So now I just want to know out of curiosity, because Megatron’s alt mode keeps changing

Tbh, I don’t entirely remember if he has more, but I think these tend to be his main three. Or at least, gun was his first one

Also dinosaur doesn’t count, that’s a different Megatron

If you want my personal opinion, just for the sake of it? I don’t entirely know, but I think I want to say tank. Being a flying thing fits in with the rest of the Decepticons, but then him being a tank makes him unique, and I think it fits in well with being a giant powerhouse. Though admittedly it does mean he has a disadvantage compared to most of the other Deceptions, considering he lacks their ability to fly. But maybe you could also spin that around as a way to make him more powerful, he stands on his own and as the Decepticon leader without needing the capability of flight

As for gun, at least how it is in the g1 cartoon, I think it’s just silly. He turns into a tiny little thing, even if effective, and he needs someone else to fire it. And he already has a cannon in robot mode

Though I do think I could work with it if it was just like, an oversized anime-ass gun, and also being in his gun alt mode makes his cannon significantly more powerful than his normal robot mode cannon. Or if he was more like an actual mounted gun that could shoot itself. Though perhaps you could get something interesting out of the concept that he needs someone else for his alt mode to be effective, there’s some narrative potential there

So I guess my final opinion is I like tank best, though flying thing isn’t bad either. And while I don’t like gun as is in the g1 show, I can’t deny I can see potential in it if you just make it cooler

For my lovely wife I made her a little thing of Soundwave and Thundercracker (her favorite fella) 💙 I have seen TC x Soundwave when I was younger I remember 🤔 the idea of the ship is cute I think! Both relatively quiet mechs (at least compared to the other seekers) yet the loudest in their sound abilities 😌 and. Two of the few sane ones imo. Ik TC wants him to read his screenplay so bad
