Long story short; Deinon was formerly a human, a mechanic and a paleo wannabe, but died due to his friend and now haunts the cube that controls the animatronic body out of grief and anger. His story is very different in the Fazbear and Friends universe but he has his separate story as an original character

I have one without the skull. It’s removable actually but I prefer to keep the skull cuz I love Deinon’s gimmick with it+a lazy height scale for how I see his height

@outtatime asked me for fnaf youtuber reccs because theyre just now gettin into the series, and it's easier to format stuff in a post vs. a comment. so im making a post ^_^ AND so anyone else can access it if they want. i've done this before but i know more people now

GENERAL FANDOM CREATORS (most of these people also make vids about other stuff but have a FNAF focus):

Dawko is probably the #1 fnaf youtuber, he makes general fandom stuff and is always on top when it comes to releasing letsplays, usually the first to make videos about fnaf news, has multiple interviews with people who are involved with the franchise and a few with scott cawthon himself

Andiematronic - another all-around fnaf youtuber! she makes cosplays, has made a functioning fnaf arcade cabinet, plays the games, has review videos, videos about the merchandise and fandom, so on so forth

The Unwithered Truth - REALLY good theories and timeline videos, as well as some REALLY good reboot ideas for the franchise. Genuinely fantastic cannot recommend them enough

gomotion, who implied i was going to hell for capitalizing her name last time i made a list, has a lot of good fnaf stuff! she makes other videos too and it isn't her main focus

the chiptide - general videogame stuff, but a lot of fnaf as well! he breaks down the math, science, engineering, etc. behind things and puts them through a more realistic lense. reminds me of how youtube was in like 2014, generally very delightful as well as being educational, thinks william afton is a big stupid dumbass whos bad at his job (and hes right)

COMMENTARY YOUTUBERS (who also have a good amount of fnaf stuff but i wouldnt 100% call FNAF youtubers)

Daggz, Quinnamon, UhYeah, Pastra - These four all make videos about a lot more than just FNAF, but I do recommend em nonetheless ! Daggz does a lot of general mascot horror, Quinnamon has a good amount of fandom discussion videos as well as fnaf stuff, UhYeah does commentary vids about mascot horror but has more of a focus on FNAF itself, and Pastra talks about horror from every direction

Chazington - highly edited, very funny. i recommend him outside of fnaf stuff, he has the least focus on it out of everyone so far i thinkkk

Sagan Hawkes is one of my absolute favorite youtubers of all time and even though hes only made a few fnaf videos im taking this opportunity to shill him. i loooove his stuff. he doesnt really do commentary, he does video essays, but idk where else to put him category wise. really well edited, makes his own music, generally talks about horror

LETSPLAYERS, SPEEDRUNNERS, CHALLENGE VIDEO MAKERS, ETC - These people all have more of a focus on the games themselves compared to timelines or fandom content. everyone here plays other games but have a lot of fnaf stuff

Astralspiff - very chill for the most part, his vids are edited-down streams. Makes challenge videos, exploit/bug related vids, speedruns (!), etc. usually the guy i go to first for FNAF gameplay aside from markiplier. big fan

Backseat streams as well as his main channel - Similar to spiff in that he's very very very very good at breaking games. notably security breach. His videos are EXTREMELY well edited, good at keeping your attention, and are always a treat to watch. Can't really think of another youtuber whos similar to him style-wise, def give em a shot

Chickeninja42 - Lots of obscene challenge runs like trying to beat fnaf 4 with no audio and fnaf 3 with no cameras

TheBones5 does similar obscene challenge runs that usually involve editing the games code to make them more difficult, very technical

8bitryan has a lot of horror letsplay videos but is definitely a huge fnaf fan

context:

i randomly remembered a fic i’ve read a while back and it was in AO3. and now that i thought about it, i wanted to reread it again. BUT THE PROBLEM IS— i don’t remember the title nor the author. i was hoping you guys could help, it was genuinely one the best fics from the fandom i’ve ever read.

about:

(i’ll give the reader she/her pronouns because i find it easier to storytell)

i don’t remember if it involved romantic relationships, but i remember it being a platonic fic with gregory. basically the reader is a humanoid (extremely humanoid) robot made by henry (she doesn’t know that yet). she was so human that even she herself believed she was

the fic starts with the reader “waking up” in an abandoned building where she’s confused out of her mind. i don’t remember much, but i think she found a tape recorder where she was then being spoken to by henry. it then cuts to the scene where a patrolling police officer(?) spots her and tells her off to leave. frightened, she musters up the strength to run away and out the building. a barricaded window was her first option to escape, and of course, with it being barricaded, she needed a way to get through that. so she runs full force at it. yep. full force. and the scene leaves us off to the police officer being in shock of what they witnessed. that’s our first introduction to the fact that the reader is NOT human. again, she doesn’t know that. (i think)

after running and walking for a while she goes inside this library where she makes it to the bathroom. there, she spots herself in the mirror with BLACK LIQUID coming out of her eyes. i remember she described herself as ‘looking crazy’. now that’s when we really know she’s not human. i think the black liquid coming out was oil(?). i don’t remember.

and now we’re at the scene where she discovers the place where security breach happens—the pizzaplex. i think she was reading a newspaper? or looking through a computer from the library. i honestly don’t know what happens after this or how it happened.

but i do remember that we go through the whole gregory fiasco with, well, gregory. and i also remember that she gets these random binary codes throughout the fic. and they usually say stuff like “protect” and “danger” robotic stuff like that. i’m pretty sure she was made by henry to ‘defeat’ william.

the last thing i remember reading is when she had a ‘nightmare’. that’s all. oh yeah and the animatronics recognize her as ‘one of them’. so they don’t attack when they see her

TLDR:

i’m looking for a fic in AO3 where the reader is a humanoid robot made by henry to ‘possibly’ defeat william. the reader looks and acts like a human with no trace of being a robot, the lack of the need to eat and sleep being the only exception. it is set during the events of SECURITY BREACH where we accompany gregory through the horrors of the pizzaplex all the while finding out who and what we are. we constantly get binary codes throughout the fic telling us to “protect”.

Hey, I saw your post about Mr Winters (Dazzle’s actual dad) and I’m genuinely SO thankful that someone else thinks that TSAMS really fumbled his character. Hope you don’t mind, but I just need SOMEWHERE to rant/ramble about this, I also haven’t watched the episode in a while, so I may get a few things wrong. Just a small warning:

When I saw the episodes involving Winters, in my head I went: “Okay, but is it REALLY necessary to villainise the dad?? Sure, he seems to have some issues, but he’s got a good enough reason to be upset…”. Dude has a few issues to work out, but I don’t think a whole ton of people are really considering how things are from his point of view:

Imagine witnessing your daughter get brutally murdered by a sentient animatronic that was SUPPOSED to take care of her while you’re away running some errands…after a year of grieving and struggling with your wife divorcing you, your daughter’s KILLER starts repeatedly turning up at your doorstep. You can’t bare even THINKING of that robot, because you also envision the bloodied body of your daughter too. Then after some time, you calm down a little but you’re still very bitter, so you decide to let the animatronic talk to you just to get whatever it has to say over with.

It visits again, this time bringing family members and a little fawn animatronic. After a little bit of talking, the bombshell gets dropped that the little deer animatronic is possessed by your DEAD CHILD, so standing right there is essentially your actual daughter. Then you get told that you can’t have or see her anymore because her fucking MURDERER ADOPTED HER. What makes it a bit worse, and honestly more heartbreaking is that your own child seems to recognise you but prefers her killer over you. Her own dad. That’s gotta be such a painful slap in the face.

By no means is Dazzle guilty in ANY SINGLE part of this situation, she’s a child and a murder victim. I just thought it was kinda sad and heartbreaking how she didn’t even see Mr Winters, her actual dad, as her dad anymore. I don’t think we’re ever told about the mom or what she may have thought about this (assuming she and Mr Winters’ divorce was a result of Evelyn’s death), and I hate to say it, but I think Dazzle would’ve preferred Sun over her as well. I repeat, Dazzle is still absolutely innocent in this situation. Just looking at things from Mr Winters’ perspective would be tragic.

As for Sun himself…..eh, I don’t fully know how to feel about him. I wouldn’t say he’s absolutely evil since it actually was Bloodmoon who made him kill the July 16th victims. But it wasn’t exactly very saintly of him to keep Mr Winters from seeing his own daughter that he killed. I agree with your post, where they could’ve had Sun and Mr Winters co-parent Dazzle, with Mr Winters being bitter towards Sun (when Dazzle isn’t around to see or hear) and sweet and caring to his daughter when it’s his turn to take care of her.

