OH MY GOD YES!! tbf for me I also enjoy a bunch of fluff. Fluff for me is when I turn my brain off and giggle and kick my feet over two characters cuddling at 3 am. My favorite content though...what I ENJOY the most.... What I brainrot over.... is the examination of how these characters affect each other!

How do they change eachother, if they change eachother at all? How long does it take them to get together. Why is it that length? Do they make the other better or worse? I want to see them to fight to make it work against all odds. I want them to toil with their feelings for eachother. I want to see them STRUGGLE!! PUT THEM THROUGH HELL!!

My taste in romance has less to do with how romantic the relationship actually is (though that is a bonus) and more to do with how interesting I find the dynamic between the couple. Which is why fluffy vanilla romance usually bores the hell out of me. I want to see how these characters dramatically affect each other and fundamentally change each other and their individual understandings of the world!!! I want to see a beautiful tie-in between the romance and the themes + messages of the story and how it all builds to a climax!!!

As a Killer and Cross duo enjoyer, I do get a little confused when people say that? It's like people who think the bad sanses are canon when they're just. not. I like the bad sanses but the group is fan made lmfao.

I mean, outside of just jesting of course.

random thought but why do people say killer and cross were partners in underverse when they weren’t. killer and xchara were. I don’t recall killer and cross even so much as interacting before that end credits scene where cross defended Dream and then the whole nightmare & killer vs cross & dream stuff

okay last edition i swear. But like... people do realize dream and ink were like friends right? the reason they broke apart was due to a morality difference not a personality clash. They had to enjoy each other's company to some extent because dream literally trusted ink!! he had to trust him for it to be broken!!

for error, they're always seen being cute besties just chillin. in fact, they don't often seem very annoyed by each other at all in comyets art. they're always in their own little world LOL. Although of course, this is comyet's interpretation of error but still!! (this not to say error would never be annoyed, though ofc)

I want to add a section about his dads but I don't know much about their lore but.... them. okay.

I think my barf with people who do a more "canon" Ink personality is less "dang they made him annoying for what" because when I think about that I actually still really like his personality. I don't like how they make characters around him act, like why does everyone seem to hate the guy for having fun {in context of being silly and not doing like hatecrimes}

I mean even in Comyet's art they never say that people actually hate Ink like he has friends and family and at most people get a little annoyed when he doesn't understand certain things, I think the only one in canon who actually dislikes him is Dream and that's not even really "hate" or annoyance just more offputt-ness

I hope people know what I'm talking about since this is pretty niche, also no hate to anyone who does this it's perfectly fine!! It's just a personal pet peeve lol
