Shen Qingqiu shoved his babbling baby into Shang Qinghua's arms for like two minutes in order to beat Yue Qingyuan or Liu Qingge or something like that

Shang Qinghua happened to mutter a complaint about how 'this is some bullshit, I didn't write this baby into my novel, how is it here' and the baby's head just snapped towards him.

They had two seconds before the baby was screaming and trying to bite him and now Shang Qinghua is forbidden from babysitting (oh the horror /s)

Baby Shen Yuan's first words (thankfully in private so no one knows the truth) were a barely understandable but utterly furious 'POUD IMORAL DMON WAY'

Okay okay okay.. but listen. What if Shen Yuan had a harsher System and was forced to convincingly play Shen Qingqiu, making Luo Binghe detest his existence, but when Luo Binghe returns from the abyss to enact his revenge and has Shen Qingqiu on trial at Huan Hua, unfortunately for everyone (and fortunately for us), they drug Shen Qingqiu with truth serum and accidentally spiral Shen Yuan into fanboy rampage of epic proportions about how great Luo Binghe is.

Adding the fact that Shen Yuan was a rich kid plus the fact that he thinks that running a peak, teaching disciples and going on missions is just lazing around then I wouldn't be surprised if he did some find of sport

Ok, here me out, a lot of rich kids tend to do a whole bunch of extra circulars (trust me, I went to a school filled with trust fund kids) and Shen Yuan considers himself lazy despite very clearly doing a lot. So, he probably got that notion because in his first life he had a jammed pack schedule and uses that as a comparison.

So with this in mind he probably has a bunch of skills, one of those being some form of sport.

Anyway, flash forward to some time post cannon and a wife plot happens. In the original PIDW it was a excuse for a sport episode (or character(s) in this case) with future wives and current wives to wear short clothes and run around. It's probably written because it a fan favorite trope in media and will mist likely bring in a bigger audience (SY can be heard cursing airplane for unoriginalty, contradictions and historical inaccuracy). We'll just say that some kingdom/demon royal family decided instead of violence (because who could ever beat Bingge in a fight?) to use a sports tournament as a way to decide who get to rule.

Well, when this happens in svsss Shen Qingqiu ends up roped into this (ahh, the curse to be a love interest) and just absolutely destroys everyone at off brand tennis (and/or other rich people sports). Luo Binghe would also be destroying people at literally any of the games but he's too busy trying to not lose it over SQQ's (previously stated) short clothing, pulled tightly up hair and skill

memory gaps/amnesia

the emotional/personality switchups (ex: the sekai story where yuki seems ok, kinda like just there? and then mafuyu is extremely depressed, wanting to dissapear)

the way mafuyu seems to kinda just exist, like zoning out and just staring off is dissociating??

mafuyu being a little impulsive? doing things that could hurt?? in my opinion anyways

i mean theres clearly a ton of anxiety built up, and we know mafuyu is depressed too- the mood swings, detachment from situations

mafumom being so overprotective, unintentionally being harsh and maybe even hurtful to little mafuyu in the past

maybe its just me but i actually can see it, but the only thing being mafuyu and yuki is 2 alters.. but i feel like theres more, so who else could be there? its possible its a younger version of mafuyu, like the card from the event introducing mafumom- or maybe even some other emotional version of the ones we already know

yuki seems to be more calm-ish? kinda collected or just more closed up and hiding

mafuyu is a little more clearly depressed, the wanting to dissapear parts are probably this one

so theres still no clear idea of who else it might be, but to me i think its either someone like the mafuyu we know now, a little more happy and stable? or it could be the other online persona thats named OWN, the account mafuyu made music on before meeting nightcord- but OWN could be yuki/mafuyu as well, its hard to tell if they could be the same person or maybe 3 seperate ones?

even if its not did/osdd i think mafuyu for sure has some sort of dissociative disorder or at the very least bpd, something along that line

Rant of an IRL friend that was aware of my DID and was super weird about it

A cautionary tale

So, in my sophomore year of high school, back when our host was a girl named Manic/Beanie, she decided it'd be a good idea to tell this freshman that we were a DID system. Now, this freshie had no clue what DID was, and I genuinely have no clue how Manic even explained what it was, but it seemed like the freshie got the only point of "Fictional characters in your head that can take control of your body". What did the freshie do with this information? Treat us like a party trick of course!

