As far as modern retellings Exiled from Camelot is really good it focuses on Kay with Kay, Gawain, and Gareth as the main pov characters.
Anything by Howard Pyle is a good idea he takes some interesting directions and the art is always great. Plus he put to words how i've always thought of Kay so well like if this man had a tumblr my entire blog would be reblogging his stuff lol
Chretien de troyes works are pretty neat actually like lancelot is supposed to be his favourite but sometimes it feels like he's making fun of him and honestly it's pretty funny most of the time. Probably depends on your translation.
Finally, a somewhat controversial take i actually kind of like malory? But if you're reading for not serious academic reasons def go for the Keith Baines version he edited it down and made it a little more readable.
Last but not least a looot of cool arthuriana writings including both academic and retelling/expansions/literature idk can be found here: https://d.lib.rochester.edu/camelot-project I really recommend 'The Vision of Sir Lamoracke' it's a good time also you can filter by character.
PLEASE I CALL UPON YOU, ARTHURIAN FANDOM
Where can I read the Vulgate cycle?? Is it even available?.. Because I was trying to find it but as you can see I found nothing. So I would be really happy if anyone could help me...
Also would like to hear any other recommendations about Arthurian literature because so far I haven't read anything expect for "Death of Arthur" by Thomas Melory and I feel like I know nothing about the knights but I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO READ I KNOW THERE ARE SOME OTHER BOOKS I CAN'T FIND ANY OF THEM
*chocking with tears and dies*

Note
I checked the ePub version of the Wikstrom series, they seem to be a copy paste from the website. Moreover, their index for the books are incomplete in comparison to the website.

Yes, that seems to be the case. There are several books out there like that including some things on The Camelot Project like the poems by Oscar Fay Adams. If a book exists from which the Lupacks got these poems to share on their website, I haven't been able to find a PDF the way I did for William Morris and Richard Hovey. Mostly I find book Adams wrote about other poets. But if anything were to happen to The Vision of Sir Lamoracke I would legit cry. I just don't have the spoons to do it tbh.

Poor Lionel =(
This is such a tone shift from The Vision of Sir Lamoracke but they're by the same person. Also Lionel is Lancelot's brother in this and Bors is his nephew. And Ector is... here i guess. Time honoured arthuriana tradition of shaking around the family tree.
