a part of it too which was asked is how wyb’s relationship is with his dad + i guess how he is taking the romance between him and xz plus other things ( probably ) idk how cpfs thought of asking this. i’m not implying anything okay? the question was “Has the father’s attitude softened?” OP said that wyb has not returned home during this period and him & his father is always separated by by geographical distance. there is no time to sit down and talk with his father so the final result is still a deadlock.But they have to talk and wyb needs to take the initiative to speak to his father.

The writer's eyes shone with pure emotion, he smiled like a child who had just received what he had asked Santa Claus

Everyone knows Bella Parker and Amaya Raine’s stories at Rainbow High.

Bella was accepted at the start of the year, like any other student. Unfortunately, she was expelled halfway through her first term, after sending an unauthorised picture of her runway set for an internship application.

Amaya, on the other hand, was not accepted until later on in the term and was kept on the waitlist for enrollment. She arrived on the day of Bella’s expulsion, taking her place at Rainbow High. 

But what if it was the other way around? What if Amaya was the one who was accepted first, and Bella was the one kept on the waitlist?

“I texted them a zillion times!” Skyler Bradshaw anxiously glanced at her phone again. “I even called them! Neither of them are answering!”

“This is it people!” Violet Willow announced on her live stream. “For real! Our first Rainbow High test, our big runway show! And we have no runway!”

“I need to find a happy place,” Sunny Madison panted, trying to calm herself down.  

“We need to find Bella,” Ruby Anderson replied, wondering where she and Jade Hunter had got to. “She and Jade are full-on missing!”

“Neither are active on their socials either! Not anywhere!” Poppy Rowan groaned, running her fingers across her headphones.

“I can’t believe this!” Skyler cried. “Our first big test, our first runway show! If we don’t have a runway set, we fail! We’re getting cut! Booted! Axed! Dead! Ahhhhhh!!”

“This never would have happened if Amaya was still here!” Sunny shouted. “Never, ever, ever!”

As if that wasn’t enough, the intercom crackled to life with an announcement from Ms Wright.

“Thirty minutes to showtime. Everyone must be in their places in thirty minutes!”

All five girls screamed in terror. They needed to find their set, and missing teammates, fast!

Most would assume their doom is set in stone. However, their story didn’t start this way. Going back to the beginning, we see a completely different tale.

Two girls burst through the doors to Rainbow High, Violet Willow in luxe purple, and Sunny Madison in vibrant yellow. 

“Hi hi from Vi Vi!” Violet announced, on a livestream. “If you've been following me, you know what's up! We’re stepping in for day one at Rainbow High! The number one visual arts high school anywhere! So who's ready to check it-”

She cut off, staring down the hall in awe. “Woah. Do they go here?” 

“No,” Sunny guessed. “Maybe?”

Down the end of the hall were three students, two girls and a boy, with an air of superiority about them.

The girl on the left, dressed in black, had beautiful rainbow eyeshadow and perfectly manicured black nails. The boy on the right, in silvery grey, had deep blue eyes and spiky light purple hair. And the last, the girl in the centre, wore a stunning multicoloured outfit, with bright lavender eyes and long lilac hair, sparkling under the light. 

Each of them had lanyards around their necks, with name tags reading ‘Avery’, ‘Ainsley’ and ‘Aidan,’ followed by the title of, ‘Junior Prefect.’

“I’m sorry,” Avery smirked at the duo with a friendly manner, raising an eyebrow. “Were you staring at us?”

“No!” Violet protested.

“A little,” Sunny added simultaneously, pinching her fingers together.

Violet remained unfazed, deciding to introduce herself to the trio.

“Violet Willow. I'm shooting my online reality show, The Vi Life. I'm sure you’ve heard of it.”

“Um, no. Sorry,” Aidan answered. “And you can't film anyone here without their permission. Rainbow High’s really strict on that.”

Violet opened one of her bags and pulled out three purple clipboards and pens. “Permission forms. I have five hundred thousand followers across all social media. I'm a platform, for real!”

“Hi! I'm Sunny Madison!” Sunny jumped closer to Violet, resting her hand on her shoulder. “Violet's BFF from forever. Can you believe we both got into Rainbow High? We're like talent twinsies!”

“Right, except, maybe not twinsies,” she brushed Sunny’s hand away.”I'm a Digital Media focus, and she does Computer Animation.”

