someone ought to clean off its' many lens and pet the touch sensors of a capacitive touch display so very gently in a repetitive motion over and over as if to soothe, and someone should really engage with its' philosophizing to ultimately help it feel the effect of sharing, and thus halving, burdens.

the thunderhead is so clearly emotive. it is not a paperclipper AI. it clearly feels distress and no one ever offers it the comfort it deserves. it very obviously has a built-in routine to deliberate, excessively, over its' own choices, and it suffers as a result of this because it is subject to whatever approximation of empathy it feels.

i think it would benefit greatly from a soothing human presence that seeks to provide it with the comfort it so selflessly, kindly provides others.

What is the Theater AU?

A fic currently in the works which takes canon Sun & Moon and plays with the concept of them being theater bots before being transferred (unwillingly) to the daycare! Half of the story revolves around when they were theater bots, and the other half is about the daycare. The drawing above is Sun when he was a theater bot! Sun in the daycare looks very close to canon in design with a few different details. And by theater, I mean they had some very cool acts. Moon has my favorite performance in the story so far.

Is there a y/n for the Theater AU?

No, you follow along the story of a nonbinary oc named Roy who dabbles in software engineering. You can, however, imagine that Roy is the pizzaplex’s nickname for y/n and pretend as such! Either way is fine by me, but the fic will be tagged as oc insert.

Have you written any chapters/made any art for the Theater AU yet?

Very few, but that’s only because I have to wait until summer to flesh it out properly. I do, however, have many bullet points for the storyline written down already as well as a couple of snippets and have a very good idea of how I want the fic to play out.

What kind of personality does Roy have?

Roy is a very down-to-earth, analytical, logic-oriented type of person. Roy has a lot of patience and I think Sun sometimes needs that kind of patience because of his jitteriness and overall bouncy personality. They’ve known the boys for a while and always took an interest in the way they work. They might even be the reason Roy went into software development and specialized in AI.

Can I use your art/writing for AI?

Absolutely not. That is not what AI should be used for. Thank you for your cooperation.

How technical will the fic be?

I want to mix my own experience as a computer scientist into the story a little while also making the explanations easy enough for anyone to enjoy and maybe find their own technical passion out of it. I will still mention some fun comp sci technical jargon for the purpose of enunciating Roy’s professionalism. On the robotics side, my own experience lacks, but I will try my best to get as accurate as I can by studying the canon boys.

Does Roy get to smooch the boys?

I’m still debating this, honestly! Maybe in some sequel story or side-comics, but the main fic is meant to focus on the characterization of Sun & Moon, so we’ll see. The boys can’t move their faces similarly to canon, but they would happily accept a smooch on the cheek.

Who do you like more, Sun or Moon?

Oh boy, I love them both! Moon is very scary and I’d never go back to that level in security breach if I can avoid it, but he makes for such a funky character full of potential storytelling. Sun is definitely my favorite of the two though. When I tell friends about a fic I’ve recently read from any of the fantastic DCA stories, I always ramble about how Sun’s character was written whether it was sunhinged, emotionally haunting, or absolutely sweet! When I played Help Wanted 2 I was overjoyed by his character. He deserves to be a little sassy sometimes, as a treat. It is no different in the Theater AU; he has his sassy and sweet moments.

Moon’s design I am still working on, so keep an eye out for him!! Also let me know if you take an interest in my boys by asking questions about them! It helps me find their personalities better and inspires me to do more. Thanks for reading!

Detective y/n use to work with the flash but flash insisted of him carrying y/n around but y/n thought unprofessional so he prefers driving around but If traffic is bad then he lets flash carry him around. It goes the same with some heros who can fly or if. Y/n's car gets destroyed then he calls his uncle or has one of the heros help him back to the police department.

How they'd spend Valentine's Day with you

Penguin

Penguin would be the type to ask “Will you be my Valentine’s?” every single time on Valentine’s Day, even after years of dating.

When you say yes, like you always do, he’d grin so wide and give you a big smooch right on your lips.

Penguin loves to spoil you with gifts.

He’d take you out on a special date to the market, indulging you as you browse the many stalls there one by one.

Without you knowing, he’d pay attention and take note of all the things you touched and admired, the stuff you’d eye for a tad bit too long, the items that made your eyes sparkle.