Omg, I’m so glad I can find solace in another yapper such as myself. It made me so upset to see Winters be abandoned as a concept like that. The amount of DRAMA we could have gotten out of Dazzle calling Sun ‘Dad’ but not Winters? Make me sick. /pos. I’m not a huge sun defender, since most of the fandom seems to do that plenty well on their own. But I think it’s important to note that Sun took care of Dazzle BEFORE he knew she was Evelyn. It was his and Nexus’ kindness that allowed Dazzle to remember and then open up to him about it. But, on the flip side, Winters doesn’t know that. So he totally thinks Sun manipulated her into trusting him~ gasp, the drama.

The now empty daycare always looked so busy, but after the other children were gone, it's just simply became a bit too calm… So you decided to wonder off and find something more interesting. And now that you think about it, the ballpit always seemed a bit odd.

You cautiously started to move forward. Solar, Earth and Sun always told you to stay away from it, but they never really explained it why.

"Just don't go in, okay?" you remembered of the conversation that Earth and you had a few weeks ago. You stopped in front of the ball pit, which seemed normal. Maybe one dip…

"Don't even think about it." You jumped a little as you heard the theatre animatronic behind you.

"Don't you dare. We already talked about it." You hopelessly rolled your eyes then caught up with Solar. I guess, the sooner you two start cleaning, the sooner you will finish it, right?

• if you visit him regularly, then he'll make a particular spot just for you to chill

• at the beginning, he'll try to make small talk with you (be aware that he isn't as talkative as Sun, especially when he doesn't know the person), there are some chances of it can go a bit awkardly, but if you give and spend some time with him, he'll become more open for conversations!

• To be honest, he can't really do anything if you feel bored, though he might let you play some video games on his other computer. And if you convince him, he might join you.

• Most of time he's focused on his work, but trust me he can be a great company!

• Also, he's a smart mechanic, he can tell when something isn't right. Altough, it's your choice if you want to talk about it with him.

On the otherside, nowadays you neglected the conversations, especially when he wanted to talk about feelings. He respected and understood that you didn't want to talk about it. He also didn't want to push you or anything, he was just getting worried.

"I don't want to talk about it..."

Solar looked back at his computer, thinking.

"Alright. Just know that we're always here for you."

• He knows that being a teenager is difficult, especilly mentally. And he lets you know already at the beginning that you can rely on him. Solar doesn't work with kids, but he definitely has some good advices if you ask him.

• I can totally imagine that he just starts talking and it creates accidently a dad talk, even if that wasn't his main intention lmao

• But what about Jack? well at first he might feel suspicious and even jealous about you because of how close you're getting to his papa

• But after you prove him that you're harmless, he won't feel so threatened around you, but he still looks out for his father and the celestial family because that's his job

Secret of the Mimic is such a good game.

Does it feel like new guys in charge of FNAF giving up on the labyrinthine lore the franchise has amassed over the years and just inventing their own, more stream lined guys to focus on instead? Yes, it does.

Good though. Murray household is the first time this franchise has made me care about its characters as characters, not as solutions to mystery math puzzles, if that makes sense. And I may not have been posting at 11 yo, but I was tacitly lurking in the fandom since 2015, I know my animatronics.

For a fucking Fife Nights At Freddie's game, in 2025, to have my cynical 21 yo ass sit here in the dead of night at 3 am, glued to the screen, watching a playthrough on YouTube, genuinely immersed in the narrative like I was 10 years ago watching fnaf 3 theories.

That's actually kind of magical man, ngl

I love the way this game balances slapstick with genuine horror and manages to carve itself a unique personality in the intersection of the two, neighboring Courage the cowardly dog. And this corporate horror of business ruining lives and families, a workshop as a haunting spector of the past, both victim and victimizer, mounting crippling debt presented the same way a lesser horror would talks about some black site science experiment. It's such a perfectly seamless fit for THE mascot horror franchise!

As for how it fits into FNAF canon. I like the reaffirmation that Emily and Afton were a generational tag team in the entertainment world. The way William haunts the narrative from such distance and yet is so deeply involved in it. At this point in the timeline it is years until he starts killing children I'm pretty sure, but he already is very much The Devil of this universe. Makes you think about how his other victims' stories were as likely tragic and personal as The Mimic.