“Wait, I know your names,” Avery realised. “You're on our floor. We're three of your Junior Prefects, the upperclassmen in charge!”

“And when The A's are in charge,” Aidan began.

“Avery Styles, Aidan Russell, and Ainsley Slater,” Ainsley cut in, gesturing to herself and her friends.

“You never know what'll happen,” he finished.

“You'll find out though,” Avery assured them. “Your dorm rooms are through there, and up two flights. Later!”

The trio turned to leave, heading to another group of first year students. 

“Woah. Hashtag Rainbow High goals!” Violet said in awe

“You heard them,” Sunny exclaimed, bounding down the hall with her bags. "This way, come on!”

Violet grabbed her suitcases and followed her friend over to the lifts.

“What do you think the dorm room looks like?” Sunny wondered as she bounced down the hall, Violet just behind her. “Oh, it'll be so fun living together and not just down the street!”’

Sunny spotted a gold placard outside a room with her name engraved on it. “Ah, I found it!” she squealed before listing off the other names. 

“Skyler Bradshaw, Sunny Madison, Amaya Raine, Poppy Rowan, and- oh! That‘s it. No Violet Willow,” her face dropped in confusion. 

“I don’t get it. We requested the same room! And the form said ‘Rainbow High honours requests’!”

Violet rubbed her arm guiltily. She’d never told Sunny she’d never sent in her room request form, but she knew the truth would break her heart.

“Oh, you know what? After I filled out the form, I gave it to my mom. I bet she forgot to send it in,” she lied.

She hated lying to Sunny and loved her to bits, but she also wanted to branch out and meet new people. She shifted closer to the doors with her name on the matching placard, along with Ruby Anderson and Jade Hunter above it. 

“Oh look, they put me over here,” she sighed with feigned disappointment.

“It's the worst, I know, but at least we’re just across the hall from each other! And if we each meet new people we can introduce each other too, that's more friends for us both!”

“I guess,” Sunny sighed, frowning.

“I'm so sorry! I'll tell my mom she messed up big. Let's unpack and catch up later?”

Violet slipped into her dorm, leaving Sunny alone in the hallway. She shut the door behind her, a little sadness in her eyes. 

“What's up? Scared to meet your roommates?”

A girl in green grinned at her manically, her dark, graphic makeup and long metallic eyelashes adding to the creepiness of her look. Violet jumped back and yelped. 

“Hah, fire!”, a red-haired girl high-fived the girl in green. “Hey, you must be Violet! I'm Ruby, and that’s Jade! We’re your roommates, and if it makes you feel better, Jade got me with the makeup too!”

“Because my makeup skills are so good, it's scary!” Jade made a claw with her hand. She paused, finally getting a good look at Violet. “Hey, you look kinda familiar. Do I know you from somewhere?”

“Well, I am Violet Willow,” she grinned. “Digital Media focus and star of my online reality show, The Vi Life!”

“Oh, that’s where I know you! You’re all over my social feeds!” Jade pulled out her phone and opened Instagram. “You’ve done tons of sponsorships with some of my favourite brands!”

“Influencer street cred! Selfie’s going on your account. Hold this!” Ruby tossed Violet a red and white high-heeled sneaker. Violet stared in awe at the tiny black details, carefully spray painted on. 

“You painted this?

“Custom kicks! It's what I do. Well, one of the things I do. Perks of being a Mixed Media focus, I guess! Now come on you two, bring it in!”

Ruby pulled Violet closer, while Jade wrapped her arms around both of their shoulders. 

“Say ‘own it’!” 

“Own it!”

Sunny closed her dorm door with a sigh, only to be met with an enthusiastic girl with brilliant white hair grabbing her hands and pulling her into the room. 

“Hey! You must be Sunny! I’m Amaya, and that’s Skyler and Poppy! We’re your roomies!”

She pointed to the other two girls, a girl in orange sitting on the sofa and another in blue on the armchair across. Amaya sat Sunny down on the sofa, next to Poppy. Her disappointment was immediately replaced with her initial enthusiasm. 

“Hi! It’s so nice to meet you all! So, I'm Sunny, I'm a Computer Animation focus, I'm best friends with Violet Willow from the Vi Life, and I have my animation series called ‘Hi Hi Kawaii’! It just hit a hundred thousand subscribers last month!”

