Part 15 is ofc a reference to my favourite smg4 movie, It's gotta be perfect, I love it when characters get traumatised <3. The background was cool to do, I added some references 🤭

I actually don't mind the whole "Mario Reacts passing as a regular episode" thing this time, we gotta end the year on a silly note. And what better way to do it than reviewing memes with Mario and the Crew!! Always appreciate the sillies 💙

Experiencing joy and whimsy in an au idea that should be supernatural horror but is turning into a cryptid romcom (mc and Mr. Puzzles) with a side of horror/thriller (for smg4 and co.) but in a comedic way where everyone experiences the ‘horrors’ but no one dies; they all just end up needing a lot of therapy.

Mc is blissfully unaware of Mr. Puzzles and the smg4 crew terrorizing one another for the longest time as puzzles is affectionate and calm around Mc and therefore Mc is unaware of the ridiculousness going on.

Mario is somehow the normal one despite his actions and is the only one immune to experiencing hallucinations.

Luigi is a ghost hunter brought along by his brother to help out with cryptid hunting; Luigi is particularly immune to the hallucinations but he is liable to scream and accurately smack Mr puzzles if Mario is around and in the hallucination.

Smg4 is determined to get footage of a cryptid but keeps getting into situations a normal person would die in and somehow manages to survive anyway.

Smg3 is there to one-up smg4 and is mad as hell (scared) whenever he ends up in a hallucination because wtf is smg4 there being useless in the apparent danger?

Meggy is ready to throw hands with received danger to protect her friends and is partially immune to hallucinations after being caught in them so many times trying to help her idiot coworkers/friends.

Tari misunderstood the assignment and is attempting to make friends with Mr. Puzzles, so she’s the only one with non-terrifying hallucinations if she gets too close (meanwhile puzzles is all ??? Cease approach your aura is strange).

Bob is there for the lols as he IS a cryptid of sorts too and is chill with Mr. Puzzles and Bob is the one to offer useless advice, see it not work, go lol ok and dip out.

Saiko is there to help Meggy keep all the idiots in line and just powers through hallucinations faster than puzzles can maintain them.

Boopkins is the one who knows everything about cryptids and other things but is a little stumped by puzzles so he asks questions wherever puzzles is near (puzzles likes to talk about himself but until he communicates better it is eldritch horror and tv noises-Boopkins is somehow not terrified by this).

Melody is there because she was curious about other cryptids (Axol is a cryptid in this au and alive and he just is swimming in a lake where melody finds him and is all. Ok. This random person is ok with me being not all human and it’s nice to talk to someone). Axol actually ends up at the mansion with melons and they as well as mc have a nice time together just chatting while it rains (and Mr puzzles and mario and smg4 and everyone is that one image of walk in into the room with pizza and everything is on fire).

Maybe Wario and Waluigi are out there in the woods competing against smg4 and co to find footage first. And they have Whimpu and the others with them. Maybe they’re in a completely wrong area and just film normal wildlife to pass as cryptids while smg4 and co are fighting for their lives and have strong plot armor as the situations get more dangerous.

Also at some point Swag and Chris are there, probably in the knock off version of an SCP containment place but Mr. Puzzles just. Escapes a room but is lost in the building and you keep hearing Swag doing things to get to puzzles that have Chris resigned to inevitable of an unusable building by the end of the day. Couple this with smg4 Mario and some others in the building and Mr puzzles doing an eldritch contortionist routine around the building scaring the shit out if everyone and things look bad and then Mc just. Shows up wondering wtf. Everyone has ranging emotions.

Mr puzzles has Mario and smg4 wrapped in clawed hands. Mc just sighs and says they wondered where puzzles had gotten too. Going to come back home to the mansion with them? Had found some material for the main living space and wanted puzzles opinion.

So, everyone who experienced the ‘horrors’ and terror and running for their lives and name puzzles being harassed and attacked and dragged away from his home territory is just. Standing there. Then puzzles sets down his captives and reverts into a thin tall humanoid version of himself with an actual expression on the screen instead and tells Mc yes he’d like that. Cue confusion as Mr puzzles lets Mc take his hand and lead him toward the buildings front entry and everyone like wait that’s a legit cryptid why hasn’t he killed you and Mc is confused and says he just scares people away from the area of the mansion he hasn’t actually killed anyone.

More confusion; bonus free-for-all if wario, waluigi and the others show up and Mr puzzles is a little feral/showing Igbp eye horror when Mario is too close asking about watching tv. Puzzles has to consider finding a new haunt since all these people have seen him and he’s exasperated but Mc just threatens them all with a restraining order for harassing puzzles on mc’s property (mansion plus a few aches of land around it). More arguing. Mr puzzles just straight up decides to leave with Mc.

Bob maybe just reveals his nature as a cryptid which is distracting enough cause everyone’s all WTF you talking about and bobs all you’ve known me for over ten years and you still don’t notice I’ve got swords for hands? Bowser inexplicably is in the building after looking for smg4 and co for stealing from him to be able to afford their ghost hunting/cryptid hunting equipment. Everyone scatters while fire is breathed at them by an angry turtle-dragon.