And Mimic itself. Dude. FNAF Mimic might be my favorite Horror villain now. Duking it out with Minotaur of the House of Leaves in my internal rankings, fr. It's actually shocking how good this game is.

If I have to find something to complain about it would be that SoTM is a fairly conventional waker horror, although made incredibly well (other then it's optimization), and I wonder if Steelwool could do something interesting with FNAF's legacy of minimalistic, "analog" gameplay. But that's just me being pretentious. Game's good.

They're robots and I think physical appearance matters very little to them in the grand scheme of things. But that might just be my demisexual ass talking.

On a side note, I know the VA for Earth, Aka: Kat has been very "ship and let ship" with the fandom. And I think that's why in the Solar therapy session, she clarified that she knows Solar isn't biologically related. Technically none of them are, she just wants to consider him part of the family.

I remember awhile back the fandom was so hostile to people who saw Lunar as an adult and would draw him in adult situations. (Like taxes/half joking you know what I mean)

And I believe that was the last big drama the actors like Davis was directly involved in before he took a step back from that and told the fandom to sort it out themselves. And I really don't blame him. There are people who are crazy and just feel entitled to things.

And in more recent episodes, Lunar has stated more frequently that he is an adult animatronic of sound mind who can make his own decisions, so that they can put that issue to bed with the discourse.

(I personally think that gen1/2 Lunar was very much a kid psychology and through the course of the course of the show, and due to his experiences and truama he grows up in two years and he's a young adult now. This reflects in every time he has a model change or appearance.)

See this is what I mean when I say they are robots. Robots can grow up from 13 to 24 (approximately) in the span of two years. Robots can change their mind about family dynamics and say "you know what I think that i don't feel like a cousin, as what I feel for Moon is more intense then familiar bonds. So I change my mind." And this is allowed. This is allowed. Like I would not think this way about human characters.

People in the transformers fandom are really familiar with this concept as well. At least the few people I talk to from an outsider perspective. The transformers robots change their relationships in canon to eachother all the time from what I hear.

And yes. I know tsams is focused on themes of family and found family and togetherness. Like I'm not media illiterate. I know what one of the themes are. For some reason, people think I don't know tsams is about family.

Like bruh.

This whole show took two years for them to build the family and support network they all have with eachother when before the show was a toxic family relationship with Sun and Moon only. And I think it's beautiful how it evolved and how many characters there are and how big the family is now!

It's great!

And I do separate in my brain what's going on in canon and what's going on in my shipping brain.

Since the multiverse is canon in tsams, in definition, by their own rules, there is a universe where everything in tsams is the same, except your ship is canon.

Evil!Sun even said that Sun and Moon being brothers is more rare across dimensions then we initially assumed.

So they're either enemies, strangers, they killed eachother, or something else.

They only are brothers after their canon event of separating and agreeing to work together. So there are some universes where that never happened.

Meaning most likely that our Moon's portal runs on a central finite curve.

So take that as you will.

Controversial take but. Fnaf is the closest we have gotten to 2010s/2020s equvalient of Bionicle. Yes, even more than Hero Factory, Ninjago, Chima, Lego Monkie Kid, Rebel Nature, Greg Farshtey's "Legacy", Xenoblade Chronicles, that one indie adventure game inspired by Bionicle, Ascending Depths and all those Afterman spiritual successors Bionicle fans have tried to make in the past few years. Yes, even more than those obscure cult classic JRPGs I have compared Bionicle to in the past.

Because Bionicle and Fnaf both:

Started relatively simple with a strongly effective unique premise at the center before gradually expanding into a sprawling narrative

Caught the audiences attention by presenting a captivating mystery from the get go that drove curiosity and intrigue

Because of the above, the community is heavily based on theorycrafting and speculation, with many fans trying to figure out the mystery of the story.

Are surprisingly storydriven in mediums/genres generally not associated with stories

Became popular overnight, creating a sort of cultural zeitgeist

Were a last-ditch effort by their creators who at time were struggling financically (Bioncle was released at the height of Legos dark/dork era, while Fnaf was Scott Cawthons last attempt at making a game before opting out of the industry)

Have (one of) their creator be relatively actively engaged with the community, interacting with the fans much to their fans amusement and frustration.

