I've already done a huge analysis on Ataru and his whole character during the Inaba arc here a long time ago (so read it if you want my thoughts and crumbs on the new episode since my thoughts haven't changed much) but there is one thing I want to talk about which I haven't talked about before..

Ok, so this whole moment means so much to me. It's already beautiful on the surface level, but the smaller extra bits make it better. Things are great for Lum in this future but if you look at Ataru you can see that this future doesn't seem to look as good for Ataru (asides from him getting married to her), I mean people are literally throwing trash at him, calling him names and treating him terribly on his wedding day of all things. I mean yeah, it is somewhat like this in the present as well but when you compare it to Ataru's ideal harem from early on in the episode (not the one he makes, the one he imagines), where he is all loved and respected by the ones around him, you can see the difference in how he wishes to be treated. Heck, his earliest harem vision in the manga (which didn't make it to the remake) shows him being treated like a literal king. But despite that, this is the only future Ataru wants to save.

And the reason? Because Lum is the happiest in this future, so happy that she cries. This is one of those moments where Ataru's selflessness really comes through considering how much he dislikes to be in a committed relationship... Him seeing her happiness here has him realize that this future is worth it, even if his ideal wants don't come through, because Lum's happiness means that much to him..

Goth sans headcanon!!

I’ve always thought of him as very birdlike… being alterhuman myself I guess it MIGHT be projection on my part HEHE… Okay anyways!

I battled with the idea of Goth having wings for ages… I wanted him to admire Reaper and his wings, the idea of flying with them, ect. He imitated Reapers birdlike tendancies- and has those type of instincts due to being his son. I thought giving him wings in my headcanon would not only go against canon, but take away from that idea I had…

SO! Compromise!!! I think Goth has tiny wings! They function (or rather don’t) in a similar fashion that Scootaloo (MLP) and Nemo (Finding Nemo)’s do. They’re small enough to be there, but can’t fly or swim very effectively.

In other words: I headcanon Goth’s wings to be small! He can still float with his powers, but I think his small wings would classify him as being disabled to a degree. I think Reaper would like to help him groom his little feathers, because well- he can’t reach them!! Goth on the other hand could preen the base of Reapers wings in return. Cuties everr!!!!

Additional ideas: Goth making a nest except it’s one of those dumb pigeon nests with like two twigs. Goth having books about birds (mostly crows and ravens I wonder why). Goth snacking on sunflower seeds and berries alot. Goth making bird sounds!!!!! (so cute)

Spooky 🫶 I'm just inboxing you because I wanted to say that it's pretty fun that now Dobuno Awa's music is quite literally in my youtube recommendations, I've been refreshing videos and I'll see songs come up as if it's some kind of "sign". for friend friday here is my newest friend Millie!! I love her 🐮❤️ I got her from a thrift store (whenever possible I like to adopt rather than buy new) but she is from Aurora which is one of my favorite brands! :)

I've got a phone call at 4 am tell me I have to go to the hospital cause there's a mom need an emergency Caesar surgery. And I went to the hospital, helping her and I can't go home cause i have morning shift after the emergency surgery and it was only 8 am. So, me my friend decided to watch Red, White and Royal Blue at the hospital. AND HONESTLY, BAD DECISION EVERR... We can't stop screaming and laughing and crying and hyping for both Alex and Henry. I like- no, I LOVE THE MOVIE SO MUCH.

I haven't read the book yet but, man the movie is already enough giving me butterfly in my stomach. I can stop smiling thinking about Henry and Alex and OMG I loveeeeee Alex parents so much cause they really supportive and best parents I've ever seen in a movie.