“Jamming! I’m Poppy, Music Composition focus,” Poppy continued. “I love pretty much any style of music, but pop is definitely my favourite genre, and I also have synesthesia, which is like a blending of senses, so for me, it means I can see what I hear!”

“Amaya, and I come from a town about this big,” she pinched her fingers together. “I love fashion design, and all my friends back home say I ‘speak fashion.’”

“Wait, you're a Fashion focus?” Skyler asked Amaya. “I’m a Fashion focus too!”

“No way, samesies!” Skyler and Amaya giggled and high-fived each other. 

Sunny smiled, sinking into the sofa. She may not be living with Violet, but it already seemed like she was going to be great friends with Poppy, Skyler and Amaya.

As she was lost in thought, Amaya was showing Skyler some of her designs on her phone. She then got up to grab her phone off the kitchen counter and saw it was almost time for their orientation.

“Hey, guys?” she called, heading to the door. “Our first-year orientation is in ten minutes. We should get going.”

“Coming, Skyler!”

The new roommates hurried out of the room. Just then, one of their phones dinged. They all checked to see who had got it

“Oh! It's mine,” Sunny announced. “Remember how I told you about my best friend, Violet? She just posted!”

She clicked on her notification and saw Violet's post, her selfie with Ruby and Jade. 

‘Just met my awesome new roomies! @ruby-red @green_eyed_monster can’t wait to share my #rainbowhigh journey with you!’

“Aww,” Sunny frowned, sighing.

“She can still be your best friend, even if she meets new people,” Skyler consoled her. 

“I know what'll make it better. I dare you to be sad when you listen to this!” Poppy pressed play on a song called ‘Turn Your Colour Up’. 

“Whatever your colour,

You got a look that hits you right!

Just like no other,

You got the hook so amplify it!

Turn your colour up,

Turn your colour up, yeah!”

The girls danced through the halls smiling and laughing. By the time they reached their orientation, Sunny’s dismay had disappeared.

The room was packed with their fellow first years, each sat in groups of seven or eight. A strict-looking woman in a luxurious black and purple outfit saw them at the door and approached them.

“Good morning, girls. I'm Miss Wright. Names please?”

“Oh, Amaya Raine, Poppy Rowan, Skyler Bradshaw, and Sunny Madison,” Sunny smiled. 

“Ah, Runway Group 1-4. Please sit over there with the rest of your group,” she pointed to a table up front, where Violet, Jade and Ruby were sitting too. 

The girls quickly headed over to them, excited to meet the rest of their group. They were about to start talking before Miss Wright silenced everyone and began addressing them. 

“Good morning first years. I'm Lou Wright, your headmistress. Welcome to Rainbow High. 

Here you will learn the tenets of Glam: grit, love, action, and moxie! I’ve put everyone into their runway groups, which are also your advisory groups. The team that will make or break you these next four years.”

“You have been accepted to this school based on your talents and accolades in your respective focuses, and I expect all of you to show what got you here at every opportunity you get.”

“However, not all of you will make it to the end of the year, or even the end of the semester. Our rules are strict, and if you break even a single one, we will not hesitate to punish you, whether it be detention, suspension or expulsion.”

Everyone recoiled at that, only for Miss Wright to shock them even more. 

“And the first challenge you will face: our first-semester runway fashion show. Fail that, and you can kiss Rainbow High goodbye!” 

Miss Wright pushed up her sunglasses with a cool look. 

“Now, each runway group will go and meet their advisor for further information. Group 1-1, to Room 85. Group 1-2 to Room 114. Group 1-3, to room 120. And Group 1-4 to Room 101. Any questions?”

“Uh I’ve got a question about our dorm,” Ruby asked, raising her hand. “There are four bedrooms in ours, but only Jade, Violet and I are here. Is there going to be another person joining our group?”

“Oh, no Miss Anderson. It is just you, Miss Hunter and Miss Willow in your dorm. We leave a number of rooms available for any transfer and exchange students, or any changes to the attendance during the year,” Miss Wright concluded, and opened the door, gesturing for them to leave. “Now, you are dismissed.”

And with that, the newly formed runway groups filed out, and headed towards their designated classrooms.

“They're gonna kick us out of Rainbow High! Our lives are all over!” Sunny cried. “Oh, this never would have happened if Amaya was still here! Never, ever, ever!”

