does anyone (cough: talented builders) want to build an athletics club similar to this building for me lol? it’s no biggie, I just want it to have a pool, yoga room, weight room, bowling lanes, tennis court, a bar/possible cigar room, basketball ball court, locker room & a small ball room for possible weddings & dark wood everywhere…you know the basics lol. i can decorate all day but building... like from scratch...chile that's another story lol 😩

It was my birthday on Sunday so I took a little mini break from tumblr and sims but I’m so excited to get back on with new posts…I also see there’s some drama w/ the pack & update so yay to me having to update all my mods. Thanks for the B-DAY present EA.

I kind of want to do a sim dump as a thank you for all the love and followers i've gotten in the last couple of months. I truly appreciate it and wanna show it back. I haven't shared most of my sims that I've made and maybe I'll share them more to see if anyone is interested. Anyway just some thoughts.

currently reading: I used to read like 100 books plus a year pre-COVID but these days i'm lucky if i read 10 but I've recently tried to get back in the game so I"m reading romance/chick lit & I just read Between Us by Mhairi McFarlane & I'm about to start Beautiful World, Where are You? by Sally Rooney.

current obsession: I go through times where i'm hyper fixated on certain things or food (there was a time where i was obsessed with eating tomatoes & I ate them every day for breakfast until i developed acid reflux) & then i never touch that thing/food again for years lol...but currently it's the Sims.

currently working on: online: decorating a couple builds in game, offline: planning my dads birthday, getting back into painting so i'm trying to set up time for that too, trying to go back to pilates (my 30 year old back is starting to beg for it lol)

Been gone for nearly a week cause I’ve been really busy with work and also I got the COVID vaccine and that basically laid me out for a couple days. still feel like shit now & I probably won’t have any posts for a while but I’m excited to catch up on y’all stories. 🤍

watched killers of the flower moon last night and it was just so breathtakingly beautiful & heartbreaking. Lily Gladstone deserves that Oscar. Worth the watch if you’re able.

Just finished watching the Bethann Hardison documentary & what a beautiful spirit she is. She’s a black women that I truly admire. As I’m getting older and settled into my 30s, I want to be more intentional with what I do and how I live. And what I love about women like Bethann is that they are comfortable in themselves and they’ve created a world that they’re so present in. How freeing and amazing is that? It’s also what I love about Tracee Ellis Ross. You just know she’s secure in who she is cause that’s how she carries herself. Plus the fashions are great! Anyway this was a long way to say if you like fashion or documentaries give it a watch.

I've been gone for a couple days cause of work...i work from home but i'm honestly so tired at the end of the day so I haven't been here for a while. I just wanted to say thank you so much for all the love. I truly appreciate it. I'll be gone again for a couple more days (going out of town for a wedding) but I got a queue going until I come back.