Pretty much were among the fiction that popularized the "lore" as a concept.

Get retconned and coursecorrected to hell and back, but not to the extent fans may think.

Experienced gradual tonal and genre-shift from one genre with scifi elements to more full on scifi.

As years went on, the unique appeal of the series (tropical island high fantasy for Bionicle, horror for Fnaf) were diluted because of aforementioned genre-shift to the point some people hate the later era and vastly prefer the earlier years.

In addition the mystery elements were diluted either answering everything or by complicating the story.

Heavily rely their storytelling on supplemental material on their later years, especially books.

Cryptic and vague at times to the point of frustrating

Have a main villain whose portrayal changed from simple to more complicated mastermind. Both main villains also had initially their name hidden, before their true name was revealed later on.

In spite of having its appeal be in its robot-characters, plotdriven instead of character driven

Also gradually drove away from the characters center of the appeal (Toa/the main four animatronics) to those who were involved in the origins of the story.

Had a satisfying ending (Journeys End/Pizza Sim), but still continued past that, including elements that the fans hate.

These post ending content had the main antagonist be a deeply lore-important impersonator who made the lore more complicated than it should be (Velika/Mimic)

Have a pseudo soft reboot people have...very mixed to negative feelings on (Bara Magna for Bionicle, Steel Wool era for Fnaf)

Have a fictional element act as a central mcguffin of the story (Protodermis and Remnant/Agony respectively) which is frustratingly vague and poorly explained.

Have a rather dedicated transformative fandom who make new additions to the larger mythos, or expand on the pre-existing lore. The creators actively support this, and have even endorsed fancreations or made some fan-elements official.

The creators simutaneously plan everything ahead and are a hack. At the same time

Low key choosing to send this to you bc we used to be mutuals so i like trust your judgement to & im so sorry if this is inappropriate or uncomfortable but like. i used 2 be really active in the general animatronics community & was one of the like 3 people that were posting fanart religiously for it in like 2017-ish and i ended up just leaving the internet as a whole for a while because being online was just Not for me at that time; but like before i left the internet i stopped posting in animatronic spaces bc the fandom was Sooo toxic back then & full of Frankly very bad people........has that calmed down like.......at all..........people used to stalk & bully other people like crazy back then especially if they were lgbt or a minority, or even dared to bring up the issues w/ charas like fatz ...... i even had people stalking me because i owned a bot and it was so stressful but i'd really like to share artwork & other stuff with this community again but im just paranoid abt it ? i'm also a little older than half the community so i dont want to intrude or anything. basically what is the general space like on here? what areas should i avoid besides instagram/RPZ migrants? however, it is bigger now so it's become much easier to curate your experience and tune everything else out if you choose to. I'm personally very selective with my involvement and have set some boundaries. I am also older than about half the current fandom and just don't have the energy for bullshit, so I am blissfully unaware of most of it these days. It’s great!

I do think we have a pretty decent community here on tumblr...it's not perfect, occasionally fandom toxicity will make its way over here but those people usually don’t last long. for the most part robotblr is chill and friendly, more of a traditional fandom experience with less gatekeeping and far fewer death threats over animatronics, lol.

Spoilers for Secret of the Mimic - specifically the Recording Tapes

So i've seen this going around, and i thought i should give my opinion to it too

Yes; William screwed over Edwin and Yes he took basically everything from him

BUT Henry also had to be somewhat okay with this.

I think as a fandom, we sort of put Henry on a pedastal that he is the good compared to William's evil, but this really just isn't the case. He has all the same downfalls as Edwin tbh (drowning in work and trying to find a 'solution' to being a single parent by making a machine to look after your child. yeah mhm.)

Henry, being potentially one of the ceos or a high up in the company (if we go under the assumption that William is also a CEO (which Dawko suggested and i like a lot)), he would have had to okay'd a lot of the stuff going on, such as hiring people from MCM and giving them raises if they encouraged others to leave too.

ESPECIALLY if William took TWO of Edwin's designs (presuming he made Foxy himself and the information that Fiona made Chica's original first design), AND the entire design for the Pizzeria they were making. If Henry didn't agree with any of it, they would have never made the pizzeria. He had to agree with William for this.

