Santa, as most of us have seen before, has her head stuck in the sand over being a bottom. It’s hilarious how sex is nbd to her but being a called a bottom is but anyways dominance is a pretty touchy subject for Santa due to her pride and inferiority complex. She doesn’t feel that she’s good at a whole lot of stuff, and that she doesn’t match up to the original Artoria since she doesn’t have real experience being a king, having been created from Fuyuki’s cursed Grail. 

This leads to her feeling like she has something to prove, and so she tends to lash out when she perceives others are looking down on her. She also feels rather uncertain of her own self and that she doesn’t have a lot of control over her surroundings not that she’d ever admit to it, so she overcompensates pretty much with her refusal to admit to being anything other than what she thinks is the way the ‘ideal King Arthur’ should be. On the matters that she feel don’t matter as much, such as how she dresses or in most instances of how she acts, she doesn’t feel the need to prove herself, so she’s more mellow in those cases.))
