Dazai canonically rambling about his loved ones at every possible opportunity is so dear to me.

Mori knew a lot of the things he did about Oda because Dazai told him. Akutagawa also knew about Oda and how important he is to Dazai because of Dazai's ramblings. Random, unnamed PM members know about Oda being very dear to Dazai, because Dazai praises him and talks about how great he is.

Chuuya knew straight away that Dazai had been speaking about him to the ADA. It wasn't something he expressed feeling betrayed or suprised about. It was just an immediate understanding that of all the ways they could probably have known about him and his ability despite it being confidential information in the PM, Dazai's ramblings were most likely the reason.

The way that Dazai speaks about Ranpo to quite literally anyone who will listen. To Fydor, to random cops, to Atsushi.

Dazai canonically brags about the people he cares about in an 'omg omg omg my person my people I love them look how amazing they are' way.

For some low-effort doodles, I'm dead curious about how the kids interact with their parents as they age. Just mundane stuff they do together. Does amayas or amara have a "favorite" dad? And like, if you wanna get wild with it, do either of them act Too Much Like Their Dad sometimes?

I've just got to take another moment to talk about the fact that Luigi considers his biggest bragging point to be that he's "really great at following through on commitments".

He's something of a jack of all trades, so he doesn't really see many of his skills as particularly brag worthy, but he's been through enough by this point to know that he's capable of seeing pretty much any task through to the end no matter how scared he gets, and he's so proud of that.

But also: The inherent angst of basing your own value on whether or not you're "reliable."

Damian: They are largely carnivorous with a variety of feeding behaviors. They live in colonies consisting of hundreds of Pistol Shrimp. The name given to this creature is due to—

Dick: Damian, while we'd all love to hear all about Pistol Shrimp, you're supposed to talk about yourself.

Damian: The Kent farm has six young chicks. During my stay, I was permitted to feed them.

Duke: You told everyone about that at dinner last week.

Damian: If I comply with the 'bonding activity' rules, will you release me?

Dick fully intends to keep him for ten minutes minimum: Of course.

Damian: Tt. It has recently come to my attention that Todd is in possession of my photos. He has been exploiting them without my permission by seeking monetary profit from Father.

Steph: What kind of photos?

Damian eyes Dick suspiciously: Of my childhood. Starting from infanthood.

So maybe someone has had this thought before and I'm not terribly involved in the fandom, but does anyone get a sort of... generative AI vibe from Bubble? Like they sometimes respond fully incoherently in a way that freaks even Caine out and it just reminds me of AI generated scripts that spit out some of the most insane lines of dialogue out of pocket.

I had this thought because I was wondering if Caine can alter the characters then maybe Caine causes the abstractions (Kaufmo, a clown, abstracted right as Pomni, a jester, showed up- maybe to make room for a new character archetype?), but then I was talking to someone in a discord about how random in a specifically malicious way Bubble is and how it's easy to write that kind of character off as a GIR clone because they usually are, but now I'm like... Huh. What if Bubble causes the abstractions because they're the actual AI and Caine is the human element. The abstractions might work similarly to how Monika deleted and corrupted characters from DDLC and be a direct reference to that.

We know Caine can change things about the "PCs" so it feels really easy to assume he could force abstraction if he wants to delete a character, but what if that tidbit of information is just a red herring to hide that Bubble is the real mastermind?