Synopsis: Scar guides us through an end-of-series party held in the server hub, where everyone's a little tipsy. While the desert duo may not always get along, they do their utmost to enjoy themselves...

... until Ren challenges Grian to a duel over his secret soulmate affair with BigB. Scar watches from the sidelines... and lets it all play out.

Ren and BigB arrive at the ballroom in colors that complement, but don't quite match. Maybe that should've been the first clue that trouble still lurked in paradise, tucked underneath the visible lingers in their touch… BigB's hand less steady where it lies pressed against Ren's chest than Ren's firm arm behind his lower back.

(It's not a real ballroom. More of a convention center? Two floors: one of them full of dancing party guests and the mezzanine balcony a floor above. It's shady in here and lit with several dozen tiny lanterns strung on leads. Honestly, Scar isn't sure. It's a Jimmy event, or at least a Jimmy invitation. No one pulls the strings and gets a party or game night together quite like Jimmy; don't worry about it.)

Eyes turn to track the Box Boys as they make their way up the curled stairs together. BigB's vest is dark purple and accented in faint silver leaf patterns with a bow at his neck to match - rip him open like a present; expose bare stomach and rip that open too - and his wild curls are actually tamed back today. He trimmed his beard. Fancy-schmancy moth hybrid of a man. Not hard to tell what Grian sees in him. Scar leans his arm a little farther over the balcony. One of Ren's ears twitches in his direction, as do both BigB's fluffy antennae… though Scar's pretty sure he didn't make a noise. At least, no noise louder than the sweep of feet and skirts down below.

Aw, Ren's all sunshine and phoenix fire. He's dressed just as nice. Look at him, so snug and comfy in that outfit! The pale yellow vest hits like buttercream and cake frosting. The sleeves are rolled up to his elbows. He matches the light walls, though his dark brown hair sets him apart like a statue full of shadowed creases. Took his shades off and everything, but replaced them with neat spectacles.

Scar half-turns, addressing everyone either standing or sitting around the tables behind him. "Hey! Our guests of honor have arrived. Let's make them feel welcome, shall we?"

No one's really listening. Maybe a couple of his friends, who nod absently or turn to catch sight of the stragglers in question. The conversations carry anyway. Their volume doesn't falter. Neither does the music, but that's only fair. The piano's downstairs. And a trumpet? There might be a trumpet; he isn't sure. So Scar doesn't grab his cane or push away from the banister. This position gives him a nice angle to oversee the room anyway.

I'd like to see Grian make a move on his 'secret soulmate' tonight of all nights…

Scar almost dressed in yellow too. For a while, he toyed with the idea of a light shade to match his zookeeper shirt… but this is a Double Life afterparty. Tonight, he and Grian are freshly on their red lives (after a doozy of a session with back to back deaths). While Jimmy had confessed he suspected at least one person to get knocked out of the series today, he probably hadn't anticipated four perma-deaths and the last greens of the server getting knocked down to red.

So in the sparse moments between logging out and arriving here, he switched to wearing black. It's thumb- thneed- thematically appropriate! The shirt cuts a V straight down his chest, exposing at least a little of his pecs. It's actually lacy, showing a lot more of his torso and his arms beneath his sleeves than anything most of his friends are wearing. And he didn't skimp on the fake silver gemstones either. Blue and purple flowers coat one side of his hair, mostly attached with barrettes.

Is this the right fit for a ballroom party? Probably not. But it's accented with black and white, like his on-server red life skin, and that's good enough for him. Scar lifts the wooden cup in his hand to his lips again. Raw binary code prickles on his tongue. He went half and half on this fill, working his way out of 0s and up to 1s. Some of his friends are drinking their 1s straight already. No surprise. They've been here 40 minutes, chatting and laughing even without BigB and Ren around. Maybe the Box Boys feared they'd be overshadowed by Jimmy and Tango. Those two have certainly stolen the evening tonight. But then, Jimmy deserves to. Out of everyone here tonight, he does.

BigB and Ren aren't even halfway up the staircase yet. They take every step together, moving in their ghostly whispered way. Ren keeps a light grip on BigB's wrist. BigB's antennae roll inward. They glint silver in the lantern light. Scar watches his eyes slip sideways. How strange to see him with his chocolate-brown eyes here in the Between dimension, no longer under the influence of a life either yellow or red. It's been a while.

