator of the rf AU is a minor... this is the welcome home n*fw situation all over again from june where people disrespect clown's boundaries and he eventually made a separate tag for it. I hope the creator of the AU is doing okay, gosh, that's terrifying.

I do like some of the AUs here! I love the AU where wally and friends go to the real world and meet a playfellow co ex-employee called fionn and live in a chaotic housemate situation. I also like the royalty AU where wally's a childish king, howdy going against wally's regime, eddie as a knight, thief sally.... it's so fun and goofy. I love it!!!!

basically I enjoy any AU where the themes of freedom/control and puppetry and humanity are prevalent because my mind is so hungry for any theme analysis in the welcome home community. I remember a comic where frank tries to remove the strings on his hands and has to keep the horror hidden from his loved ones. I couldn't stop thinking about it. that's the kind of content I crave!!!

I also did think of an AU back in july! it's called "human wholeness" (their human depiction can be seen in my art tag) where the puppets turned into humans and slowly realize that the fredom wally envisioned for them is not all sunshines and rainbows.... look at the screenshots for context.... hope you enjoy