(like yeah sure he could be uncomfortable or unhappy with it, but he STILL AGREED no matter what)

also I think i should say this here;

William and Henry made Freddy and Bonnie. Those two are theirs. Edwin was either not involved in their updated designs (from spring/golden to their standard designs) or he was only shown the idea of what they could be so he could build them. William/Faz Ent took Foxy and either earned the rights to Chica or later took her as part of their generally sweep of Edwin's property, or because... they wanted Chica idk.

Everything they commissioned from MCM (the pizzeria)

Edwin's version of the Springlocks, but whether they were used or not remains a mystery (< i think William got trapped in the original Spring Bonnie suit, and then there was a second that had the 'improved' springlocks aka the one we see in SOTM)

i say 'used or not' because the springlocks were pretty swiftly discontinued, so i dont really know if the new version would have been properly implimented or not (i think... probably they would have? and then one single failure caused them to be discontinued asap)

unfinished designs for future animatronics (theres a computer that has a file for the puppet design, and later taking and reusing Roxy and Monty in the Pizzaplex)

*+_THEATER AND OG DAYCARE AU!_+* (PART 1)

(OK. THINGS FIRST, DO FORGIVE ME IF YOU SEE SUDEN STRANGE CHANGES IN THE ART STYLE, I swear to my mama I made all of these, just that I've been drawing this concept idea for the past 2 years and I somehow completely changed from my own art style for these sillies towards the cardboard cutouts that the game has us to offer. So if there's any confusion, the first image up there is the latest from a few weeks.)

So I had this concept AU idea where I wanted to explain WHY the Sun and Moon can be completely separate while Eclipse is just cast away from the whole 'brotherhood' the fandom has created. And BECAUSE I haven't seen anyone do this back when I had this idea, I decided to make it my own!

AU LORE:

Eclipse in this AU appeared way back when the pizzaplex was being built. Small variations of iconic attractions such as a smaller version of the atrium, a half-cut area of Rockstar Row and Bonnie Bowl which was, at the time, the biggest attraction at the in-construction were all located within the upcoming glamrocks with their beta versions. Back at that time, Eclipse was somewhat of a prototype for the present-day daycare attendant we all know and love. They began to work around a smaller version of the daycare, being introduced to the children with both daytime and naptime protocols to ensure their safety and fun in Superstar Daycare.

Eventually, though, the pizzaplex began to grow bigger and bigger, to the point where more clients of all ages started to watch the early performances of the beta Glamrocks. Due to funds increasing and higher-ups becoming much more daring, a new attraction was set up near the daycare, this being known as the present-day Theater where Sundrop and Moondrop were introduced as its performers. Working as entertainers and jesters for comedic acts, especially for the adults who dropped off their kids and went off for a bag of popcorn and a soda to watch the sillies on their performances.

Sun and Moon as Jesters:

Sun back at the time was his usual joyful and happy self, yet one full of ego and quite self-centered if you must say. As Sun was given the role of the main character in the majority of his performances, he kept the idea that everything must be according to what was planned. Perfect, clean and nicely done, he thinks that the smallest mistake could ruin his "character arc" and much rather be scrapped on set in front of all his fans than admit that sometimes you just have to get off your fantasies and set yourself in real life.

Moon on the other hand, oh boy, that guy wasn't any less good. As the antagonist of the majority of the performances, he grew a 'villainous wanna-be' personality. Where he tries to prank you, trick you, and make pathetic yet silly obstacles before laughing away in an 'evil' laugh. I mean... what would you honestly expect? This is Moon who we are talking about you guys, there's no way this guy can be a calming presence to be around, not even before the virus situation.

FAMILY BONDING:

At first, Eclipse seemed a bit shocked and wary about how there were suddenly two completely identical modelled animatronics that resembled a lot of him living just near his daycare. At some point, they didn't want to be involved in whatever these two jesters were.

But as time went by, admittedly Eclipse grew attached to the twins. Having an older sibling bonded with them as they were the ones making sure those two imbeciles wouldn't go at each other's necks for dumb reasons like a scrip, a mistake in their performance on stage or even just a simple argument. Which they had. Multiple times.