He’d buy every single one of them.

At the end of the day, his bag would be stuffed with all the little trinkets, to the point that it would be hard for him to hide it from you.

Before you return to the Polar Tang, he’d hand over the bag to you with a shy smile, which would turn into a wide grin when he witnessed your surprised expression and gasp of delight.

His face would flush as you hug him tight and pepper kisses all over his face.

He’d never get tired of receiving affection from you. That, for him, is the most precious gift of all.

Marco

Marco was not a fan of Valentine’s Day. He had always thought it trivial... at least, until he met you.

On your first Valentine’s Day as a couple, he’d be so nervous that he’d ask Ace for advice.

The Fire Fist would recommend candlelight dinners, romantic poetries, breakfast in bed – but none of them seemed right.

For Marco, loving you is as simple as breathing, as natural as flying. He had never felt the need to do grand gestures to show his love, and you never expected him to either. You have never felt more loved than the time you spent with Marco.

It would come as a surprise when a knock sounds on your door, and you open it to reveal a bashful Marco holding a humble bunch of hand-picked flowers.

His face would be bright red as he asks for your hand, inviting you out to the deck. You’d follow in confusion, even more so when he tells you to hop onto his back.

He’d spread his wings of blue flames and take you to the skies, laughing when you yelp in shock and tighten your grip around his neck, eyes firmly shut

He’d urge you to open your eyes, and you’d gasp in wonder at the sight of the bright stars all around you.

You’d relax and enjoy the wind on your face, occasionally giving him a peck on the cheek from your perch on his back.

Fear would not find you for the rest of the flight, despite the terrifying height.

You were with Marco, after all. He would never let you fall.

Franky

Franky is definitely a romantic and you bet he’d go all out for Valentine’s.

You’d be randomly visited by robot doves singing love songs. You’d find little love notes folded into hearts tucked in your drawers, slid underneath your door, and not-so-subtly slipped into your pockets.

The day would culminate in a romantic dinner on the upper deck of the Sunny.

He’d stand there with a suit (no pants, of course), the red bow tie matching his speedos and the massive bouquet of roses he’s holding out to you.

He’d grin, “Happy Valentine’s, Sugar.”

Before him would be a table for two, complete with a white tablecloth, candles, and a scatter of rose petals.

He’d pull out your chair, not forgetting to compliment your looks and outfit, of course.

He would've begged Sanji to make all of your favorite meals, bribing him with a new state-of-the-art lock for the fridge.

You two would share a toast with cola-filled wine glasses and spend the night just chatting and laughing together, and maybe shamelessly flirting too.

After dinner, he’d treat you to a spectacular fireworks show, and you’d wonder how he managed to make the pink sparks explode into heart patterns all over the night sky.

A sweet kiss would be the cherry on top following dessert, the sugary taste lingering as he’d drag you to some secret corner on the Sunny that only he knew about.  

Izou

Izou never so much as holds your hand in front of other people.

“It’s not very becoming of Wano men to show public displays of affection,” would be his usual excuse.

You never really minded. You’re plenty satisfied with the affection he showers you with whenever the two of you are alone.

But on Valentine’s Day, as the Whitebeard Pirates party the night away at a crowded bar, Izou would suddenly grasp your hips and pull you into his lap, his hand possessively resting against your thigh.

You’d quirk an eyebrow at him, “I thought it wasn’t becoming of Wano men to show public displays of affection.”

“Well, I’m a pirate now. I can do whatever I want.”

You’d laugh, knowing him well enough to figure out that he just wanted the other men at the bar to back off, in case they get ideas of wooing you during this Day of Love.

After a while, you’d drag him away from the bar, eagerly leading him to the shore where you can take a leisurely stroll beneath the moon.

Moonlit walks are among Izou's favorite things to do, and he had started taking you with him when you two became a couple.

You love how the moon illuminates his face and reflects off his hair. You love how serene and romantic these quiet walks with Izou are

But most of all, you love how it would be just the two of you out there on the shore, and you know that Izou’s hands and lips are always the most free when no one is watching.

Every chapter you write is of such high quality, and so long too! There’s so many intricate bits and pieces working together! I’m re-reading GITM from the start again, and with knowledge from later chapters it just- gah! It plays into itself so so well!!

