Reason: This is the fic that I would cite as being closest to what I want to do with my writing as a whole, because I want my writing to provide shelter and relief to those who read or watch it, and this fic is the one where most of the comments have been fellow aro folks telling me that this spoke to them! Thank you to those of you out there who have left such kind messages on it; it means a lot!

Reason: I love the cross between horror and romance as a genre, and this was a fic where I was able to really delve into that topic! It’s inspired several other similar ideas about the relationship of horror to romance, and it was a gift for a friend (heyyy @dreamcrow ), so it holds a very special place in my heart!

Reason: I love the relationship between Raimiverse Otto and Peter, and I wanted to explore that, since we only had a few snippets of them interacting in the NWH movie!

Summary: We don't know a whole lot about TOA's Guinevere, and seeing as how she's one of my favorite Arthurian characters, I took it upon myself (completely unearnedly) to fill in some of the gaps. Aka: I got a drabble prompt on tumblr and I once again proved that I don't know the meaning of leaving well enough alone. I hope y'all enjoy 2,000 words of a character study lol! <3

Reason: Arthurian legend is one of my favorite things to write about, and this was an excuse to do that, through the lens of a cherished fandom for me. It also inspired me to write my own Arthurian legend adaptation novel, wherein Guinevere and Morgan le Fay of the actual legends are in a similar type of yearning love.