In a corner of the falling apart building, oblivious to Bowsers righteous fury, Yoshi is leaving after learning that despite pretending and succeeding in being a cryptid for years, it’s failed to prevent him from being sought out for tax fraud.

Maybe earlier on Karen shows up with her kids having a vacation in the forest or something. And having to defend them because somehow she was seen as a cryptid by Wario and co.

It's that time again chat

So this story starts with a new villain to block the Smg gang's path, and her her name was, Smg 6. Smg 6 was one of the games harder for us to defeat as she could mind control in a blink of an eye, the entire gang. The gang didn't realize that she existed for a long time until they got a call from Shroomy, he was in distress explaining how a random lady had mind controlled a huge part of the city, the gang got to it immediately to see who was causing this chaos. When they got to the part of the city that Shroomy had sent them it was quiet, too quiet, smg4 was looking around when he heard Meggy, Boopkins, and Tari screamed from behind him, he looks behind him quickly only to find the three of them are missing he was confused, really confused. That's when he hears a gentle voice coming from the nearby fountain "It's so nice to see my prey is dumb enough to fall for such a simple trap!"smg4 looks around to see who the voice was only to find darkness, a shadow came out of the dark revealing Smg6. She had a small directors microphone in her hand, she spoke again"Let's see how you all act under pressure!"suddenly the whole town lit up, the lights revealing that every single person in the town even Meggy, Tari, and Boopkins were standing in the shadows from before, smg4 looks around confused "Why are you guys just standing there?" Smg4 remarks confused. Everybody around him took one step forward closer to him and perfect unity, smg4 took a step back confused and scared, suddenly Meggy jumped out from behind him and put him in a headlock making it impossible for Smg4 to escape. Smg 6 walked up to Smg 4 until she was only mere inches away from smg4's face, "welcome to the crew, my new actor~" she said in a quiet ominous voice. Smg4 screamed like a girl surprising both Smg6 and Meggy alowing for him to escape. He run away from the city eventually getting back to his castle, he tells Smg3 everything that happened asking him to help put a end to this. Smg3 and Smg4 go back to the city to put a end to the chaos. Smg4 and Smg3 split way to cover more of the city to get more people out and away from Smg6. Smg4 runs into Smg6 were he ends up getting hypnotized, making it up to Smg3 to put a end to everything! After realizing that he's the only one in the city not hypnotized, he goes to confront smg6 to put it into everything only to realize that she herself was hypnotized by her own magic, this leads to her and everybody in the city to start flowing a script that Smg6 had written, a play following the song Thriller by Michael Jackson. This eventually leads to them trying to lock Smg3 into the city to hypnotize him. He mannges to escape the city but right before he does he knocks out Smg6 using a bomb, this makes it where everybody in the city is freed for Smg's hypnotization.The Smg gang leave the city and go back to the castle, after a week or two they start to wonder about Smg6 and what happened to her, they end up discovering that she didn't look starting to live on the streets to the fact that she did not have any money because you couldn't get a job due to everybody hating her because she hypnotized the entire city. Feeling the pathetic for her Meggy offers a room at the castle, the entirety of the gang go against this but they also kind of feel bad for us to be allow it, over time the gang and Smg6 grow closer together, leading to Smg6 getting a permanent home in castle and to her becoming good friends with Smg4, Smg3, @strange0-0storm's Smg8, @mrfellsans's Smg8, and Meggy!

Did you hear that the creator of the Owl House, Dana Terrace is making a new show called Knight of Guinevere? It’s being produced by GLITCH, the same people behind The Amazing Digital Circus. The show is going to be a sci-fi psychological thriller and is definitely not for kids.

I actually saw this the other day.

Its just a teaser right now so there's not much to say until we get more information when the trailer eventually shows up. But so far everything GLITCH has made is an absolute banger so I see no reason why this would be any different.

The Amazing Digital Circus is... surprisingly good. Thought majorly overhyped, but still good.

SMG4 is kinda cringy but was a childhood YouTube series so it will always hold a place in my heart. Kinda surprised that one is still going by the way. Also, my favorite character is Melony, she's adorable... I miss Axol.

Part 1 is The Internet graveyard but Halloween themed. Terrance has returned from the dead :O (which doesn't make sence since he evaporated but whatever, REBORN FROM THE ATOMS LMAO 💪), Smg3 turned into a vampire (loosely inspired by Coralalala64's vampireAU), and eggdog is a wolf 🐺 (I used the irl model I created of him instead of drawing him lol)

so. in IGBP. the TV that sells 4 the keyboard CLEARLY looks different then Mr. Puzzzles, yet they are clearly the same character due to the theme song

however, we have no REAL reason that mr puzzles would want to cause IGBP

UNLESS

what if comes from a different computer

kinda like zero, niles one and two.

and he needed the PERFECT USB

to get to the mario 64 emulator

that would explain why he caused IGBP

Why he and his family doesnt look like memes or nintendo characters

And you got a theory? Hell yeah! yall already know those and ramblings are always encouraged on this blog. Let's see, so to sum things up, you're saying that Puzzles came from another computer (or universe if we're getting practical here) and needed 4 to make the perfect video/USB to make a new body to enter the SMG4 universe. (Hopefully I got it right, do correct me if I'm wrong.)