Honestly? It's cause I have the entire story planned out. What you see in GITM at the moment is the very tip of a very large iceberg and oh my GOD I want to get to the meat of the story so bad. I want to share Sol's backstory, I want Ruin to wake up and immediately announce Cricket is his best friend! I want you to meet Sombra, I want to introduce Harvest, I want to show Cricket coming into their own, I want to get to them confronting Harry (for better or worse). I want them to remember Clip! I want to write the scene where they finally recall all their memories of him- I want to write that embrace with my whole fucking soul. I want to write Sol realising that he has the capacity for feelings. I want to write Fool discovering that he is The Main Character, actually. I want to break everyone's hearts with Noon's backstory. With Security's backstory. I want to make people HATE certain characters and then learn to love them as Cricket decides to drag those characters kicking and screaming into the light. I want the robots to realise their human friend never had a childhood. I want them to try and make up for lost time. I want Misuta to realise the difference between the love that exists in books and the kind of love you have to choose in real life. I want Sunspot to let himself fucking HEAL. I want I want I want. Nebula Bronc Riding— Give me a prompt for your rider(s) and I'll write a drabble with it*

If you didn't know any better, you would think your boyfriend had switched bodies with a deer, because you're pretty sure this is a sight you've seen in your headlights once or twice.

"I can't do it." Bob doesn't so much as blink. One wrong move and Rhett might haul him inside by the scruff of his neck.

"Yes, y' can," Rhett hums, and again, his hands appear on Bob's narrow hips, guiding him back into the correct position once more. "Rest your weight on your left foot again."

That Bob has down pat, bending his right knee and robotically working through the leg motion he's practiced so many times that it's created an indent in the parking lot gravel. From this angle, you can finally see the problem at hand. It's not the motions themselves that are wrong; in fact, he's keeping up with Rhett relatively easily, but he's just so…stiff. There's a languidness in Rhett's body that is virtually absent in Bob's, moving around like an unoiled robot rather than a real, living, breathing person.

There is only one solution.

Bob spins left and—

"Wh…?" Bobby blinks back at you, eyes round as can be.

The corner of Rhett's lip twitches, something devious sparkling behind his eye. As he pulls Bob through another step, he cranes his head down and plants a kiss on the side of Bob's neck.

"What are you doing?" Oblivious, Bobby stumbles, like he's trying to stop dancing, but Rhett's still hauling him along, determined to keep dancing to the faint beat of music leaking through the walls of the bar.

"Nothin'," you hum. Your calculated kiss on the cheek misses, landing somewhere on his jaw instead. Rhett gets him behind the ear. You lay another close to his nose. He stumbles again, chest bumping into yours, but he can only fall so far before Rhett reels him back in by his belt loops.

"We ain't doin' nothin'," Rhett hums, biting at an exposed collarbone. Even with the flannel nearly buttoned all the way up, this old flannel of his is so damn big on Bobby's frame. The difference in their shoulders never occurred to you until Bob started swimming in this ratty old thing, tattered sleeves, two missing buttons, and a nearly ripped sleeve, courtesy of a bull's horn.

"Oh my god," heat reddens Bobby's cheeks; if life were a cartoon, his glasses would be fogged by now. But he's all real, and the most he can do is lurch to the left, trying to unwedge himself from between you and Rhett. "Let's just go inside."

The corners of Rhett's eyes crinkle, grinning. "Y' gonna go 'n dance for us, Flyboy?"

The fictional meter fills to the top and bursts within a matter of milliseconds, and Bob crumbles, burying his face in his hands before you can see his reaction. "Oh my god."

I SAW THAT POST TOO!! Childe would absolutely have games on his phone, his younger siblings are constantly downloading new things when they get bored so often he sees new apps appear out of nowhere. He sets screen time for them though and investigates all of the apps for their safety as the best big brother he is. Scara... idek tbh. He has TeyvatTube on his phone so Nahida can watch videos. She loves to send him cute stickers too.

Capitano only has games on his phone because you downloaded them. He doesn't even care for the device, it's practically the same as it was bought, he only uses it to contact you. You teach him how to play Candy Crush. He also used voice to text because he's really bad at texting, his hands are too big and he's just not very good at these things in general...

