I love that @litjoycrate puts good quality items into their boxes. Now to the nitty gritty. I think we all need the reminder that there is a person behind the handle. I have a family. I have a career. I have dreams. I have hobbies. Do you know any of this? You may know some but you don’t know all. I actually keep a lot of my life to me. I love books and I like bookish things. Sometimes too much. This was the place that I wanted to share that love. One thing I don’t talk about a lot is that I have severe anxiety. I’m a bit of an empath. I have a bleeding heart. I make myself sick when I hurt people’s feelings. I stress myself out so much. I tend not to write reviews for books I don’t care for because I don’t want to hurt an authors feelings. Okay I just couldn't wait to share these; also I needed some advice. Here are my unboxings for my @theyachronicles Frost and Starlight box and my @illumicrate Starfall edition box. I love them both so much and will have full unboxings and reviews on my blog a bit later in the month (I might have to start posting mid-week to keep up!). But I needed some advice, I took the Illumicrate photos later in the evening when I coudlnt use natural light and it caused it to be very yellow toned, kind of how a lot of my older pictures came out. It kind of bothers me, but does it bother you guys? I got my February @booklybox and I really like what I got this month! The pen is one of the coolest ones I've seen, it's just so fun. I love the quote on the bookmark, even though I'm not a Lena Dunham fan. I always love tea, and I don't think I've tried @tazo's chai, so yay, new to me. And the little owl notebook is so cute- no idea what I'll use it for, but it's cute. The book is #theCruelty by #scottBergstrom, and I love the cover. I am super excited to read this book! I hadn’t heard of it before it came up in #litjoycrate December box but it’s just what I’m in the mood for. . . Kat & Meg is about friendship. Fandom nerd girl friendship. I am trying to get my booktube and blog going (😫) and I’m going to do a blog post and a video on books about friendship that I’ve been reading lately. The June @litjoycrate is amazing! I love how they even incorporated the tea cups. . I am not a plant person, so my teacup will be used for a different purpose.