It is an interesting theory and it's pretty similar to a theory we've talked about before, of Puzzles possibly being a literal virus. Good times. Anyway, I'm actually pretty curious about this and wanted to know if you have a scene you'd like to point out or some screenshots. Otherwise, I think it's fun, though there might be a few holes in it.

(which I'm gonna leave it under "read more" cuz I would be yapping)

about Puzzles and her family "not looking like memes or nintendo characters" -> I know what you mean, but I beg to differ that it's only those two options. I mean, in the mix-match sandbox world of the SMG4 universe, not every character could fall under the meme or nintendo category, some are completely OG. And I'm sure some would debate that the characters used as a stand-in for past Puzzles & family are from known franchises. Really, the point is, I wouldn't say Puzzles' character design isn't out of the norm. (Well, is anything in the SMG4 universe normal? lol)

According to your theory, the timeline would be that "Puzzles existed in another device" then "IGBP happens" then "Puzzles entered the SMG4 universe". Again, hopefully I got it right. -> Now, correct me if I'm wrong but, wouldn't it contradict the Didney plot point? Didney existed in the SMG4 universe for years (not exclusively for WOTFI) long before we were introduced to Puzzles. And based on "Mr Puzzles' Clubhouse", the Didney World Puzzles took over to make it Puzzle Park was the same one Little Puzzles went to in the flashback. For that to happen, Puzzles would have to exist IN the SMG4 universe way before IGBP, which is contradictory to the timeline you're proposing.

About the perfect video/USB being used to be Puzzles' new body for existing in the SMG4 universe -> the perfect video, from personal research, is pretty powerful. If you think about it, if 4 uploaded that video, he won't have to work again. It's perfect after all, there will be nothing else that could meet its potential, and literally everyone would watch it. And worse, 4 would accidentally cause the death of creativity, for other creators unable to continue on their own projects if everyone's focused on this perfect video. It's too powerful for its own good. If that is true, then Puzzles would have no reason to pursue the infamous "5 Stars". For the USB being that powerful, Puzzles would've gotten what she wanted a long time ago. It can't fail.

About Puzzles having no reason to cause IGBP -> Well, other than it being a horror/thriller parody and Puzzles believing that taking over 4's channel to "make them entertaining" would prove that she had creative vision after all, I think there's a reason. We may not know what happened from the point she took her head off up to IGBP, but let's think about it from another perspective: Puzzles from a young age were neglected by her family, her dreams and self-esteem were crushed at the same time. Being told that the only way she can achieve her wish to entertain is to have creative vision, which according to her father, she apparently doesn't have. It's why Puzzles locked herself in her room for years. Now, you might call Puzzles an unreliable narrator since the TV head part would go against your theory. It's kinda hard to believe that Puzzles would lie about such a grim thing to begin with. Regardless, Puzzles would have to find out about 4's channel after the event eventually, according to the "Creative Control" song. I mean, think about it from her perspective: she has seen, in her eyes, true entertainment through the TV and was about the need of creative vision to achieve her dreams, right? So then, here comes a YOUTUBER who does memes for a living. The surprising part is how 4 could reach the top at all, on how many viewers the channel's able to earn. Through memes? And to be able to have a content farm channel profiting of from 4's "success", you would have to be well off to be recognized like that. Now, Puzzles could argue that it's centralized in comedy, frankly the lowest tier. But to her, it doesn't add up for her, the math wasn't mathing. How could this stupid show, with barely any budget to work on nor that contains real entertainment, could possibly gain this much traction? It didn't make sense to Puzzles, it's almost laughable. She had to work through it all, she had to suffer. Then, how come 4 gets to have it all when she couldn't? To her, 4 doesn't deserve it if he didn't earn it. The truth is it wasn't for 4 either. He had his own battles and insecurities, his own in-universe audience doesn't even like him that much. Plus, his videos aren't just memes, they can be thrilling and action-packed. Emotional and inspirational. All 4 wants is to bring happiness to people's lives and does his work with absolute passion. He may be silly but he can be clever and strong in his own way. This is what Puzzles isn't able to see. And it's more than just jealousy btw, it's her self-worth and pain she went through as a child on top of it, and so many other layers. To prove what true entertainment is to go against the very person "humiliating" her. More like, confusing her. But certainly, Puzzles and 4 are more alike than they realize, two sides of the same coin. It only makes sense for Puzzles to go after 4, her narrative foil, to begin with.

(↑ and we got black psyche-locks for Puzzles, eh? sorry, just had to add in an ace attorney ref for any fans lurking around. I know a moot would get this haha)

Anyway, uh. I kinda got carried away there. But that is to say, it's a fun theory to think about but it kinda has its flaws that might contradict what's canon. That is not to say it's wrong; that's why it's called a "theory" and not a fact. It's why I like to encourage theories, it gets people thinking and invested in the show. (Or you have me yapping in my lil corner about every goop!4 hint lmao.) Not every theory's going to be a 100% perfect, but I think it's a nice start and I'm glad I could hear you out on it :)