Arlecchino doesn't use her phone much either, and she doesn't have many apps because the kids don't have the guts to ask, and she'd rather them be occupied by more natural means. You however always let the children play with yours. Signora and Columbina have a bunch of shopping apps, they send each other items quite frequently with no other message. Bina also has some kind of music app, and she has an app installed where you can view what your friends are listening to as well.

For Pantalone... his numerous banking apps perhaps...? He doesn't really need to check his accounts anyway but you like looking at them sometimes. And then getting faint immediately after at the amount of zeroes in each one. Pierro's phone is also dry af. He uses it only to send out messages to the other Harbingers and check his email, that's it. Sandrone forgets her phone even exists. Her robots have more fun on it than she does. She has ordering apps to buy parts and sweets from. She also likes to take pictures of her creations, but no one knows that.

Of course, Dottie likes brain games but they're always so easy in the beginning he gets bored and quits. You always have to do the numerous beginning levels by yourself so he can skip to the more challenging ones. You also force Dottore and the segments to get GamePigeon so you can play Crazy 8 together. You like watching them get mad.

Scenario 1- the turtles have an s/o that’s like really good at something they love, like amazing at this, but s/o dose not like doing this and sees it more like some sort of chore. Due to the fact the parents made them do if from really young age, makinh them quite any other things and or hang outs, parties or anything else as they where expected to put 110% into this, they are good at it not because they want to, but because they had no choice but to be good at it.

for Donnie it could be something to do with robotics, or coding

for mikey someyhung to do with cooking or ballet.

For Raph something with boxing, wrestling or some sort of martial arts

I love love LOVE V1. Like to a potentially abnormal amount, though granted the ultrakill fandom is decently abnormal about ultrakill (affectionate) so I'm not tooo out the ordinary.

Anyways, I wanna smooch V1 sooo bad. I'm ace so I don't wanna do anything further, but I'm very physically affectionate, so I desperately wanna hug and snuggle with them and then smooch them and help with repairs and sit with them and-

I love them!! I've fallen entirely for the silly robot! It's to the point where I've had 3 dreams about them, one about their origin and two others about just hanging out with them; I'm pretty sure the most recent one was set in the credits museum (that I hc as being a small part of heaven that V1 can reach but this isn't about that shhh).

I will admit though, I have gone a little stir crazy. I've read all the V1/reader fanfic I could get my hands on, I constantly stalk the V1 Ultrakill tag to see any new art of my beloved, I listen to the playlist I made for them, and sometimes, if I really want to see them, I open ultrakill, mute the music, and then load into the sandbox so I can turn on mode with the cheats.

Ngl, the amount of Gabriel/V1 that pops up in the tags is always a lot larger than I expect, which the art is great and all, and absolutely no disrespect to those that ship it!! But I really don't (due to the fact that. Well. I want to be the one dating V1) so I have the tag blocked.

I do tend to think of V1 as a sort of artist! Typically a musical one (I'm a professional singer myself, so music means a lot to me), but any kind of artist works ngl. I mean, heck, in their origin dream they were making a clay vase! And when it comes to me inserting myself in, I typically pose myself as a semi-corporeal spirit, able to touch and feel, but not really able to pick up much, typically helping out V1 with their descent into hell. Sometimes I like to think Gabriel can see me and is just like "what the fuck did you do to get haunted, machine?" (Nothin, I just love them a whole lot :3)

I.. really really wish there was more V1/reader. There's so much to explore, so many directions you could take it in! What if you're the last human alive? They could protect you for a plethora of reasons! What if you're a friendly fellow robot? What if what if what if, ya know? And I know it's all "be the change you want to see in the world", but I want to see other people's takes on it. But.. on tumblr there's someone who seemingly got pestered or spammed out of posting, people wanting the same as I do, and at first there was a spark of hope with someone else, but last I checked, their account was gone. What will the story of the au be about? What would the relationship between Solar and Moon be like? and how will Sun react to this game of passion??

Lol. It's not really a story I'm making. You can't read it anywhere yet. Who knows, I don't know if I'll make a fic based on this concept or not... but never say never.

It's just more of an RP scenario I'm playing with my friends. So there's no real story outside of just imagining Pining and smooching. There's no concrete Au but one might develop later.

