Recently I have been making my friend watch Doctor who(on s6 rn) and I had truly forgotten how TenSimm might be the freakiest Doctor Who ship. Like wdym these guys can smell each other ??? Thirteen: fucking ball of sunshine (and repressed sadness) that loves everything and everyone and it's even more oblivious. Not averse to sex but doesn't really care (would sleep with River or Yaz if they wanted to but gets more excited by infodumping on them). Always has an emotional connection even if it is a one night stand, the people he sleeps with really enjoy it too. I'm not judging the Tenrose, but.

When the Doctor had the possibility to choose between keep traveling or live with Rose, at the Bad Wolf bay, he decided to keep traveling (yes yes sure, she was also a mortal bla bla).

But.

When the Doctor had to consider wether or not to live forever inside his TARDIS with the Master as his prisoner, he's literally "MH well kinda is time to retire".

The funniest part is that, despite other rigenerations aren't so fond of Rose, you know who actually decides to sacrifice his travelling dream, set his life up in a University with his Wife?

I once let Doctor Who fool me into believing that The Doctor wants to travel with The Master because they share a past, a strong friendship and are very much alike, and have a longstanding, complicated relationship and the connection that nobody else could understand.

But it turns out that The Doctor doesn't really care who he wants to travel to the stars in the TARDIS with, he just wants a gay psychopath with a sadistic tendency on his side.
