One thing that I loved about WAD was that it was well written, original, well performed and Dan gave genuine knowledge about the current state of word. Of course he also told us that he would have sex with Tony the Tiger, the Froot Loops Toucan, Harry Styles, Benidict Cumberbatch, and UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak BUT it was still so good.

Cette été, Agathon a eu sept ans et a fait sa rentrée des classes à l’école de Gan, où il a rejoint Marie. Il est très petit pour son âge, mais il démontre une belle intelligence. Il a appris tout seul à lire il y a un an, avant même de commencer l’école. Il se montre curieux et enthousiaste, et l’école publique ne semble pas lui suffire. Ma femme me supplie de l’envoyer au pensionnat avec Lucien, mais je n’en vois pas bien l’intérêt. L’école de Gan est très bien, d’ailleurs c’est son frère qui y enseigne, donc je ne vois pas bien de quoi elle se plaint. On paiera un précepteur à Agathon quand il aura douze ans, et il sera bien plus heureux ici qu’à Belleville. J’ai moi-même très bien réussi sans faire de grandes études, mon père aussi. Par ailleurs, nous n’avons pas les moyens d’envoyer tous nos enfants au pensionnat, et je préfère garder des fonds pour des éventuelles nécessités futures plutôt que les dépenser dans des études futiles qui n’auront pour but que d’épater les familles de l’île.

the starfield monster factory is really fucking good just because i don't think a more cohesive character has ever arisen from that series in the span of like 20 minutes or whatever. like you've got a bunch of guys like garfield or squirtle who are kind of low hanging fruit recreations of existing properties, and some guys like chiquita dave and toucan dan who have Some sort of gimmick but it's not like, a big thing, and then you have fucking Molar Mike the Wisdom Tooth, a grizzled old tooth man coming from the outer reaches of the solar system because he disagrees with the teachings of his home planet, who also is just a guy that looks like a tooth