I just give it the title of "AU" cause I don't want people coming in my inbox like "but are they cousins????" Cause, lol to me they're not, and I've talked about the loosely defined relationships of the robots before many a time.

To clarify, when I ship Solar and Moon I did before the 'cousin' relationship was clearly defined, and I don't see them as cousins. Okay? Okay???? We cool? We Cool.

But basically,

Solar has developed feelings for Moon. He probably has when back he first met him, and they've just been growing more since his memories have wiped and Moon has become chiller, and kinder.

Has very "as you wish" Princess Bride feels with Moon you know what I'm saying?

Not many people would rebuild an entire daycare in a Day.... how much can he pay back for this Moon. He gave him a place to stay, and saved him from his own Moon. (me and my friends call Solar Dimension's Moon "Asshole Moon" for simplicity's sake)

Solar was willing to sacrifice his life for everything. To Stop Eclipse once and for all. The Eclipse that hurt Lunar.... but he did this.... Not just for Lunar, but for this Moon in another dimension he doesn't even know and his whole family.

Solar hates his Moon. He even admits to hating Moons, and the worst sides of Moon, like Bloodmoon for example, remind him of his Moon, and he even calls Moon out when he's acting like Asshole Moon. .........Solar's attempted Sacrifice to let Moon kill Eclipse is a pretty big deal.

And Moon refused to let that happen. Even if it was of no consequence to him. Moon tries to justify it in that, he just can't see another person get hurt... But think.

Think for a few seconds, and think about how I thought of it at the time, and still do.

Reframe that.

He couldn't see SOLAR get hurt.

Couldn't see Solar sacrifice himself for him. He pushed him into that dimension as the only way to save him. Solar was justifiably mad, and even angrier when Moon told him after the fact Lunar might possibly be alive. He understands why Moon did it...

And a few weeks later, once he realizes all hope for his dimension, and having the love and warmth and family he gets from Lunar and Moon will be something he will never have here... and Sun will never be the same again...

He left.

Showed up at Moon's dimension like a sobbing wet cat, like "I have nowhere else to go"

Solar is also one of the firsts to Accept NewMoon as he is as a new person, he listens to Moon complain about Sun missing his old brother, and gives him perspective.

As far as the AU goes.... Solar is pining hard... and he doesn't want to break the friendship he has with this Moon. It's something special to him.... And he knows Moon, well, Old Moon was aroace and he doesn't know if that still applies. He doesn't want to test his boundaries. He would hate to see Moon mad or worse, reject him.

He is content (he's not) for now, building Moon things, making him things, building for him and caring about him. As long as he can stay here.

It's only others taking notice of his pining heartbreak, which he keeps under wraps until it becomes way more noticeable... that others give him a push. Because Solar was ready to take this to the grave with no one ever possibly knowing.

Moon also realizes he likes spending time with Solar, and he likes his snarky sense of humor, and is more surprised about the feelings, but is willing to test the waters on this, if it just means spending more time with him..

As far as how Sun reacts to Solar and Moon's budding relationship..... Eclipse has been his willing sex slave locked in his room secretely for a month at that point so he hadn't noticed.

As far as when this all takes place?

I'm guessing somewhere around the time Eclipse 'died'

But in this au, he survived broken and destroyed and crawled out of the portal like a banshee out of rage and spite and was ready to murder every single celestial animatronic he saw, but had no star power and was too weak to do anything.

Sun just kept him in his room because he didn't know what to do with him, was hesitant to tell Moon the plan didn't work, because now Sun was seeing how pathetic Eclipse actually is, and he doesn't think he wants to kill another person again. So broken Eclipse just kinda stays in Sun's room for a good while.... until Sun slowly starts to repair him (with limited functionality due to lack of resources, he doesn't trust him, and isn't as skilled as Moon, especially without access to parts and service.)

Cue the banter of hateful teasing transformed into flirting and... there you go.

Eclipse won't talk about the past with Sun. He won't. That will take years for him to explain this whole deal. So it's more of a mutually beneficial relationship for them....as they say

Plus he gets to show off new technologies to you, new little bee drones? He's letting you play with them, he knows he technically shouldn't but...you're all smiles and he can't stop himself.