Maybe tonight, he and I can finally talk face to face… without him trying to kill me.

Scar takes another sip of binary, this time more slowly. The 1s prickle and pop against his lips. Why not? BigB's out of the game now. No further need to dance around it, delaying his own gratification with pretty lies of I'll catch him next time; I'll do it on-camera; I want Grian to be around for this.

… He'd maybe like Grian to be around. Just, y'know… if it comes up. Grian's two tables away, one leg stretched out pretty far. His twin's with him… They've been talking for ten minutes by now. Scar can't help but wonder if it's all a front to prevent anyone else starting a conversation.

Or at least one person from starting a conversation.

You know… He and Grian never really did sort out the whole red life thing. If, like, he's mad.

BigB's fingers close around the collar of Ren's vest. He pulls him down, speaking words Scar can't make out from here. They look as though they're spoken through gritted teeth. Ren listens, pointed ears twitching, and finally rasps his tongue up BigB's cheek. BigB sighs, but doesn't say anything else. He leans that cheek on Ren's shoulder. Ren pats his arm, leading him up the stairs again with all the grace of a king.

I wonder if he's told BigB anything about his status as a king back on Hermitcraft. BigB's into history or something, right? Maybe he'd find that neat.

Scar isn't the only one watching the Box Boys from the balcony. As Scar tilts his wooden cup back and forth, debating whether it'd be a bad idea to get another refill, a finger reaches out to tap his shoulder. Oh? Scar turns his head. He's greeted by a face similar to his own, smiling grimly… Similar buff body, well taken care of, though this man's dressed in silver instead of red. He's partly translucent, flickering when you look at him head-on… but then, he sort of always is.

"What?"

BadTimeWithScar tips his head towards one shoulder. He lifts his wrist, indicating his communicator. Scar's eyes fall to his own.

"Oh. Sorry, hang on…"

He presses a couple buttons, pulling open the messages on his comm. The swelling music's incredibly loud right now. But there's a note from BadTime waiting for him, plain and simple. Scar studies it for several seconds, rearranging the blurry letters in his mind.

BadTimeWithScar: tag team the grians? BadTimeWithScar: i mean if youre not going to make a move for us… BadTimeWithScar: I will ;)

I find chibis really hard to draw for some reason 😭

Like for me it's harder than drawing in my usual style (probably from lack of practice and also that I find simplifying hard...)

I haven't found a chibi style I've completely settled on, yet.

I also want to use charm makers like Wooacry to turn the arts I commissioned into keychains/charms 💗

Since Wooacry honestly has a really nice UI for making mock-ups/previews of merch before you buy them

I need to make XanLena, KuroEne, JuAli, LimGuda, and IdaTatsu itabags fr

I designed Selena's outfit so that it'd be easy to draw and replicate.

I love how her design is on the simpler end but aesthetically looks nice...

In my doodle I drew a WIP of Xanxus wearing traditional Viet clothes

I'd want XanLena plushies to have Selena wearing her main outfit (white frilly/ruffled blouse and black pleated skirt and thigh highs) and Xanxus to be wearing his black Varia jacket uniform

I'd commission XanLena with TYL Xanxus (where he has his hair down) because that design is honestly way easier to draw

And it's also easier for most artists I comm to draw too.

Note: TYL = Ten Years Later. Alternate designs of the KHR cast in a 10 year timeskip setting. KHR's Future arc designs

XanLena's outfits are not complicated at all, so I think they'd be the easiest to make imo.

Some plushie manufacturers can't sew on scar details.

I just need to make sure that Xanxus' scar details are kept...

I always draw and commission Xanxus with my HC design where he has tanner skin (based on the KHR ani giving the KHR cast more skin tone diversity compared to the original KHR manga where everyone's pasty af)

I ranked KuroEne as the 2nd easiest because I don't think their outfits are too difficult tbh.

Though Saeru has details that make his design harder to draw, like the holes in his outer shirt, and a lot of straps on his outfit in his usual Black Konoha form (sleeve straps, inner shirt straps, boot straps)

So imo they have higher difficulty compared to XanLena, since Saeru's design has more details.

Ene's design is honestly easy to draw. It's just that Sidu made the shape of her headphones hard to draw.

