Dr Shilpi Mohan is a Cardiologist, a holistic healer, a clairvoyant and an influencer who believes that prevention rather than treatment must be the prime focus of our healthcare system. She has done super-specialization in Cardiology from the prestigious Army Hospital, Research & Referral, New Delhi. During her tenure, she conducted the first Study of its kind on coronary stents comparing the restenosis rate in the bare metal stent and drug-eluting stents in the Indian Armed Forces. She has worked at various reputed centres all across the country and has experience in this field for more than 15 years.

In his talk, Peter investigates the actual cost of unpaid internships, who they benefit and who they do not, ultimately asking how we can make the essential practice of internships fair. Peter believes that stories can change minds, communities and even the world. In 2018, he won the Melbourne Press Club's Student Journalist of the Year Award. A freelance journalist and international civil servant, he moved to Thailand to pursue an internship at the United Nations secretariat for Asia and the Pacific after graduating from Monash's double master of Journalism and International Relations program. Got experience TEDxOakland today in person. It was overall a really great experience that I want to do every year if I get the chance! Got to meet some really amazing creative open-minded people in a supportive setting. There was amazing music, and great speakers! A surprise by Obama, except it wasn’t really Obama. Lol. A yummy lunch with wonderful snacks. We even got a goodie bag with a “happiness planner” and a button from Oaklandish! Defiantly gonna try to do this next year and defiantly recommend this kind of experience instead of just watching the free videos online. Trust me, you get more out of it. But I was hoping to see more students, like me in college or in high school. Captain Bana Singh PVC (born 6 January 1949) is an Indian soldier and a recipient of the nation's highest gallantry award, the Param Vir Chakra. As a Naib Subedar in the Indian Army, he led the team that wrested control of the highest peak on the Siachen Glacier in Kashmir from Pakistani forces as part of Operation Rajiv. Following his success, India renamed the peak (previously designated as Quaid Post by the Pakistanis) to Bana Post in his honour.
