An online only, Covid friendly, come as you are, from your living room, SHOW! 🤯🎶🙃 I’ll be honest, 3 days later and I’m still processing— In some ways it feels like a dream... In the blink of an eye it was over...11 songs, reliving the past, and at the same time the release and birth of something new. An experience so scary and vulnerable but perhaps in time, with practice, the road to liberation...? Certainly an important first and another big old milestone! I’d love to take a moment to talk about an important issue everyone can assist with!

Not only has Dom started, suported and lived start_the_wave, but she has made a positive impact on the people around her, and in doing so Kat has made the switch, AND SO CAN YOU

I am such an advocate for this. I’m so glad that I get the opportunity to support everything they’re working toward. Please, please take a moment to reflect on how you can benifit our earth. We are now the voice and action for the world around us, and WE CAN DO SOMETHING. There are so many ways that you wouldn’t even know can help our planet SO MUCH, but only if we spread the effect.

If you haven’t already please check out Start The Wave on YouTube!! It continues to have so many ides from our lovely little British vegan that help our earth and environment tremendously. A few for you here that I myself use/do

-BUY A REUSABLE WATER BOTTLE. Guys, this one is so so easy, you save money in the long run, you save millions of plastic bottle from being used and you have a cute water bottle to put fun WEarp stickers on.

-Shop second hand! There are so many cute cloths that have nothing wrong with them waiting to be worn and rocked by you!!! It saves you money and creates less non-degradable material to be in circulation. Plus you can get new threads for half the price!!!

-Eat less meat. Now, I’m not preaching for everyone to automatically become Vegan, but I myself am meat concious, just meaning I don’t eat it every day. I was a Vegetarian for quite sometime but because of health reasons I had to add it back into my diet. SO, all I’m saying is pick one day a week, and have a salad instead of a burger!

Those are just a few tips! (If anyone would like more I’d LOVE to discus!)

We can make the change happen! Even if it is little by little. We see amazing women who we love on screen making a difference so please consider following their choices and becoming a greener, more eco- concious individual

Personally it has done such wonders for my mood and out look on life. I love knowing that my children might have a better life because I chose to take action. I hope you will join me in the incredible healthy feeling!

start_the_wave: Saving Grace matches people with dogs from rural animal shelters. They screen the dogs' temperaments and take care of their veterinary needs. Supported solely by donations, their work has matched thousands of wonderful dogs with loving families. While at Saving Grace, dogs run and play outside in groups ranging from five to ten dogs. Volunteers guarantee that the dogs receive daily love and attention. This socialization with both people and other dogs secures that the dogs are happy and ready when their forever families come along.
