A bad good film just leads to a potential good bad film.#Critically speaking - age of ultron really is a mess. And yet there are people out there who love it! And that's wonderful!#However. The real reason for making this comic is that I need to talk about the funny robot moan.#The grip it has over me... Why did he sound like that? Why did they put that into the script?#Why is it so god damn funny and fun to say? I don't have verbal stims but this is probably the closest I've been.#This comic is also a homage to the years of fighting over movies to watch with sibilings.#The sibling court of law means that we are still holding grudges over 'wrong' movie choices decades later.#Anyways. I think JYL is a marvel girly and JC is desperately trying to get her to watch any other films.#He's trying to watch and read all the classics to impress (his parents) other people. A trip down memory lane! Though the tower seems to have changed…
Celestial tower! Built during the direct aftermath of the Founding Unovan Civil War, it remains a cultural landmark in memory of those lost in the fire and storm.
Time has dulled the scars left behind by the twin dragons. Today, the tower is primarily used as a mausoleum (the preferred method of burial are urns) and, well, a tourism site. Legend says if you climb to the top of the tower and ring the bell, you can lay your ghosts to rest. But mostly? You can ring a GIANT bell.
Course, you gotta GET to that bell first.

This is Zu—I mean, Jian Li and Katara's second meeting in the Kyoshi Warriors AU. The first proper one, anyway.
Once they get through a minor difference of opinion or two (“I can carry my own basket!” “Never said you—” “I'm not weak!” “I didn't—” “Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean—” “Would you listen for once, woman?!” ) they'll become nearly inseparable.
For now Jian Li will carry Katara's basket all the way to the Kyoshi Warriors' dojo and, once there, they'll mercilessly tease Sokka when they see him in uniform.

So of course he wants to help!#But Katara's had to deal with Sokka's “traditional views on women” all the way to Kyoshi and Aang is busy with his little fanclub#And now this extremely handsome stranger who's really just trying to be nice (he's also so awkward it's adorable) offers to carry her basket#And he's being really nice and sweet and considerate about it damn it#Of course she snaps!#She still thanks him for his help tho. Once they absolutely murder Sokka with their teasing they become a package deal.