Basically, whenever it was Manic or Ozzy (the current host) –or basically anyone who wasn't her 'favorites'– , speaking or just talking casually, the freshie would say "Can you make [fictive] front instead? I wanna talk to them!" which was red flag number one, however I don't know how Manic didn't catch that.

This continued on for a while, the freshie always asking for this one specific fictive from an anime she liked to front.

You may ask, "Well, why didn't you just stop being friends with her?" Not that easy. We were in the same class for first period and club after school every Tuesday (which we eventually stopped showing up to, to avoid her).

One thing I remember her saying was, "I wish I had DID because I get so lonely." Which managed to set Manic off for once and she went off of her telling the freshie that, while just the single idea of having company in your head sounds and seems fun to an outsiders view, the trauma and anguish to actually get to that point is not worth it and never will be.

After that, the fictive she always wanted to talk to went dormant as well as another, I don't know if it was her specifically that caused that, who knows. But we stopped being friends with her after she told Manic that she didn't like her and we got new classes for the new semester (Manic is just extremely hyperactive).

I want people to use this as a reminder to be cautious of who you share your disorders with, because being treated like some sort of party trick for a disorder that's debilitating is just. Not fun.

This isn't the only story I have either, there's a story of another ex friend of mine that used my disorder against me and another friend of mine, but I'll talk about that another day as her actions still impact me.

Shout out to all the other systems out there who were treated like a party trick and lived and escaped from that!!! :3

Even on posts unrelated entirely to syscourse, nope, there's still syscourse in the tags. There is no escape from the syscourse. It's taxing. It's so taxing. the post that i am nervous about posting

i saw a post earlier today and i felt i needed to address it. i'm not going to be linking the actual post as i feel that would be insensitive, but the basic gist of it was "i'm not a system because i have an insane number of fictives and can control who's fronting. plus, my childhood trauma wasn't strong enough to cause a split."

this was really bothering to us in a lot of ways.

number of fictives has no basis on validity, and it's a common tactic of fakeclaimers to target fictive-heavy systems and tell them that their existence is not valid.

WE control who's fronting. if felix wants to stop fronting, he simply asks raven, "would you mind fronting for a minute?" and they will. sometimes felix will stick to front and it's difficult for anyone else to front, but most times, we have control over it. that doesn't mean we're not a system.

say it with me, guys: IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MUCH TRAUMA YOU HAD OR HOW STRONG YOU THINK IT WAS. everyone is different and different levels of stress can trigger splits in different people. plus, when you're a literal CHILD, things are much more intense than they would be if you were 5, 6 years older. DO NOT DIMINISH YOUR TRAUMA. it may not have been a family member dying, and it may not have been straight up abuse but when you're a kid, things hurt a LOT more than they would if you were older. PLUS THERE ARE DIFFERENT REASONS SYSTEMS FORM THAT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH TRAUMA.

quick disclaimer by the way: if someone thinks they're a system and it turns out they're not, that is absolutely fine, it takes time to figure yourself out and you might have some hiccups along the way. but also, if you think you're a system member, PLEASE don't diminish your existence just because someone tells you that the way you are plural isn't chill.

i don't usually post about sys stuff, but this felt important to address.

OH ALSO: if you're a system you're a system. it doesn't matter how old you are and it doesn't matter if people tell you you're not. there is no wrong way to be multiple. pls remember that

there is a serious lack of respect for systems online and that’s not new but feel like it’s just ridiculous. a systems boundaries should be respected, especially by singlets.

feel like people online are too comfortable seeing system’s art. drawings of a system aren’t just fanart or OCs, they are people with own feelings and thoughts and boundaries.

systems are literally symptoms of a trauma disorder, why go out of your way to make traumatized people uncomfortable? because you don’t respect them as individuals? because you can’t think of what it would actually be like to live life in such a debilitating way? it takes no effort to be respectful.