Things were always a ruckus with the jesters. They hung out on their after-hours, helped each other with their usual routines for the day, and even there were rare occasions when Sun and Moon were invited into the daycare. That, of course, was where Sun learned how to adore arts and crafts. Seeing the beauty of art from his own viewpoint. As for the Moon jester? Well, he learned about disciplinarity, the need for perpetual rest and most wholesomely, he grew to like naptime due to Eclipse's soft lullaby that they would spread to every kid alike. Although too proud to admit, he is slightly jealous of Eclipse's calming nature. In a good way.

as an animatronic, I think he mostly keeps his "basic" design, except his air shoes are roller skates and his markings would sort of be shaped like "racing flames". if placed in a "modern" and more involved location (like the Mega Pizzaplex) his main purpose would either be to help kids who aren't so good at roller skating or dance with kids who are dancing alone, depending on the location.

otherwise i can see him "performing" music at a roller skating rink. i dunno why- his design just kinda has the vibes to me?

if he was in it as a human, Shadow - who goes by Erebus because his real name suuucks lol - is mainly an auto mechanic, but he also has a contract with Faz Ent as an on-call mechanic for their animatronics and other machines in case they break (this works regardless of time period).

if he needs to get involved with the plot/ghosts he might either become aware of the ghosts at his location and try to be Nice to them... orrrr he just gets murdered and stuffed like every other adult lmao. go possess a Foxy or something.

also it'd be kinda funny if he was in Security Breach as another "seeing someone when they can't see you" moment where Gregory sees him repairing a STAFF bot or go-kart or something and never directly interacts. he's never a danger, he's just... there. working late.

Ziku, I always liked that analysis you do about Glam. Chica, and I remember a friend commenting on it. He told me you have very solid and well-argued points, but it fails in one thing. (Analyze the areas of Glamrocks and you'll see how there was always the intention to develop 2 animatronics instead of the 5 confirmed there are.)

Chica as a character was always the most secondary and had a simpler personality, which is not a bad thing because of her design. She became an icon of video games, like the rest of the Glam. Chica band. She's like a breath of fresh air because she had a more active role. But when you analyze the other Glamrocks, she's the most secondary of all.

I think the trailers were just a joke so we wouldn't know how everything was going to be done. At the time, I thought it was a girl-themed DLC, not a DLC that continues the story. I also thought that Cassie and Chica were the first to be shown, and that the DLC was central to both of them, but what a deception. SW to the fandom because it wasn't until almost her release that people started analyzing Cassie's shoes and that she referenced Roxy and not Chica (it ended up being true because her concept art always showed her as a Roxy fan, not Chica. They just let people have fun and make theories about it).

Another interesting fact comes out from there. The director of SW confirmed that the pizzaplex tells stories from the past and future of several upcoming games, as well as character lore. No wonder people confused Afton with The Mimic.

Roxy comes in here. She seems to have always been considered Freddy's companion (interpret it however you want. I'm not going to get too involved in the subject of whether they were something or not). Since their room is together, unlike the other glamrocks, it shares a color theme and they start by introducing them the same way, talking to the mirror in different ways.

This is about them interacting very closely in cinematics. The animations are similar, their attractions together. ect…..

Oh my friend told me two important points that made SW and Scott rub it in your face that she was going to be the protagonist. The fact is that one of the Princess Quest machines is in her attraction, like the part of the old pizzeria, and the Mimic is under the Roxy Raceway. I wouldn't be surprised if Murray's factory was the same one from the Ruin DLC, adding the possibility that she might meet Freddy himself since we all know there's no point in killing either Roxy or Freddy canonically.

Those points are what make it clear that Chica and, to a certain extent, Monty were planned as recurring supporting characters. Let me tell you the lore of the Pizzaplex (but they don't develop as characters, that also applies to Bonnie).

Her and Monty's personality doesn't change at all. They don't comment on it, don't question it, and they don't find the situation strange. They don't do anything with the change in their environment, even in Ruin, they still think they're SB since Chica only eats and Monty only is. An animal, in short, aimless zombies.

-The detail of Chica's eyes changing from blue to purple to show Freddy's corruption, and then telling me that she's weaker-minded, and that Freddy does have the capacity to endure corruption and still have a conscience.