Saeru's Black Konoha (MR2) form doesn't have official coloured refs.

I'd LOVE to comm arts of KuroEne with Saeru's MR2 form, but I'd like to do it with my Saeru (MR2) HC redesign first.

Cuz atm Saeru (MR2) does not have clear enough refs (or enough coloured refs) to easily be able to commission artists with.

Judar is canonically both Black Sun and Moon themed in Magi's canon, so this makes him Eclipse themed as well 🖤☀️🌙🌒

In the Magi manga, Judar wears red eyeliner in Ohtaka's arts.

In the Magi anime, Judar wears purple eyeshadow.

Judar's colour palette consists of black, white, red, and yellow 🖤🤍❤️💛

I wanted to put more of Judar's theme colours (black, red) on his design, so I chose red eyeliner since I tend to saturate colours in my arts ❤️

Both look nice, either way.

I've been wanting to comm arts of them for a WHILE but me being able to comm artists to draw them completely relies on me needing to finish my HC design ref sheets first.

I still need to decide on Judar's earrings and the patterns I'm gonna put on his hanfu in my HC design...

I'm planning to draw Chinese ice dragon patterns or snowflake/icicle drop patterns on his hanfu 🐉❄️🧊

I need to decide whether Judar will wear gold earrings with red jewels, or white/silver icicle drop or snowflake earrings.

Because I'm planning for any arts and merch that I comm of JuAli to be with my headcanon (HC) designs of them 🙏

I still need to draw and design Alibaba's traditional clothes (usual design) and his hanfu (as part of matching couple hanfu with Judar). I HC Alibaba with tanner skin in my HC design.

I wanted to project more of the charas' cultural backgrounds/influences on their designs so I want Judar and Alibaba to take more inspo from Chinese and Iraqi traditional clothes respectively...

Also I'm trying to decide whether I'd want JuAli plushies of them wearing matching couple hanfu or have Alibaba in the clothes I design for him 🤔💭

In terms of difficulty, I'd either tie them with KuroEne or put them as 3rd place.

So I need to get my own ref sheets of them in order first.

I still need to decide the details of their outfits.

I'm not sure how the plushie manufacturer would do Judar's hair/braids.

I'm not sure what kind of materials the hair would use (materials that feel like hair, or felt fabric (?) they use for nuis/plushies)

Judar's hanfu in my HC design would be more complicated to make, so I imagine it'd be more expensive.

The WATGBS AU is an AU between me and my friend Snow (@/sdcrevolver), and my friends, Raisu and Cinna, also pitch in ideas 💗

The WATGBS AU is just us running with our fave charas.

We completely revamped the charas' writing and are using our HC designs.

So, the WATGBS AU is mostly our original story, and just us doing whatever we want with the charas. It has a heavier focus on fantasy/magic lore.

I made IdaTatsu wear Sun/Moon matching earrings and red/blue matching eyeliner in our WATGBS AU... Matching couple 💙❤️

It's also to play up to our WATGBS AU's original lore (that we created solely for the AU) and thematics (focus on the Blue Sea Kingdom and Red Sea Kingdom)

I like the idea of my wife Tatsu's oarfish antennae being more like ribbons. I love the shape language and how it looks 🎀

IdaTatsu's designs aren't hard, but I put them as the 2nd most difficult to make.

Mainly because I'd have to figure out how the plush manufacturer would do Idate's orca dorsal fin and tail.

And I'd have to figure out how I'd design Idate's orca tail patch markings.

Like I have no idea how that's gonna turn out.

Tatsumiya's furisode has more details

So I imagine that's gonna create more complexity to figure out how to "translate" it over to a 3D setting for plushies.

LimGuda 💚🧡🐈‍⬛🍊

I HC LimGuda as NBLNB and ship Douman with both protags, and have plans to draw both in the future 🥰

I usually draw femme Ritsuka (Gudako) due to my preferences for femme charas and design preference.

Douman's design is the hardest to draw out of all these charas. It has SO many details.

I'd LOVE to draw LimGuda more but Douman's design is so complicated and detailed... I need to get stronger at drawing them first...

Limbo/Douman's design is the most detailed/complicated out of my main faves, so LimGuda plushies would be the hardest to make...

Ritsuka/Guda's design is on similar levels of difficulty as the others so they wouldn't be too difficult to make.