-The detail that the original 3 are best friends is nice, but poorly executed. Many fans ignore Chica's details because that would ruin their precious Freddy. But what's the point of them being close if, later in the books, she confirms that due to the demanding rules, they didn't even have time to see each other. I mean, Freddy knows that they're both his best friends, but they spend very little time together. Then she tells me that Freddy prefers to almost cry because Roxy's girlboss lost her eye and pay more attention to her than to his friend who ran away when you fainted in the middle of the concert.

-The speculation about why she knew Gregory's name before the others suggested that she knew him before. It was in a book where everyone else appears except her, since it was To reaffirm the union of the two glam rock protagonists

Chica had altars, it was useless, they don't explain anything, the same thing happens with Monty

She's the only one who is never given any development with the two new members of the band (Roxy talks about Chica in one of the books and Roxy considers her disgusting and lower-ranking than her, and she said this without being hacked and with her original personality)

The worst thing was her death since you can see her die by choice. In a few words, you decide if it's canon that Cassie saw her die or not.

sigh.... I've never been more discouraged at not only shipping Freddica, but also Roxica in my entire life ever than this

I really don't like Scott's writing choices.... Why do I even bother sticking with this goddamn series when all it really brings me is just unfiltered agony and pain at this point

I understand these choices for how Ruin came to be in a better light now, but that doesn't mean I like it. I guess it also makes sense why Freddy's so indifferent towards Chica, even after the fact that he knows he has Chica's voicebox. That just makes me even more depressed now. My respect for Roxy also went down tenfold.

I will keep saying it though. Chica is the BIGGEST WASTED POTENTIAL of FNaF, and no amount of explaining canon shit to me will ever change that.

I think this is a calling that I need to disconnect myself from FNaF entirely. I don't like the story, I don't like the choices Scott makes and the two artists he hired, I don't like the constant wasted opportunities to make something good, I don't like how in order to understand game lore, we have to read the fucking books.

I'm done with FNaF.

I swear I'm cursed when it comes to rps lol. I find some people who like the same fandoms, have similar styles in doing their turns, and agree that we should share all the love interests. Cause those boys deserve all the love!

And yet, after painstakingly planning everything, we never manage to pass the first day in the rp. Hell, lately I haven't even been able to surpass the first HOUR!!!! Why? Because life's a bitch and keeps getting in the way.

So now I'm feeling like I'm on withdrawal (joking) because all I wanna do is rp and everyone is busy.

That said, if anyone wants to save me from my misery, here's some info on my rp types and styles and other info.

• My turns are detailed. Sometimes to the point that it takes multiple messages on discord. It usually depends on how many characters I'm playing.

• They're written in 3rd person, and stylized like I'm writing a fic. Actions are italicized, and spoken words are in quotations.

• I typically make a "rp house" in Sims because it's easier to track where the characters are. Kinda like in DND. But it's not a requirement.

• The rps I do involve an OC or Persona I choose (and my partners choose for themselves) meeting and eventually romancing, essentially, a harem of sorts. It depends on the fandom.

○Edit: This basically means I like to romance all the Canon romanceable characters. Which means all the Sans and Papyrus variants for Undertale, all the turtle brothers for TMNT, and all the DCA bots (I know some people do more than just Sun and Moon, like Eclipse, Lunar, Solar, etc.) for FNAF SB.

• In regard to the harem aspect, I usually share the Canon romanceable characters with my partners. Which means my rp partner and I can both romance all the romanceable boys or just the characters we're both interested in.

• I don't do rps where the OCs/Personas already know the Canon characters and vice versa. They're always meeting for the first time. Though that doesn't mean they can't KNOW OF each other.

○Ex: Persona is aware of the variations of Sans and Paps because they played the game, but never officially met them until getting isekai'd.

• I don't mind OP OCs or Personas as long as it doesn't get in the way of the fun.

• I will NEVER accept god-modding.

• Fandoms I rp for are Undertale (variations of Papyrus and Sans being the love interests, though I don't mind including Gasters too), TMNT (the boys are aged up and clearly the love interests), and FNAF SB (DCA boys, both animatronic and not, being the love interests).

• I don't mind NSFW, but only to a point. I can talk details in DMs.

• I rp exclusively on Discord, and don't mind doing multiple at once.

• I'm used to having two or more partners in one rp, but I can work with one partner too.

• I refuse to rp a Canon character I'm not confident I can portray properly, and I hope to the stars any partners I get feel the same.

• I only rp with 18+ since I'm 22
